Five star hotel located in Batu. With facilities that are no doubt. The view of Mount Panderman can be seen from this hotel. There is a ground play for kids. Tourist attractions in Batu City are very easy to reach from this hotel.

Very good service. Health protocols are also well maintained. Pandemic season like this, gofood orders cannot be done. So if you want an order we have to take it at the main gate. The staff is friendly and responsive starting from the security-gardener. The toilet room also functions well. The hotel staff also ensures that the room we receive is in a livable condition by calling directly. Get a room with a good view. The minus is on the sheets and blankets which still have stains that are difficult to remove.

Full amenities. There is a sports field: table tennis, volleyball, basketball. There is a gym too. The food is delicious. There is a swimming pool as well. Access to the sites is easy. Near Jatimpark 3, only 2 minutes

All the staff are amazingly friendly and smiley, the hotel atmosphere is pleasant and calm, the rooms are quite clean and have nice interiors, the swimming pool is quite large and the facilities for guests are also quite complete and there is a playground for children, breakfast is a bit lacking in the taste of cuisine, overall is sufficient recommended for holidays with family

Come during the seminar .. the hall next door is used as a mosque for Friday prayers .. salute for its management

Staying for two nights at Singhasari was quite an extraordinary experience. The rooms are quite spacious with excellent layout. There is a terrace or balcony in each room to see the surrounding scenery. The breakfast is also quite good. Especially during this new normal, the restaurant staff assisted the presentation. The view is also quite good, with lots of spots to sit so you can enjoy the view. There is a children's play area too. Unfortunately not yet able to surround all areas to be able to review it completely. Over all, okay. All facilities are well maintained by the staff, although some facilities look old and seem to need repairs.
Suggestions for improvement have also been conveyed to hotel staff. Hopefully in the future it can be even better. Moreover, in the class of a 5-star hotel, don't lose to a quite good 4-star hotel.

Great view and a cozy hotel. It is an old hotel, but well maintained. The breakfast is a traditional Javanese cuisine. It is a family-friendly hotel with billiard tables, Kinect room to play, gym, and Spa. I haven't tried the Spa, however, it has not such a great review. Note: If you got a drone, then you can have a beautiful view of the hills.

I like to stay here ... the staff is friendly, the service is good, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good but either yesterday I want here 2 nights but the breakfast is no buffet ... even though they give a menu to order (semi buffet) but there is something wrong. After being asked, it turned out they were open buffets when the guests were busy (frequent weekends and vacation time) Indeed, yesterday's coincidence was very little hotel guests. Maybe it's because it's too expensive a time :(

The location is easy to find because of the roadside. Have several venue restaurants & bars, there are restaurants, playgrounds, mini golf courses etc. Facilities that are rarely found in other hotels in Batu.

For the hotel 5 it is quite comfortable, the gym, pool and kids area ... it's just hard to buy, because it's not allowed to use PSN via grabfood / gofood ... and the noise from outside the room is too noisy

Overall, highly recommended place to stay at your weekend at batu malang, pro active hotel staff, hospitality the best...my wife and kiddos love spend their time at this resort.cant wait to come back to dis resort when we return to batu malang....super duper thumbs for this place, good management set up too
