Its a good place...the staff are very friendly start from concierge (mr aat , mr deny),staff at the front desk (ms fia), mr dudi as the night manager... . When my son had fever.. and has to cancel trip to bromo, they were very helpful and offer some hot food for my son 00.00 am. Even the staff who was deliver the food ask whether my son need to have ice pack for the fever.
The shuttle bus also very flexible..
