A hotel that has a pleasant resort feel with a spacious lobby that is comfortable and open with mountain air. Only the breakfast was not tasty, for the lack of cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, the corners were unclean, the flushing closet didn't work after the complaint was just repaired. The first night of sleep felt dusty sprey shg sick & grandchildren itchy on his face. The hotel side must pay attention to these things above, to maintain customer satisfaction. Receptionist service is fast, friendly and alert

one hell of an absolutely beautiful resort. the facilities are great and fully equipped. they have a gaming room with wii and those sort of stuff, a cinema room with comfy beanbags and a collection of films you could choose, the breakfast buffet was an absolute delish, too bad i didnt get to swim in the pool though.

Now this includes a super comfortable hotel, very clean rooms, cold air conditioning, very soft mattress, super friendly service, many facilities are also available (swimming pool, fitness center), the price is pretty good.

This is my 2nd time at singhasari hotel. Great service, the staffs are so friendly n helpful, the breakfast menu is good. Love to stay there

In this hotel, we only stayed overnight, you know, it's been a while. Who will definitely return to this hotel if indeed to Malang again. Good atmosphere. If you like to walk in the morning, take time around the road provided before breakfast. The air is very fresh. Suitable for families. Many other activities can be done besides walking in the morning.

A really superb service. This is my second time staying here. When i first came here I got sick really bad.. And I have to stay at my room when my family went out. But the staff here keep checkin on my condition to make sure I'm okay and comfortable. They also give me a free porridge. Complete with all condiment, fruit, and warm tea.. I still remember clearly how touched I am that time because I never found a hotel with such hospitality. Sadly.. The next morning I have to be hospitalized because my condition has dropped. But they provide driver and car to the hospital for free. This is my second time and they still maintain their service and quality. Yes, they are a bit pricy. But its all worth it. The food is good. The water runs good (good pressure and stabil warm water). Wide space and wide swimming pool with Jacuzzi. And wide playground space. Its perfect.

The best hotel in Batu. Great service and hospitality.. Huge swimming pool with stunning view and complete with jacuzzi. Also if you stay here, please do try their Rawon and Soto.. especially the Soto Singhasari, it is out of this world.. Will definately be back here!!
