Luxury hotel. The restaurant serves a variety of great food and various kinds. The parking lot is wide below and the gardens are very well maintained

Even though it is located on the edge of the highway, but once inside, it feels the natural feel because this hotel has a large outdoor area. Each has a terrace overlooking the garden (floor 1 lgs to the park) that is maintained and clean; facilities include jogging track, mini golf course, outdoor playground, tennis court, etc.

Very comfortable place to staycation with family. Cool, clean, and ttp health protocols enforced. The rooms are nice, impermeable, comfortable. Breakfast is also delicious. For children over the 10th subject to a charge of 75 thousand.

The first experience staying at the Singhasari Resort and very satisfied. Booked a room that is direct to the pool feels like your own ... the room is spacious and clean, when you first enter it smells good with aromatherapy. In the morning, you can walk around the resort enjoying the fresh air. Can play pimpong for free. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Recommendations for travelers to Batu & Malang.

They have good service and such a cool place in the hot place. But the ballroom so small, though the sound system is good enough. You can playing their piano by ask for permitted to the staff before (everystaff). Just make sure you don't bother another guest.

One of the quite old hotels in the stone area, spacious rooms with attractive views. The service is friendly and fast. The breakfast is also quite varied

It was perfect holiday. Good place to stay, good food, good weather, friendly staff, free shuttle bus within hotel vicinity.

When I was on vacation, I purposely wanted to be alone and chose this place. Very suitable place, a resort that is homey, quiet, with a large yard, there is a bakset / volleyball / swimming pool / mini jogging track. If you're lucky, check out the promos often, because in the past I was able to get a decent discount.

The lobby is quite unique because the roof of the lobby is decorated with star decorations, at night it is like a sky full of stars. The rooms are also quite spacious, the decoration is quite good but standard for the size of the resort. There are also rooms that are like villas and bungalows at the back end, it seems interesting to try, because it is more remote, better for those who want to feel more privacy.

Oh yes, if you want to go to the stone square, just say to the receptionist, a free shuttle is provided. Have a good vacation!

Nice hotel with delicious breakfast and good facilities

Great place, nice pool. Nice weather, Tenderloin beef steak (medium rare) with mushroom sauce, and mash potato, not bad. No good milkshake at rooftop. Bad I think. No ice cream inside it.

Arjuna mountain view .... wide and there is a jogging arena

In front of this inn on the highway, the nail spikes that are spread by amateur tire patches (can't tire). My motorcycle tire immediately dropped immediately, fortunately it was still safe ... the design nail made itself from steel.

It's really cool ... if you come here it's guaranteed if you bring a small child you don't want to go home ... the facilities inside are very complete ... starting from the swimming pool, play land, sauna etc ... guaranteed puass

I waited to do this review because when I tried to write a review immediately after my stay. I could not contain my anger at the way we were treated.

2. A few days before the event day, your account manager that deligated to handle our event was uncontactable. And we had to call again to ask some help from your hotel published phone number. But sadly, your marketing team can't do anything, because your deligated account manager is the one who can make a decision to our event. Later we know that she was sick. But she didn't tell us a single word, like she doesn't care with our event.
3. D-1, when I checked the ballroom. What we have requested and dealed before was not being processed. And there is a miss communication between "Her" and Banquet team. Luckily, there was a Hero, named Agus, I think he was the team leader of banquet team. Mr. Agus help us to prepare all of things that we need. Event our request that out of his main job. We are really apreciate his help (Hope you'll get Promotion ASAP). I can't imagine how screwed up our event if he was not there. FYI, our event was attended by Chief of LKPP and Batu City Mayor.
And like I said, the account manager seems doesn't care about our events. She should be offering better service because she is a Manager. At least come to our room or contact me via whatsapp to greet us. She did nothing.

I understand if on that day she was sick, but please assign one person to always standby in our room and understand what we have requested before. It's also still be my big question, why her boss still make her work when she sick?

Overall, we were very disappointed with the meeting service. We will not recommend The Singhasari for meetings on the future.

There is a jogging track and the view is good. Unfortunately there is one officer (forget his name) who doesn't give a smile to the guests. Overall: okay

Large room to hold any events such as seminar, workshop, and graduation. Pricey room and the availability is very neat.

Comfortable while staying here, a very spacious hotel, lots of facilities provided at this hotel, ranging from bicycles that can be borrowed within 15 minutes for cycling in the hotel area, a long jogging track, there is a basketball court, tennis, minigolf, ping pong table provided , billiards, movie room, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool. Breakfast is quite tasty and varied. But the furniture in the room is starting to break down, hopefully the room will be modernized again, overall it is very worth it

when I stayed, it was very noisy with screams from outside the room. so that I felt the need to complain to the front desk. in general the tightness of the room may not be good

one hell of an absolutely beautiful resort. the facilities are great and fully equipped. they have a gaming room with wii and those sort of stuff, a cinema room with comfy beanbags and a collection of films you could choose, the breakfast buffet was an absolute delish, too bad i didnt get to swim in the pool though.

The ballroom is very spacious, there are even 2.
During checkout at 6 am (28 Feb 2020), I asked for breakfast to be loaded in a box, but I was surprised that the american breakfast choice only contained bread and juice as well as boxed milk. When I wanted to take a more proper breakfast with a bowl of chicken porridge, thank God I was given permission even though there was a debate where my lunch box was going to be asked to return, but the clerk invited it because it was only a bowl of porridge.

Suggestion: moldy bathroom shower glass can be serviced to make it cleaner, you can ask a car glass polisher.

Super friendly service.
Most love their wedang ginger haha. The swimming pool is also comfortable. The main point here. Make it comfortable because access to play is also quite close.

The facilities are okay, but the facilities are less modern for 5 star class hotels
