Really awsome and cozy place, we as a family have been 4 or 5 times in Singhasari, not only comfortable, friendly but also safe and responsible, last December we had stayed there and happened to get my wife's accident slipped and hurt, really response and quick Singhasari's response was very good, we were taken care of everything from bringing ambulances to the initial action to the hospital, thanks to Singhasari management especially to Ms. Maya, Mr. Roni and mas Zuber ...

Complete facilities here for family vacation spots. There is a swimming pool, golf course, tennis, basketball, game center, sauna, jacuzi and swimming pool that can be used for free. There are also flying fox which can be rented by paying 25 rb. The view from the hotel is quite good

The hotel is not very extraordinary in comparison to the rates they charge. The facilities indeed are relatively complete. There are the standard facilities: the swimming pool, the gymn, the sauna. But there are also a wonderful walking track, a wonderful view, and also a mini golf court.

The meals are not extraordinary either. The hotel serves the labelled halal food.

What I believe is good about the hotel is the hospitality of the people serving the guests. They readily help the guests with their friendly smiles.

My last love is where I found a room where the bathroom drain has a problem, just shower the water floods. hopefully it won't happen a second time. Overall perfect !!

plus : the balcony and the view of each room, the green scenery, children playground, rooftop bar, quiet, great interior at the lobby, near upcoming jatim park 3.
minus : although the offer great view, but it located on lower Batu, so not that cool of the weather. the bathroom is too standard for 5 star hotel. the shower door can't closed properly. only get 2 towels no face towel for deluxe room. get 2 cups, 2 glasses on the tea bar but only 1 spoon. the bed equipped only with one pillow. no iron, service available for additional charge. the directory book is broken and not updated, the curtain need better maintenance (they look dirty), we use the convention hall and the carpet definitely need clean up. they look like never been cleaned up for years. the TV channel is not much (they use USee TV). the blanket is too thin for 5 star hotel.
