Comfort place to stay, humble and friendly staff ..

Pros: feels secured while staying, big room.
Cons: too secured til the hotel wouldn't let gojek/grab to send food to you in the lobby, which they direct us(guest) to walk to the main gate, IT IS QUITE FAR AND ANNOYING.

Ps: pay more attenion to detail cleaning in bathroom, yellowing, dusty.

The best of five stars hotel in Batu. The views are very great and beautiful. Very satisfied services and great quality.

Overall, hotel stays is great except for the gym and pool.

The gym was has poorly lit lights, the floor is wooden floor and you can imagine putting dumbbells on wooden floor. There is not air circulation in that room. The gym feels very cramp.

The swimming pool needs more chlorine in the water. From the top room, you can see alot of Algae on the sides and observed the cleaners did a fast cleaning. I also feel the water needs to be tested.

The stay is ok. But my luxury cars always get problems whenever i stayed and park in this hotel. My 1st and 2nd my car got scratched.
Now i parked by myself even giving tips to the staff there and got my windshield cracked

A 5-star hotel in Batu Malang, the hotel is very instragramable. Many bgt spots in good hotels are used for photos. Those who like swimming pools are also quite spacious. For the breakfast menu is also quite tasty. Hotel employees are quite friendly and fast response if we need help

On June 29 I tried to staycation at The Singhasari Resort, here I stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms to try different sensations too. The first night here I stayed in a super luxury 2 bedroom villa, which is said to be the most luxurious villa in Batu today. Inside there is a Living Room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plunge pool, and private deck with a view of Mount Arjuno which is super cool !! There are many benefits that can only be obtained when staying at a villa, one of which is a 24-hour butler service, buggies, compliments, Rijsttafel Dinner, etc. Whereas on the second night I tried staying in the pool access room which there are only 10 of the 193 rooms in this hotel. The facilities here are very complete, not just a restaurant, and a swimming pool, but to the tennis court, basketball court, mini golf, flying fox, jacuzzi, sauna, games room, gym, and many more. Very cool, just satisfied during the staycation at The Singhasari Resort !! TOP!

Comfortable hotel with complete facilities. Nice landscape and nice to enjoy. Service is ok. The meeting room is also comfortable. Room of relief for rest. Suitable if you bring children. Gym facilities, sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi can relax the body. Close to Jatim Park 3. Recommended!

Hotels with the best service, 30 days here are served very well, all employees are friendly, starting from gardeners, security guards, bell boys, receptionists, room service until the pool guards are wildly friendly, until the rooms are very comfortable spacious and with views of Yang Good, Susana is calm.

This is the first time here, the atmosphere is very comfortable, the staff is friendly.
