minus : although the offer great view, but it located on lower Batu, so not that cool of the weather. the bathroom is too standard for 5 star hotel. the shower door can't closed properly. only get 2 towels no face towel for deluxe room. get 2 cups, 2 glasses on the tea bar but only 1 spoon. the bed equipped only with one pillow. no iron, service available for additional charge. the directory book is broken and not updated, the curtain need better maintenance (they look dirty), we use the convention hall and the carpet definitely need clean up. they look like never been cleaned up for years. the TV channel is not much (they use USee TV). the blanket is too thin for 5 star hotel.
