We have been waiting over an hour for valet to get our car. We talked with other guests who has been waiting over an hour for their car as well. We have two young boys who are getting hungry and probably will miss our lunch reservation. We asked to speak with the manager but manager won t talk to us. Totally unacceptable.

Stayed in tower 2 for two nights. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was great and had kitchen and dining ware available upon request. Super convenient indoor moving walkway to get to the MGM and to go to the strip. Area is nice and secure with key required for entry from the MGM and staff monitor entrances. Location is near the southern part of the strip, so a little walking is required to get to shows at the other hotels. Overall a great experience. Would definately stay here again!

Not quite on-strip, but still fairly convenient. It's in *FAR* better condition than the Grand yet is significantly cheaper both on a raw square footage basis and on an in-room amenities basis. Much better service, too.

It's a good place to stay if you're a non smoker and don't mind walking to the strip activity. It's about a 10 min walk to the MGM casino. Rooms are set up like studio apartment. No kitchen ware is provided - but, I think you can call for delivery of that stuff

STAY AWAY from here unless you enjoy poor service and broken down rooms!! This hotel used to be excellent and deserving of 10+ stars and not sure if it s because of the pandemic but it has all gone down hill. Will never ever stay here again! Very disappointing to see a once flourished hotel, now a awful place. Service is horrible, Valet is now limited and even the coffee creamer in the room is cheap!! Why are you charging resort fees when there are no resort amenities? Seriously - go somewhere else!! You will be better off!

Can t go wrong with the suite rooms! Amazing bath tub and huge room, even has a microwave and refrigerator. The view is great too. It s nice you can walk to the regular MGM if you want and use their pools or just use the one closer to the signature suites. Always happy to wake up in this hotel :) also near the miracle mile!

The door to our room would not close. Tower 2 room 817. It was never fixed. In addition, we had to go beg for toilet paper for the room. This place would be so awesome if they just gave a 50% effort. I could fix the door if they paid me. Also the lights in the room were burnt out

We love this hotel. Spacious. Quiet. Quick walk inside to mgm grand casino, bars, shops, and restaurants. But make sure you book directly with hotel. I have booked with them many times and never had a problem. Last time I unknowingly booked through third party and had lots of problems as other people did as well. They even gave another guy keys to our room when he got bumped out of his room. He walked in on us while we were there. It was through a site that manages for the owners of certain rooms versus through the Signature directly. Beware if you do that!

Service, ambiance and rooms all impressive. Perfect weekend stay and away from the busy hustle and bustle of the strip. Short drive from the airport too. They have a bar, intimate pool, breakfast/lunch cafe and Starbucks.

The bedding was quite comfortable, a mini fridge and ice cubes available and the real bonus is the hot tub (even if it seemed already well worn ...). However the room in general we were a little disappointed compared to that of another hotel that we had at the same price ...

A great place to stay in Vegas if you want the view of Vegas, but not the craziness of the strip. The staff was great, and the room was on point like always. Thanks MGM Grand for the Hospitality

Big room and bathroom, great view from the higher floors, clean and nice. One star less for not being able to shut the courtains for the night, extremely hard water and the wobblines of the fold-out sofa.

Reservations is misleading: MGM pool is not open, there is no house keeping service and we did not find our room really cleaned up. Hair in the shower case. One can get a better rate in the morning of the check in date as hotel is relatively empty.

I was truly unhappy with our stay at the signature. The staff's prejudice toward people of color was so odvious and it made the entire stay pretty terrible when I would ask a question I was completely dismissed like a child. Like I was not good enough of a stay at this hotel. This rude demeanor seemed was evident in almost every aspect of the hotel. If you want to feel like a valued guest avoid this place

This is a unique property in that most units are privately owned and then rented out. Rooms are large with separate seating areas from sleeping areas. The rims and common areas have a consistently luxury feel. Views to the west of the strip from high floor suites are amazing

Great off strip location short walk to the MGM via connected breeze way with those moving walkways. Would not call it 4-5 stars because not only do you pay the resort fees which I get but everything which a normal hotel provides you have to pay for here is a small list. Fresh towles $25. Basic housekeeping (maid service ) $50. Extra pillows blankets etc $20 per item. Trash removal $5. Crib $15 all of this is per day on top of the resort fee. If the rooms were not nice and I didn't feel secure I would have placed this at 1-2 stars for the lack of customer service. The buckle and dining is expected from slumlords not high end.

Very nice stay and room in this hotel.. We had a room in Tower 1.. 29 floor.. The tower has also direct access to the MGM grand..And there is a easy way to get fast to the strip without walking through the MGM but need to find it..

Great location for those wanting to be close enough to enjoy the party and far enough for peaceful relaxation when you want it. We liked that they had a family pool and adult only pool. Room was very spacious and cool. Bathrooms are large and spacious. Jacuzzi tubs were clean with no jet residue.

Miserable. Literally, the worst bed I have ever slept on. Here in business and not sleeping doesn't work. I am eating the hotel cost and trying to find anything else for the last few days. I would rather stay in as motel.

Everything else is fine, so if you plan on being a drunk or not sleeping, you'll probably be fine. For normal people, I'd look elsewhere, because being in Vegas should never be this bad.

Good luck.

Awesome service overall. From the moment we got to the gate, we were pleasantly greeted. Vallet attendants offered us water. Almost all staff we encountered were friendly and provided great hospitality. Housekeeping did a tremendous job in cleaning the room and arranging our things and washing our dishes! The facility is very clean and looks sanitized!

Love love love this hotel! One of my favorites in Las Vegas!! The rooms are way better then mgm grand because you have the option to get a room with a balcony. I highly recommend upgrading to the penthouse balcony rooms.. you get the top floors with AMAZING VIEWS and it s very affordable. This hotel is connected to the mgm grand, it s just a short walk down the hall and bam you re at the mgm grand casino and on the strip! Also you have access to the mgm grand pool parties. You get the best of both worlds here

Vegas never disappoints. The dealer Nigel was amazing. He was very engaging & personable. I enjoyed gambling more because he made me feel at ease. The MGM signature rooms are very spacious & luxurious. I highly recommend them especially I your room has a balcony that overlooks the las Vegas strip.

Great

You really need to work on customer experience. I had the following issues:
1. I tried to use mobile check in. When the reader failed to read my ID, there was no feedback. In retrospect, the issue was that I was not listed on the room - only my husband was. But there was no feedback from the reader.
2. I moved from mobile check in to the front desk. One person was being helped. Six employees were behind the desk doing various things. I waited for 5 minutes. That's frustrating.
3. If you have a full kitchen in a room, do what you need to do provide a few basics and still follow health codes. When I see a full kitchen, I expect there's a corkscrew in one of the drawers.
4. If you're not going to provide basic utensils, hire enough people to service the rooms so that it takes less than 45 minutes to get a corkscrew or a glass delivered. I called to request one, was told it would take 30 minutes, asked for it to be quicker, was told they'd try to do it in 15. It took 45 minutes and an additional phone call. Again, particularly not what I expect in a room with a fridge, microwave and stove top.
5. Have hot water.
6. Figure out your customer check in process. I requested a room change after being informed that hot water would only be sporadically available in my tower through the weekend. The front desk said no problem just come downstairs and we'll move you to a new room - gave me the new number. When I got downstairs, they said nevermind, we shouldn't have let you check in in the first place. Your husband has to call this phone number and add you to the room. I pointed out that I was already having to change rooms because of no hot water, had the same credit card as the one used to pay and the same last name as the name on the room. No dice. I can sort of understand sticking that hard to the policy, particularly given recent events, but this would have gone down a lot easier the first time I checked in.
7. The manager I talked to had no interest in hearing me. He cut me off when I tried to speak and repeated that they have to stick to their security policy. I understand his position, but it would have gone down easier if I had felt in any way heard.

Booked a room here for 5 days in May and within 10 minutes realized we had booked the wrong dates and phoned them. The first few phone calls they kept saying they would call back to let us know but we never received a call. Once we finally got a hold of them again, they started saying they will not change the dates or refund us any money. After calling a dozen times, they finally agreed to change the dates for us, but they needed to verify with their manager who was coincidentally never in. Over one month later and after calling another few times, we finally got a hold of the manager but at this point they informed us the hotel was fully booked for the weekend we are going. We asked multiple times if we could get a credit and book sometime in the future and eat the cost to book another room on the proper dates. We tried to change the dates to September long weekend, and they said no as it was over a holiday.. so we asked if we could go on a weekend in September where nothing was going on for 4 nights instead of 5, and they wanted $600 on top of the $1400 already spent for one night less. We ended up cancelling with an $800 penalty after an extremely frustrating month and a half of back and forth from MGM Signature. Safe to say we will never be staying here again and will be making sure no friends or family do either.

The signature is a very nice and quiet hotel. Where as it is connected to the MGM it is quite the trek. On the flipside it keeps a lot of the rift raft out. All of the entrances to the hotel are guarded by gates, doors, or actual guards which is a nice feature. The hotel is directly next to the brand new Top Golf which is also really convenient. Overall I would have to say besides being so far off the strip, which makes walking really hard the signature is a really nice hotel. The rooms were nothing to write home about, but were very clean and the also come with a balcony. The hotel also has a free gym which is a huge plus to me. I hope this helps.

Stayed here recently and it was a very satisfying experience overall.

It's perfect for families or a larger group. They have suites that can be paired together to create a larger suite that works well for families. When paired together, the connecting portion forms a small "foyer" area for the two suites. We used that area for our strollers.

The Signature check in time was quite fast. It wasn't nearly as busy as MGM Grand, although it is connected and right beside MGM. When we walked over to MGM Grand, the check in area was PACKED... we couldn't believe how busy it was. I wouldn't doubt that many of those people had to wait over an hour just to check in. When we saw the line at MGM, we were glad we got our place at The Signature.

The only complaint I have about The Signature, is that the valet service is a little slow. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes just for them to bring your car out. There is some space to sit and wait in the lobby, so it's not that bad.

Staying at the Signature, you're also able to make use of the larger pool at MGM Grand, although the Signature has its own smaller pool as well.

Upon arrival we were greeted by valet (complimentary by the way) their customer service was off the charts in my book. Not to mention parking the vehicle was the least of their concern. They went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable guest prior to even making it to the counter. Despite the delay in service from house keeping and in room maintenance we enjoyed every second. MGM provides luxury service to accomadate all staff and guests. Not just here at the signature but as unit along with sister properties along the strip. Highly recommended "Strip vibe away from the strip tide.!"

Jacuzzi tub is big. Stayed in two rooms. Both were spotless. Kitchen is functional. Dishes and pans on request. Friendly staff, but our room upgrade was a little bumpy. Got it worked out quickly. Excellent food options, bars and clubs. No arcade. Lots of walking for the little one.

This apartment-hotel is well equipped and clean. It's quiet and situated away from the busy Strip, yet is within walking distance to Las Vegas Boulevard and the MGM Grand casino and mall. The manager, Tanja Dummer-Lee, is a gem. She went out of her way to get us a Strip-view room after a hiccup with our booking on Christmas eve, when the hotel was filled to capacity. The experience was so nice we extended our stay in the same room. Highly recommend MGM Signature!

This place has surpassed my expectations. The Suite is very spacious and comfortable. It has a sofa, with a pull out bed for extra guests. The room is very clean, and we'll maintained. Has an in room microwave, mini fridge, and small stove.
