The room, while slightly dated, were extremely comfortable and clean. The location is just a couple blocks off the strip but an easy walk. Access to 3 pools as well as the large MGM Grand pool (with lazy river) was awesome.

I can t say enough good things about this hotel so I will list them - great price and location, nice pool area, easy access to room without navigating through a confusing casino, quiet and spacious suite with whirlpool tub, easy indoor walk along bridge to MGM Grand, airport is 5 minutes away, balcony views available, gated security, Top Golf next door, friendly staff, lower resort fee.

Im in town for my birthday weekend and decided to stay at MGM The Signature. I was unaware that valet was not available after a certain time which caused me to have to self park at a garage two blocks away and walk back to the hotel. They upgraded my room but the upgrade was not much of an upgrade. Not to mention I HAD TO PAY FOR THE UPGRADE. The room was outdated, the jacuzzi tub did not work, and the shower head water ran like a bathroom sink faucet. I informed the hotel staff about it but all they told me was that I would be able to check out early (mind you I m here for FIVE days, so now I have to go find another hotel for the remainder of my stay) in Vegas. NO ACCOMMODATION AT ALL. Oh, and they tried to charge me a early departure fee. I was was adamant about disputing the charge. All in all for the amount I paid, the hotel was not worth it. Worse way to start off my birthday!

This place charges for resort fees and doesn't offer complementary in-room wifi. Not to mention now they charged for parking for checked in hotel guests. Understandably MGM is doing all sort of tactics to earn profit due to declined in gambling revenue.

Stayed there different times at all three towers. Nice place, a little too expensive when late check out is not an option. No extras at MGM come with staying there. It's a nice place, like staying there, one of the joys of staying in Vegas.

I love the Signature. The prices are decent and because they are technically condos instead of regular hotel rooms, the environment is much more laid-back and calm compared to other hotels directly on the Strip. The beauty is that all of the amenities are similar, if not exactly the same as the a standard hotel, so there is still a sense of luxury. Also, being attached directly to the MGM Grand is also a major plus because we have direct access to the clubs and the Strip.

I love this place! Really nice rooms, they are big with a little kitchen area so you can have your own food and drinks. Very convenient for breakfast in Vegas because everything is so far to get to. Big nice bathrooms with a huge shower and jetted tub ! Comfy beds and balcony rooms have great views. This is the 4th year we have stayed here for the NFR and probably will continue to stay here. Overall great place to stay !!!

I stayed at one of the timeshares (AirBnB) for my Vegas trip and loved it. The suite was clean and modern. I loved that this was a no casino/smoking location, so it's relatively quiet when you go to sleep. The bridge connecting to the MGM grand was very convenient and allows you to step onto the Strip without paying the same price as the hotels on this street.

The staff was very pleasant. We had a one bedroom suite on the 21st floor. The room was a good size and having a kitchen was excellent. Everything was very clean and decent quality. Close proximity to the strip, and MGM pool is great. Loved the idea of having a balcony.
The negatives... Even on the 21st floor the music from the pool areas was blarring at all hours...made it very hard for my son to sleep. The balcony was hard to enjoy as pot smoke kept coming in. The units have kitchens but you have to tell them to give you cookware, and be very specific (we had to say small pot, small pan, colander, etc.) If they have kitchens just stock with basics! The sudden screaming from the hallway at 230 am as drunk girls started fighting was no fun. I had hoped being a little off the strip would avoid that but I guess its Vegas, I should have known better...
Overall for the price and conveniance if traveling with family a good choice.

This is our go to place in Vegas! I don't want to ever stay anywhere else. The one bedroom suites are AMAZING! Love the full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The balconies are so nice, and provide great views. Thank you to the staff at the Signature for keeping this resort my favorite for over 10 years now! We will be back for sure!

We booked through Airbnb. All the staff were super helpful and nice. We liked that it's close to the strip to walk there but far enough away to not have the crowds. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy to get to and gated off access makes the facility quite pleasant. The rooms are nice but nothing crazy. The view from the upper rooms is emaculate however. The lazy river and pool are a great place to lay out and excape the hustle abd bustle of Las Vegas.

Check in gate and bellhop service was great! Noticeably small line upon arriving inside however, the wait time was anything but. We waited for for close to 20 minutes to check in to the room. The receptionist was quite pleasant with making jokes and inquiring on our visit to Vegas. The quality of the room is top notch with many amenities! We plan on staying again.

I stayed at the hotel last November. It was some of the worse service I have ever had. I showed up on crutches. They moved me to a different tower for my convenience but charged me. Than offered me another room again at an upcharge. I was not offered help to the other tower and told if I wanted to drive it would be a wait for my car. I needed to remember to tip the valet. Everytime I left the building there was no handicap auto door opener and the staff watched as I struggled to open the large glass doors with crutches. Luckily normally another guest was around and helped. When I told them the bed in my room was broken. They said they would have housekeeping look at it. If I wanted I could switch rooms but there would be an extra charge for each night of $20 because room was on a high floor and also don't forget to tip the bell hop. So I stayed in my room. House keeping did nothing to fix the issue. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great but the floor of the shower was very slippery. My boyfriend slipped on the floor. Also we got the car back from valet with damage on it. They took a report we never heard anything but we're told it Vegas that happens. We gave them pictures of car prior to parking. Yes, I always take pictures of rental prior to parking. The pools were nice. The railing getting into the pool was loose though. I really enjoyed being able to walk in the pool. The staff at the pool was friendly and the water that was available was a plus. The pool staff even carried it for me. My 2 star is due to that great treatment by pool staff. The others were not helpful. I didn't expect to be waited on hand and foot but if a bed is broke fix it or change the room at no charge. If someone can't open the door open it, don't just look at them like it's entertainment.

A beautiful hotel. Like most hotels on the strip, everything is like in a small town. Shops, restaurants, games, theaters, etc ... the concierge is super nice and the rooms very well equipped. To try or visit.

It's a very nice hotel, just don't expect Uber to be able to pick you up there. Also don't make the mistake of trying to check in at the mgm grand, as the signature is a different check in desk, inside the towers themselves.

I had a bad experience they have hidden charges and they charged 45 dollars for 5 mins that is too much for a single call I made to California (long distance call for them still in Stone Age) when there was an emergency. Never ever staying there

Overpriced for quality of room. Carpet looked worn and needed replacement. Had to call maintenance to fix TV audio, unlock safe from previous guest, and terrible smell came from kitchen sink in the middle of the night. Asked to get comp'd and was told the room is ran by another management company and they're not responsible. 2 star quality at 5 star price, never come back or recommend.

We always come to Vegas around Christmas time, and...

We always come to Vegas around Christmas time, and since having a kid we've opted to stay at hotels without a casino (avoid all the smoke) and with a kitchen or kitchenette. There are several Hilton properties like this, one on the strip next to Circus Circus which is not bad, and Elara which is behind Planet Hollywood which we've been staying at for the past few years, which is a very nice property and family friendly. But the prices have been going way up for Elara, so this year we opted to try the Signature at MGM Grand, which is just across the street from Elara.

The hotel: Very nice lobby, fast service, attached to the main MGM hotel with all the restaurants and casino games if you want to gamble. There is a restaurant/bar and a Starbucks next to the lobby, as well as a small convenience store and the fitness center.

The room: The one bedroom suite was clean and nicely furnished, with a balcony that let's in fresh air, although it may be dangerous if you have kids that likes to climb. The kitchen is modern with high end appliances and full sized fridge. The master bathroom is huge, with a jetted tub, separate shower, and a water closet (nice!). As a bonus there is a shower in the outside bathroom. The living room was on the small side, definitely smaller than Elara. We got a room with a view of the airport, but noise was not an issue.

Advantages over other hotels was that it's behind gates, and it's valet parking only. Since most hotels are now charging $17+/night for parking, I would much rather pay an working person tip to park and retrieve my car rather than paying to park myself.

We stayed four nights and it was an enjoyable experience. The room was quiet and we felt relaxed. Definitely recommended for families.

we really liked this hotel - while it's not on the strip, there is easy access to the MGM Grand via a skyway connection. you also get to walk through the mall/food court at MGM Grand on your way to the casino, so you can grab a drink (Pro Tip: there is a little stand that you can get a refillable margarita cup, saves you a few bucks per drink by refilling). the pools are great, and you can get to all 3 pools, so if you don't like the vibe or people at one of the pools, you simply get up and go to another!

There is a nice little store/coffee shop in case you need something. we were lucky enough to have a nice view of the strip with a balcony overlooking the pools.

I would stay here again next time I'm in Vegas, especially if i'm looking to save a few bucks. Pro Tip: read the fine print depending on where you're booking through, they have a resort fee of over $30/day, often not included in the price.

Great resort. Fast friendly check in. Very accommodating thru pandemic provisions. Providing masks, sanitizer and personal stylist. The free parking was nice but difficult. Not worth it, recommend using valet or parking in other areas near to destination. House keeping was very prompt w cleaning and any requests.
