I stayed at the hotel last November. It was some of the worse service I have ever had. I showed up on crutches. They moved me to a different tower for my convenience but charged me. Than offered me another room again at an upcharge. I was not offered help to the other tower and told if I wanted to drive it would be a wait for my car. I needed to remember to tip the valet. Everytime I left the building there was no handicap auto door opener and the staff watched as I struggled to open the large glass doors with crutches. Luckily normally another guest was around and helped. When I told them the bed in my room was broken. They said they would have housekeeping look at it. If I wanted I could switch rooms but there would be an extra charge for each night of $20 because room was on a high floor and also don't forget to tip the bell hop. So I stayed in my room. House keeping did nothing to fix the issue. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great but the floor of the shower was very slippery. My boyfriend slipped on the floor. Also we got the car back from valet with damage on it. They took a report we never heard anything but we're told it Vegas that happens. We gave them pictures of car prior to parking. Yes, I always take pictures of rental prior to parking. The pools were nice. The railing getting into the pool was loose though. I really enjoyed being able to walk in the pool. The staff at the pool was friendly and the water that was available was a plus. The pool staff even carried it for me. My 2 star is due to that great treatment by pool staff. The others were not helpful. I didn't expect to be waited on hand and foot but if a bed is broke fix it or change the room at no charge. If someone can't open the door open it, don't just look at them like it's entertainment.
