Really worth the money. The museum has a lot of information about Bath, Romans and the thermes, but it's done in a soft way that you can explore as much or as little as you want. You get an audio guide with the ticket, but there are also small activities for kids (and grown ups) to explore. The thermes are very well conserved and they have lots and of information about how it used to look like when it was fully operational. Truly loved it

The social distancing ruins it, it takes ages to get through and see everything, you can't overtake slow people so you're queuing for long periods. The recorded info about the history of the baths is interesting

There's a reason this is the most visited tourist destination in the UK after Stonehenge. Very culturally and historically significant, you may need to visit more than once to take it all in. The only problem is that it is not very well laid out. The smallest room has the most artefacts, which makes it like a sardine tin. They should either change this or restrict the number of visitors allowed in at any given time.

Must see attraction in Bath who have interest in knowing roman Bath history. One of the best part was the audio tour which helps us to know everything in detail. Took saver ticket which includes Victoria art gallery and fashion museum. Prices are reasonable and place had friendly staff.

Absolutely outstanding and a must do in Bath. Relatively cheap for what could be a full day out. Used a mobile ticket which was dead easy and got an audio guide in my language. Would recommend only listening to the bits of the guide you want as there are a lot of bits to listen to and can get too much by the end. Overall very very good.

Very unique museum even if many parts of it are under renovation currently. But it s quite a memorable and unique place to visit due to its history and unique qualities. Witnessing how the Romans bathed seems so random but it s incredibly fascinating.

Wasn't expecting much to be honest thought I'd see a few ruins but no was absolutely fantastic. The experience is so organised and very well thought out. The audios were so easy to use and you weren't overloaded with information. Spent a couple of hours here, good value for money would highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience, worth the money paid into the ticket. Really educates you while you get to experience how their life used to be. They introduce to you characters that played a big role, and you can see the characters act in front of your eyes on big projects as if you re actually with them. It s like an educational entertainment show. Best thing ever!

Even my 4 year old daughter enjoyed it. They have a free tour-guide speaker for children and she was listening to every single track, very nice! Also for adults, found it really interesting!

Great place to visit a must, to get a true feel of the importance to Baths and British history.
Purchasing a saver ticket u can also get into the Victoria Art Gallery & Fashion Museum. Buy online and tickets can be valid upto 3 months.
Also you can sample the spring water inclusive with the access.
Average time spend is 1-3 hours. Alot to learn and see.
Avoid the peak time buy going when first open in the morning.

We arrived before opening as to not have to wait in the long lines we had seen the day before so we were the first in. So much amazing history on the Romans. The baths are incredible. You can even try to the water if you want.

Really interesting historical step back in time. We were very lucky with weather. Got there early to miss all the other tourist pouring in. By the time we left it was heaving. We were in there for approx 3 hours. Around the actual baths are actors telling u all about the history of the baths dressed in togas, it s a great day out for all the family! Lovely gift shop with must have souvenirs. If u like my review please feel free to like it.

Magical!

Magical!
A visit to England without visiting Bath is pointless.
Explore here to go back in time to the Roman empire and how they lived. Everything that was buried all those years ago are excavated and displayed with a hidden story behind it. My favourite was the curses Romans used to write, this I found hilarious as people haven't changed much since the ancient times, even though we class ourselves as "modern evolved beings" now

Great value for money - Despite England s continued ability to monetize any sort of tourist attraction or experience this remains a great quality value for money. It incorporates some great guided tours and the ability to guide through yourself. Highly recommended

Beautiful site and great audio tour. I usually prefer to wander and read on my own, but the provided audio tour (included in ticket price) really enhanced our experience. Definitely the must see attraction.

What an incredible place! This relatively unassuming museum located right beside the Bath Abbey doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside you'll find a fascinating, highly informative tour that touches on the extensive history of Roman influence in Bath.

The complex is actually quite extensive, and you get to see much of the inner workings of the grand structures that existed hundreds of years ago.

You're provided with an audio guide and are prompted to listen to very interesting commentaries as you make your way through the museum. If you actually listen to the majority of the options, you will likely be here for close to 3 hours.

Final tip - buy your tickets online ahead of time, as you get a slight discount. This place gets packed, especially during peak seasons.

although the price seems high there is plenty to see and read and having the audio tour is well worth having. Thought it was going to be too expensive for what it was but once inside there was more to see and hear about and the audio tour brings it to life. If you like history this is a must

The Roman Baths is a great place to visit while in Bath. When you go in, it really feels like you are going back in time. The museum is also awesome, interactive, and full of information. You can even drink some natural spring water from the hot spring underneath the baths!

Amazing visit! It has been very well though out so that you can really experience what it was like to be a Roman at the baths. The museum is interesting and the audio guide included with the ticket is perfect.

Great historic your of the baths. Just don't expect your ticket to cover going into the baths for a long soak; the baths aren't actually in service. 5-stars would've been given if I could actually take a dip!
