Your typical 5star hotel with quality, but that's all

Considering the price and name, I was a little disappointed. Overall, great room, especially the bathroom. Good gym and nice spa. The problem for me really was that at a 5-star place you expect them to get the little things right, like have proper coffee in the room instead of only instant coffee, or the towels. Their towels were some of the scratchiest I've ever experienced, especially the ones they provide in the spa, but the ones in the room were also pretty bad. It's little misses like that that really detract from the whole luxury experience and why it's only a 4 star review from me.

I think this is one of the best Sunday brunches I have had. The wine and cocktails were fantastic, the service was great and it was genuinely the best cheeseboard I have ever seen. I would recommend this to anyone who fancies a lazy Sunday in Singapore!

A good hotel with a pretty good view and a ride service

Food variation with quality is the main reason I patronise this place. Another reason is good customer service.

Having a drink at Chihuly Lounge is relaxing. Have a chat at the bar as Bar Tender makes you a cocktail. Friendly people.

Even if there is light in the room, it seems to be an invisible glass, so you can relax slowly without worrying about the clothes in the room. The rooms are in white and the bathroom is wide and the view from the window is pleasant. It is a room facing the expressway, but I heard that there was almost no car noise. Cleaning has arrived well, and it is staying again. It is better to stay for several days because you can not taste it in one night. There is a Japanese Concierge, so don't worry about words. Pool was also free and food was very good !! The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes, and there are many different types of desserts as well. Depending on the time zone, you may have to wait for your turn so it is better to go earlier.

Best Hotel I've been to by far. Really friendly staff, really good facilities. Rooms are out of this world comfortable. Wouldn't recommend any other Hotel, but obviously is also pretty expensive, however it's worth it.

The location and views are great, but the service is dissatisfied.
Although I had made a reservation for twins in advance, the order did not go through and I had to wait for an hour and a half for making.
I checked in one and a half hours after I left my luggage, but the luggage was not brought in, and I had to contact the front desk to bring it.
I had a high tea in the lobby lounge on the 1st floor, but (on holidays) it was buffet style and the clerk did not come even if I called. Do not lower the plate.
Since it is a buffet, it may be unavoidable, but the sandwich was dry. Unfortunately, only dim sum and seafood were eaten.
There is no entrance for pedestrians from the road, so entry and exit is dangerous.
This makes the Ritz sign cry.

Food and ambience was great. Buffet spread and variety is excellent, and dishes fresh and well prepared.

If you are ever thinking of booking an hotel and your choices are between Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore and another hotel, do yourself a favor and book the Ritz. Where do I start?

Correspondence: I was coming to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday so i emailed them to see what i could plan for her. My contacts, Aisya and Yu Shan were ANGELS!!!! I don't know what words to describe them or what kind of accolades would be enough but I love them so much. They constantly kept a line of communication to make sure all my questions were answered. (more on them later)

Arrival: When we drove up the winding driveway, i was impressed with the beauty of the hotel surroundings. When we got out of the car, we were greeted by Ryan who was our valet for the day. He made sure we were well taken care of, so much care in his service. Our check in process was seamless. Our rooms were not ready but Ryan took us on a quick tour of the hotel and its art pieces. Afterwards, we went to the pool bar and had some drinks. Bear in mind though, food is very expensive at this hotel, but its Ritz Carlton in Singapore, what would you expect? Once our rooms were ready, Ryan came to get us. I was shocked to find out that our room had been upgraded to a suite.

Stay: The hotel is very beautiful. The room was so amazing. The view of the bay, phenomenal. My wife and I went out for some food from Lau Pa Sat. Having stuffed our faces with chilli crab and Laksa, we retired back to the room. Then i got a call from Aisya and Yu Shan that they had surprise for me. They came to the room with a cake, champagne, pastries that spelt out my wife's name and beautiful roses. I was stunned. They set everything up and made sure i was satisfied before they left. My wife was so happy with everything. The next day, these beautiful ladies surprised us again. I tried tipping them but they flat out refused. To be honest, Aisya, Yu Shan and Ryan made my trip 1000% better and i am very grateful to them. Check out was seamless, there was always someone around to assist, from getting tips on where to visit in the city, to just looking to have a chat. I will be visiting again in December and i will not look to any other place, Ritz Carlton has gained a life long customer and its because of the treatment i received at the Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore from Aisya, Yu Shan and Ryan.

This is recommended when you have F1 in Singapore. Peking Duck is also recommended.

Dined in The Colony for their christmas buffet. There were plenty of variety of food and the quality of the spread is excellent, especially the Canadian Oysters and Swordfish Sashimi. I've enjoyed the cook food section as well. Overall it is a very positive experience to dine there. Will definitely visit again.

Has some splendid interior but some of their amenities are not worth the high stars plus there is no membership benefit of being a Marriott member or for that matter any membership

Nicely decorated rooms, good restaurant and service

Simply brilliant staff and a very nice hotel. We had an issue with noise due to a wedding party but the hotel staff very immediately onto it and the response was superb. Food is stunning and the presentation first class. Would go back there in a NY minute...well done to all the staff we met.

Just finished my SHN here for 14 days and could not ask for a better location. The vegetarian food options were nice and came with snacks too although all the food was a bit much so I opted for fruits for dinner. Everything was taken care of including the covid test at the hotel itself. Very comfortable room with a view, incredibly clean. The amenities were well provided for but if you come here, you might want to bring your own mug if you don't like drinking from disposable cups(even though they were nice wax ones). The covid test was ouch but otherwise can't complain at all Thanks Ritz-Carlton staff!

Service was impeccable from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We couldn't thank Louis enough for his customer services including handwritten cards, advice on local attractions and his attention to detail. Everyone at the Ritz Carlton made our honeymoon an extra special event and we couldn't ask for more.

Slightly old, but convenient location and pretty helpful staff

Recently stayed for a week with my elderly mother. The staff could not have been more helpful. A mobile phone was left in a taxi but the fabulous staff helped us get it back. Lovely food, rooms and views. Big thanks to Sandrine, Melissa and Eva. Would love to stay again.

Visited the Ritz Carlton for an event in the Grand Ballroom. Set up, service and food was good.

Centrally located and easily accessible by public transport.

The best hotel in Singapore, friendly staff, location very close to attractions, shopping mall, restaurant, subways.
The view from the room explorer the area than any hotels around.

Although the buffet is pricey and selection and spread is excellent.

The ambiance was very nice and cozy. The food were nice and tasty too. Except the nyonya kueh were too hard and not so tasty.

One of the best buffet i have ever been to... oysters were very fresh...

Location was great. Room size is huge. Great experience.

This is one classy place that is welcoming and rewarding. Service is notches above others. Value for money for those discerning ones who can afford.
