Great hotel in perfect location. Amazing breakfast.

The buffet lunch at Colony was really good and the wait staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the restaurant.

Since 2008 I have been staying at Ritz Carlton all the time in Singapore.
5 to 6 days to go short, 8 to 9 days to go long
Sometimes I get a sense of prestige and sometimes it feels cheap, but as the continental customers start to notice, there has been a lot of feeling of grandeur and luxury I once had.
There are a lot of employees who show excellent service, but the mind of service itself loses a high score due to a few wrong employees.
Room renovations seem to be going on for almost ten years, but in recent years, I've been renovating the breakfast room, gym, spa ...
Especially the facilities of this hotel seem to be the best of the old and poor sauna renovation which is incredible.

Location was awesome. Went for business event and had plenty of the ice peach tea (must try)

Went to buffet at the colony. Really the best buffet I have gone to. The dessert selection is great. The snow crab is super fresh. The salad bar is great.

I love this hotel and had stayed there previously. Brings back fond memories. The smell of the halls, the top notch service are all things that I rmb. Rooms are fantastic with a great view of the marina Bay area. I like the location very much too as it sits right in town center.

We paid extra to have access to the executive lounge and it s definitely worth it. First time in Singapore and I m happy we stayed here. Minus one star because for such a nice hotel, their blow drawer was basic.

Attended an official work function at the ball rooms for the event. Arrangements and deco were good and atmosphere was good as well. No food was provided though .

Great hotel to be at for a staycation, especially when you want to soak into Singapore s city atmosphere. Rooms are big, spacious and with a great view. Will certainly be back here in the next couple of months!

Truly a 5-6 star hotel in terms of decor and grandeur. Need a little walking to the nearest public transport.

If you want a good night's sleep, don't stay here. There seems to be some fairly serious problems with their plumbing which makes it sound like there is an old van revving it's engine in your bathroom at random hours of the night. It must be a known problem but they still stick guests in those rooms.

Even when that's not happening, from the 11th floor you can hear each car that passes on the road below and every one of your neighbours departures and arrivals, such is the sound proofing so poor.

The air-conditioning unit on the wall is for show; it's either on or off, temperature adjustment does nothing, which makes working from the room in the daytime an uncomfortable experience.

It's no surprise it's such a reasonable rate for a Ritz-Carlton, but even at these low rates they're over charging. Stay somewhere else.

the food there is omg fresh. Atmosphere for family is pretty good, each table seating felt private as spaces between each table is quite far.

Went for dinner at the colony. The food at the restaurant was really fresh especially their oysters and salmon sashimi. However, the varieties weren't that great. It seemed like for the price there should be a larger selection of food. The service however was impeccable. I really loved the environment and service staffs. They even sang my girlfriend a birthday song Along with a chocolate cake. Great place to have a dinner.

The best hotel I have stayed in Singapore. Excellent lunch buffet at the Colony and Amazing rooms and views of marina bay if you choose a marina bay view room.The hotel has beautiful luxurious interior and the hotel delivered an excellent service throughout.

Amazing views, service second to none, rooms are graciously appointed, comfortable and relaxing. Probably among the top 5 hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. Did I mention the breakfast is from no fewer than 5 cultural traditions, every bite to be savored and enjoyed!

It feels a bit dated but isn't as dated as the Ritz Seoul. Legendary service as always. I had a killer view of Marina Bay Sands and Downtown which can't be beat.

Was there for a birthday. The buffet had a great luxurious list of food. The quality was alright but the atmosphere is good

It seems somewhat impossible but the Ritz Carlton in Singapore just gets better and better each time we return. They refurbished/changed around some parts of the rooms, the express check in process is extremely quick (less than a minute) and painless, every single staff member you interact with is friendly+helpful+polite. It s Chinese New Year this time that we visited and the hotel is full of guests, there are many staff at the lobby greeting everyone and ensuring things are going smoothly. We had our reunion dinner at Summer Pavilion which was well-executed and delicious (although the YuSheng could have been more creatively decorated), and then drinks/dessert at Chihuly lounge. The waitresses were attentive and got us everything we wanted.

When we requested for butter from room service, it came in 2 minutes with no fuss! Our laundry came before our specified check out time.

Special thanks to Evan Chang who always makes sure our stays are special and Liza in Summer Pavilion! Also all the gentlemen in grey suits especially Prakash who helped us with our suitcases and saw us off. We can t wait to be back again!

Super place ... everything is nearly. Many variety of food for breakfast and also have Indian menu which serve in the room.!!

Tip top service, close to being personalised, really nothing much to critic so I'll pick on the decorations. The rice plants have been around long enough, time to change things (centrepiece) abit.
Too many good dishes, done Cantonese style, just recommend one that is my fave : Steamed Marble Coby (Soon Hock).
Attention to the details is admirable, case in point, even if the Longevity Buns were complimentary, the detailed effort in plating them is tip top.

The taste of food was excellent and the service recovery effort cannot complain. But the experience could have been better.

Directions to hotel was not clear from promonade station.
There were 2 other apart from me who took a long while searching for it.

We went for a pre booked buffet which had a lot of variety of foods to offer but over all was a little busy and a bit expensive for what was on offer. Also had an offer on a discount if you were to pay by a certain bank but did not state that only the Singapore version of the card counted until after the manager notified us. Not the end of the world but would be good to be notified at point of sale.

As soon as you arrive, the incident handling is fast and service is the best.

A luxury hotel with Cozy ambience at 3rd level colony restaurant serving buffet breakfast,lunch and dinner, beside there's a Chinese restaurant serving Chinese dishes with private room.

I attended a social event on 21nov evening. I had a good impression when I got out of taxi that evening. I was greeted by a staff who welcomed me like VIP, showed me the way to function hall and even wished me a good time. Even when l left after the event, other duty staff provided transporte options when there was a long taxi queue. Strongly believe that hotel has a good culture be and paid extra attention to even minute details of warmth for its guests. Really appreciate such gestures.

I am relieved with the Japanese staff resident, but I was trying to avoid relying on the Japanese staff as much as possible because it was a busy overseas. We talked with the Japanese staff only to those who received check-in, but I was able to spend it without any inconvenience. The breakfast was plentiful and all was delicious.

Beautiful interior. Very luxe! Had a business lunch at Summer Pavilion which definitely deserves it's Michelin star. Amazing food.

Visited the spa. Amazing treatment and excellent personnel. Value for money considering this is a true 5-star hotel

You get what you pay for. It is on the pricey side. However you get great ambience, great food, great service! Comes with fresh squeezed fruit juices, freshly baked bread, nice brie cheeses, fresh cold seafood and much much more. Well worth a visit.

Huge comfy bed. we love the huge window glass in the room which the bed facing the view directly and the toilet with view!!
The room service is superb. too bad we didn't get to try buffet, we heard its really good.

Well run hotel, good service with attentive staff. Ballroom food excellent. Tasty and balanced. Fresh prawns cooked just right perfectly prepared with a hint of home made XO sauce superbly paired with deep fried yam spring roll that melts in your mouth. The next course of steamed red snapper with spring onion and garlic outstanding with the black bean sauce. You can really taste the freshness when you feel you almost got the fish straight from the fisherman's line. Next up was the simple but well prepared vegetable dish of braised flower mushroom with fresh seasonal vegetables cleverly enhanced with crab meat sauce. All beautifully washed down with Devaux Cuvee D Brut champagne which has been aged 5 years giving it a creamy texture with great intensity.

This hotel knows world class customer service! We opted for the club lounge and it was the best decision we ever made! The view, the food, the service were all top notch! Their amazing staff made our trip memorable and wonderful. Customer Relations Dickson did some magic and got us tickets to their sold out Super Night NYE party! Their NYE celebration was dominated by an unforgettable buffet of world dishes! Executive Chef Massimo did an excellent job with the menu! We have traveled all over the world for NYE and this by far tops all! And then we met Chefs Mugun and Subdaresan! We have never tasted such delicious Indian food! This hotel has an amazing staff! It was such a great experience that we plan to go back to Singapore again this year just to visit this hotel! Thank you Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore! You are awesome!!!

Good location with excellent food and service at the Chinese restaurant

A hotel with excellent facilities such as swimming pools, landscapes and restaurants.

Very helpful staff, had problem with hot decaf coffee, they just could not serve it hot, then, thank god for Rethish, what a man, did a perfect job, he is a real asset to the hotel, look after him!!!

Atmosphere, food, correspondence, etc. were all good. There is Japanese staff, too and is relieved.

5 star food, 5 star service Wish I could have give more stars.
