I was at Colony for lunch. Excellent service. Food was great.

Gym and lodging are free to use and full of content.

Ever the lovely place for a weekend staycation. The views are gorgeous especially if you get a high floor room. Special mention to the bath tub - spacious for a good rest while the kids are outside. If you take up the Ritz Kids Night Safari - they even provide a tent with mattress for your little ones to have a glamping experience. They also include in room breakfast too!

Love the room, and definitely the view. Beds are comfy and large. Service was awesome too! My mother were having a birthday, and they her a cake!

The buffet for SG 53 Birthday was very nice! A whole variety of food you can actually choose from, almost all the food there was delicious and i was stuffed after trying out so many dishes.

The room has a great view of the bay. You can see the supertrees lights and the water and light show if you are facing the bay. A short walk to marina square And a relatively short walk across the helix bridge to the Shoppes at marina bay sans

The place had a nice atmosphere, clean and comfortable. Food at the Colony was tasty and abundant in variety.

There was a large hiccup on check-in, but, once alerted appropriately, the front desk manager handled the situation with a strong sense of hospitality and confident service. I was impressed with their ability to handle a guest relations situation. On resolution, the room, service and guest experience were exceptional. The hotel is very family friendly and I'd recommend it for families. If you want romance, you should book a corner suite away from the families. If you have any special requirements, I encourage you to contact the concierge ahead of time rather than the reservations team. Also, check with the hotel regarding rooms and locations if you have a special requirement as they not be sensitive to this.

Had brunch at The Colony and had a great time with friendly and attentive staff! Food selection enough to whet your pallette for the whole 2 hours available. Will return for future functions!

Visited the Colony for their seafood buffet dinner. Although it's one of the pricier buffets that I have been to, the buffet spread was fantastic with different variety of seafood both raw and cooked.

In addition, the ambience was superb and the service staff were prompt in clearing the plates whenever we were done. Last but not least, they remembered my request of a birthday cake for my grandma without any reminder. Highly recommended and I'll definitely visit again!

I had buffet lunch at The Colony. Seafood was fresh, with a wide vareity of cooked food. Cooked food was well prepared. The cold drinks was a little diluted as the ice has melted, leaving a layer of water on top.

We stayed at honeymoon. According to the hotel selection price of the pack tour, does it mean a hotel of the second level after Marina Bay Sands? The architecture is a little while ago in 1996, but it is a luxury hotel, so the building is clean and I think it was nice to have the taste of repeating years.
Singapore can communicate with broken English to a certain extent, so there is almost no problem with daily conversation, but it is still very nice to have a Japanese Concierge.

The time spent in the hotel was not so long as it was a tourist center, but the night view seen from the hotel after the day is quite good. The beds are high and you can enjoy the view even if you sleep.
It is also a good point that the breakfast buffet is luxurious.

I had the chance to stay there on a business trip but I bet is great for leisure as well.
I particularly enjoyed the art collection; the breakfast buffet is amazing.

One of my favourite place to host roadshows or dinner or meet clients.. also they have morning meeting rooms that serves breakfast.. latter you will be surprised how few actually provide this.. like also the deco, grounds and the place for their buffet breakfast and lunch dinner is their Colony restuarant and their Michellin star Summer Pavillion which I use often for CNY occasion. Am sure the rooms are excellent and command a very pretty view of the bay..

I stayed at the Ritz over the National Day public holiday. Usually an extremely high traffic time, it was great to see that the quality of service never faltered. It was great to see that the quality of their attentiveness and customer service never changed!

Stayed in the Premier Suite. Great stay. Bathtub and toilet was fantastic. But the swimming pool is not kid friendly.

Update: came for a 2nd time 1.5 yrs later. Took the 1 bedroom suite. Room is enormous. Ritz pays attention to Kids have a dedicated feature for entertainment on Level 4. This room had a kids tent, and a dedicated office area. The photos speak for itself. The kids will love it.

Amazing customer service...best I have ever experienced. And yes I have stayed at many resorts/hotels. The buffet is unmatched. You will not be disappointed. The lounge entertainment was so good!
