We did the Sunday Brunch with free flow Champagne. Highly recommended.
Everything was sensational, service food and drinks were all top notch. Really loved all the options and different cuisines. Eggs Benedict with lobster is divine. Only down fall was the Latte and Cappuccino needs some work and the Smashed Avocado was missing.

Fantastic service. The service is exceptional. The staff there were kind and friendly without the condescension that sometimes accompanies a five star hotel. Anything you ask for (within reason obviously) will be delivered for additional charge. The rooms were beautiful, view was fantastic. The gym was lovely with sections for cardio, weight training, and a separate room stocked with a punch bag, bosu balls, monkey bars etc. My only dislike was their room service menu. Intercontinental in HK did a little better on that one.

During my visit in Singapore, i stayed both at Marina Bay Sands and The Ritz. Even considering the amazing view from MBS, i think next time im visiting singapore i would definitely pick Ritz over MBS.
The staffs were so nice and friendly, the quality of service was unmatchable.
The food and breakfast were so delicious and the options were so diverse.
I tried the in house Spa and their signature massage was the best massage i had in years (and im getting regular massages elsewhere).
The only thing that i didnt like was the times that one if the staff was coming everyday to check the minibar usage. And she would have knocked non stop until you let her in even if you were asleep. She woke me up twice!
Anyway, i loved the experience and highly recommend it.

Undoubtedly the best !

We enjoyed our staying very much!
No mention that the night view was stunning n the bed was cozy. However, the remarkable crew members were the highlight that made our stay unforgettable.

Everyone here was so friendly from reception to cleaning ladies, especially Dickson from the front desk you realy felt the hospitality. Even when we bumping into Dickson( off-duty ) at Suntec city, he recognized n greeted us proactively that made us felt so sweet.

As the first time me n my sis celebrates birthday abroad with parents, I m really glad to spend my birthday stay with Ritz.

The Colony buffet was incredibly worth it. With its eight stations, there was lots of variety. The ambience and decor is nice and clean. Waittresses were prompt in clearing finished plates n cups, as well as providing scissors for ur crabs. All in all, we had a good time and will surely come again

We had lunch at Colony, Ritz-Carlton's restaurant. The buffet spread was expansive enough to satisfy even the most demanding of diners.
The service staff are pleasant and observant enough to anticipate your needs and requirements, sometimes even before you make the request.
Interior and decor is classy, befitting an upmarket hotel. Good dining experience overall.

My husband and I stayed here for 12 nights. We stayed in a Marina Bay view room with executive lounge access. Nothing was too much trouble, even before we arrived at the hotel we were contacted and asked if we had any special requests. We celebrated our 31st Wedding Anniversary and received a cake and bottle of champagne during our stay. The Executive lounge well worth it, excellent service, food and champagne throughout the day. At present we live in Melbourne and have never received

Dined twice at Summer Palace, lunch and dinner. Impeccable service and delicious food. The charsiew was flavoursome and tender but the highlight is their lobster fish noodles - rich broth and qq noodles.

Also visited Colony, their international buffet restuarant. This is a rare buffet spread where majority of the food was delicious. The night i was there, there were 3 types of fresh oysters to choose from. Salad bar was great too. You will have to wait for the very popular baked crayfish topped with cream but the queue ends by 9pm or so. Dessert bar was fun - tea ice creams were delicious.

I have never stayed at this hotel but when I visited to enjoy high tea at the lounge, I was really impressed by it!
The food especially the meats are very nice!
At the champagne branch on weekend, you will enjoy some seafood as well and it will be very nice as well;)

But scones and some other pastries are not special for me.

I wished we could have at least 2 different beverages for our afternoon tea at the same price. Nevertheless the foods are delicious and the waiting staffs were excellent (esp. the one that attempted to speak hokkien to my grandmother to explain the foods)

Chinese cuisine Executive Chef Cheung did very well in the whole execution of the menu.
All the dishes were very good and awesome.
And their service staff were helpful in providing the whole dining experience a complete and fulfilling Chinese new year lunch.
Thanks Summer Pavilion

Fantastic service. I urge the management please retain all your present staff, they are really good in their service. I would like to comment on a Singapore chef and a waiter. Chef is in the meat section (age 20+) Chinese, chubby chap. While the waiter (age around 60+) both gave us very good service and great initiative. Not so good is this Filipino spaghetti chef, service not so good plus not really happy that there were so many orders. Just my opinion.

Booked a staycation (2 adults and 2 kids) to celebrate wedding anniversary and birthday. We got a kids safari package (deluxe room). We were told that we needed to change room type to a suite to house a tent(part of the kids package) and a crib(for baby) prior to booking. Hence we went ahead and paid for a suite.
Upon checking in, we were pleased to know that we have been upgraded from suite (premier) to another suite (i believe was the millenia suite) due to the celebrations. The room was definitely the highlight of the entire staycation. Spacious, high level(27th) with magnificent view of marina bay, equipped with a huge tent for my girl. The room was beyond our expectation. Hand sanitisers and masks were also provided in the room.
Reservation has to be made to use the pool. We emailed the hotel before our staycation to find out more about the reservation and got a pool slot before checking in. We had the pool to ourselves and my kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Eva, the lady attending to us at the pool was really attentive and took the initiative to help us with a family photo. She was also seen sanitising the surfaces around the pool in her free time.
Breakfast was served to the room. We chose American breakfast and had a delicious spread. Hannah, the lady who served the food to our room, brightened up our morning with her warm welcome and greetings. She had a good rapport with my kids and would asked if we needed anything else. She volunteered to call for room service for us and told us about the pool floats that were made available for the guests in the hotel.
We had an enjoyable stay at Ritz-Carlton. It will definitely be on our to-go list for a celebratory staycation. (Price is a factor still :p) Nonetheless, we recommend this hotel for those who have some spare cash to spend as an alternative to travelling overseas.

Both the view and the room are great!

Both the view and the room are great!
The night view is also beautiful and you can walk to Marina Bay Sands!
There is also a Japanese Concierge, so I could reserve a restaurant other than the hotel.

Food : NOT recommended for those who has certain Allergy or dietary restrictions.

They gave MEAT for VEGETARIAN MENU.

2 days ago they serve CHICKEN in the spring roll , tried to complain they insist its vegetarian "chicken". Took a pic and complained again, then they admit its Chicken. They consciously know it when they mark on the cover with the Vegetarian.

Today they serve SHRIMP.

Food terrible taste.

It is a disappointment and unprofessional for a 5 star to do such thing

So for those who has restricted diet, esp for those that have Allergy please be VERY careful.

I had to attend for my cousin's wedding in Ritz. Being a 5 star hotel, I'd expect the service to be outstanding and really "up there". However, it wasn't as such. While waiting right outside the ballroom (cocktail session), the service was extremely poor. The waiter/waitresses talked rudely to one of my uncles telling him to "Can wait my manager told me to do this". The cocktail starters were also served less frequently as compared to earlier weddings I've attended here. We had to request them to serve more frequently in which they obediently did. The mango lassi which was one of the drinks, was also finished. Not many people chose the mango lassi drink but still it finished.
