Excellent service. Pool boy Alvin was so friendly to help people take photos and took a lot of effort ensuring people posed in a certain way and took photos that captured the best views possible. Alvin is definitely an asset to RCM

No complaints. We can see transfer of Benz, regular lounge, marina bay directly in front. The education of the staff can be reached and you can relax relaxedly. I want to go there again.

Excellent service, attentive reception and greets you from the moment we exited from the car.

Had lunch buffet at The Colony. The spread was good, not the largest or anything... But the quality was fantastic. There was your usual sashimi, crab and sushi. No oysters for lunch. Fresh fruit, assorted juice and drinks. The taste of the spread was really great! Attentive servers cleared the plates fast and provided lemon water for rinsing after prawn and crabs were eaten. Very nice overall.

A very good hotel, both in terms of environment and service, I am imagining, especially since it always makes me feel back to a place I am very familiar with. It feels so comfortable and comfortable. Words to express the description, if you have the opportunity to come to Singapore for a holiday, you will definitely be back to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. .

The location is great, very near everywhere thats a place of interest, rooms were splendid and the service was impeccable.

The five star is just for the whole staff and their customer service. Simply exceptional. One of the best i have received in anywhere in the world. This was my 2nd visit in Singapore as compare to other luxury hotels i like the service here better. From entering the hotel to the gym visit and restaurant all the staff members are helpful. Too bad its not the part or Marriott Banvoyy rewards program and the rooms are okay too.

Was here for wedding banquet. The staff can be abit slow due to their new to environment but they are not rude. Food wise is OK not salty I like bit however the food took a long time at times when other tables had already been served. And of course here don't practice ladies first. Hmm kinds weird

The view from the room was wonderful It was good at a distance that is easy to go to shopping.

Had a corporate dinner and dance event at the ballroom. Was a little packed for the attendance of 1100 pax, and food was below my expectations. It may be that wedding banquets provide better options than for corporate events as i have heard better food reviews from those hosting weddings there. High ceilings abd squarish ballroom size make it look really grand.

Great hotel with a stunning view of the Marina bay. You can see Marina Bay Sand, Merlion, Science Museum, Fullurton Hotel, and CBD. Bathe and see the sunset is so relax. I didn't use any facility since it's lockdown because of the covid-19 virus.

Went there for the lunch buffet. It was so nice and the service from the staff is so friendly as well. Will go again for the buffet.

Fantastic view, Outstanding services and extremely convenient. Ritz Carlton has always been my choice when it comes to staying in a luxurious 5-star hotel. The club rooms were located at the higher floors with the amazing panoramic view of Marina Bay . Unforgettable personalized service at the lounge. Club supervisor, Firdaus is superb, always so accommodating to our needs !

Amazing service in a beautiful hotel!!! The tubs are amazing! The food in their Summer Pavilion is unspeakably good (slightly pricy but well worth it) amazing beds and sheets! Centrally located! I would stay here again in a heart beat!

I'm staying at Marina Bay Sands Hotel, but I would like to stay at the Ritz Carlton next time I go to Singapore again ^ _ ^

I stayed at the ritz carlton millenia singapore. And it was amazing. No complains.

We stayed in Weston hotel for 4 days it was perfect. We thought to get a better view in the last day so we payed a lot more for this marine view room but this is what I got.
Very disappointed with the service.
We arrived at 4, the check in time says in email was after 3. Taxi arrived in the front gate, no one said hi nor helps with suite case/doors, no smiles of course, asked for direction got ignored.:(
Then we finally found the check in counter, waited 30mins to check in, another 30 mins to wait until they finished with cleaning up the room. The staff told us the previous customer checked out late... I asked for changing to another room, and they were trying to downgrade my room with same price.
Paid a lot for the view, but we got nothing.
Horrible experience. :(

The rooms were ok the ballroom on the other hand was very old. And the banquet service staff needs training

one of the best afternoon tea buffets in town at Chihuly Lounge. impeccable service meets delectable food. the crew kept our teacups perpetually filled and cleared our dishes very promptly. the selection was not extraordinarily vast, but the quality is top class. the turkey pastry (not sure if this is seasonal for Christmas), prawn roll, and chestnut cassis cake deserves special mention. all in all a phenomenal experience - already planning our next visit.

Luxurious hotel. Very opulent decor. Great views from the suites and higher floors. Good events management for weddings, and good catering.

It was best that the night view looked so beautiful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the room was clean as a whole, but I wanted to do a little more effort to clean the bathtub. I was somewhat rough and washed myself.

Scored a wonderful upgrade with views of Marina Bay and the merlion.

Centrally located with suntec city, millennia mall and esplanade mall nearby. If shopping is your thing then this is where you should stay.

The view was good, but the hotel was very old and the service was average.

Great hotel! Stayed in it with my son. The service is top notch! The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, everything is clean, and what a chic view from the windows !!! I want to come back again and again !!! The breakfasts are wonderful! Near the hotel there are many shops, restaurants! If we go, stay again at this hotel!

The ritz carlton has good service and has a nice interior. The food is also quite good. It is also near places of interest like marina square , esplanade, the float@marina bay and the singapore flyer.
