The food was good and staff was very attentive and professional. Hotel was cozy and also v grand.

Second visit - first one many years back. Room is as great as I remember it to be - very spacious, with a great view. Staff is friendly. Visited during Phase 3 reopening - room is spotless.

One of the best 5-star hotels in Singapore. Room size is generous and has nice view. Excellent service by their staffs. Good variety of breakfast buffet. Directly connected to Marina Square shopping mall. Definitely will return to this hotel on my next trip to Singapore.

I came to Ritz-Carlton for the first time, but the hotel itself was wonderful and the level of customer service was high. Even if you come earlier than the check-in time, if you have a room available, you can enter it in the same way as 5 star and high hospitality hotels.
There are many choices for breakfast, and many tourists come to eat only that. I want to come again with my family.
The pool is relatively large, so you can get drinks and snacks.
In September, it seems that the F1 in Singapore can be seen from the hotel.
However, whether it's a restaurant or accommodation, the price is generally high, and I think it's a hotel for people who don't care much about the price.
There are several shopping malls right next to the hotel, so the location is quite good.

False advertisement being part of the Marriott Bonvoy brand but don't get fooled. Your Marriott status means nothing in this hotel and you cannot earn points for stays here. Facility is nice, no doubt. Staff especially Say at the frontdesk went above and beyond to make the situation better, but there was little she can do about the hotel policy. However, arrived at 3am after a long flight to learn that I cannot use my ambassador elite early checkin (had to pay an extra night or wait until 3pm to checkin, I could not enjoy any of my benefits, cannot access the lounge, and cannot earn points for stays. It was the WORST experience for me at a Marriott branded hotel.
First and last time for me in any Ritz hotel after learning all of this at CHECKIN. You would think they have professional curtousy to at least let you know at time of booking.

Fantastic view of Singapore - but make sure you get the correct side of the building facing the bay and sea. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is great with fabulous views from the bedroom and bathroom, especially the bath tub. (One aside, the Chinese restaurant at the hotel is s bit over priced.)

The staff at club lounge are amazing & provided exceptionally good service. Quality meals & wine are offered. Staff ensure all requests are taken care off. Thumbs up!

We stayed at the 5-star Ritz-Carlton Millenia set in Marina Bay with sweeping Singapore views. We had a warm welcome and the service was excellent. Our deluxe suite had a separate bedroom and living room, a luxurious marble bathroom, and a panoramic view of Marina Bay. Moreover, the spa is a must-try! Nice hotel, but older. Service was high quality, but there was an odd odour near the stairwell at the end of the hall on my floor. Thankfully, it was not noticeable in my room.

Everything about this hotel was amazing all the way from the food to the amazing views. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful in anyway, but there were two things that weren t so good. 1 being that a bathroom smelt like cigarettes and 2 being when we were eating breakfast the cleaning lady, started to vacume around our table. But over all it is an amazing hotel and I would recommend staying here

It was marina bay view on the 30th floor, but room and view were the best. In the bathroom with large windows, I feel like I'm alone in the marina. The pool was also relaxing with a calm atmosphere. Breakfast was wonderful and I was looking forward to it every day. We were relaxed all over and were able to receive service like Ritz. For the first time, enjoy a swimming pool in Marina Bay Sands (Club room) only for one night, and we recommend a plan to stay in Ritz

Its one of the best hotels in Singapore. Clean and has excellent service.

Nice ambience at Colony. Some of the meat were too dry though ...e.g. Satay, pork. Ice cream choices were disappointing too. The drinks are really nice though.

Great variety of food. Western, Indian, Japanese, Italian, Chinese and Singapore. Very chill, but deserts were quite limited. Need to make early reservation too, will end up in wait list if not.

Shiraishi was quite simply amazing. The otoro brought literal tears to mine eyes.

Buffet had a lot of items and was worried about what to eat! We are very happy to eat a lot of fresh oysters! I was also impressed with the meticulous and polite service.

Ambience was fantastic, but it does have a slightly older hotel feel. What's great was that I noticed they even provide drinks at the reception. I went for buffet dinner and there was a wide range of selections and it was very sumptuous.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, i ve got surprised that the housekeeping noticed that i m using a Loofah in my shower so they bring to me a Loofah and left a letter for me explains that they discovered that and have it ready with a rabbit smile face, knowing that I had my own Loofah, what an excellent service looking in to the details needs for the customer to optimize customer satisfaction, this hotel and the management is not like any other hotel, maybe other hotel will send you what you want or if you asked them to do that, but this hotel keep optimize customer satisfaction in unpredictable way with creative ideas.

Sunday buffet was excellent, food was fresh and there was excellent variety

Good hotel and within walking distance to few shopping malls.

The summer pavilion served up the most delightful meal I've had in a while. Most enjoyable birthday celebration!

Ate at Colony. Our favourite restaurant for special occassions. Price is on the high side but the buffet spread is worth it. Service is also fantastic. Third time coming here, and will be coming back many times more.

Lovely service. Staff were very friendly and sweet to my kids

The interior is old but cleanly maintained. Customer service level is very high and great. Depending on the grade, you can enjoy the wonderful view at a reasonable price. It is a pity that the card lock on the door when going to the pool is far from the door.

We loved every moment in the hotel. Dhya at hotel reception made sure that we had the best experience during our brief stay.

You can see Marina Bay Sands from the hotel. I have stayed at only this Ritz and the marina mandarin in Singapore. Because it seems to me that staying at Bay Sands is a bit of a mihha (dead word ??) ... (; ^ _ ^ A? After all, staying at other hotels is the best way to see the wonderful shapes of Bay Sands. If it is a Ritz, the service will be There is no doubt, the rooms are the best, and you all know well (o ^^ o)?

We had a splendid lunch in the Summer Pavilion. The staff were most helpful: when we arrived there was a problem with our reservation, but we were seated at a good table after about 15 minutes. The delicious meal was worth the wait.
The hotel is very stylish. The main lobby areas are bright and airy, with a very relaxed, spacious ambience.

Very good service. Ate buffet at the restaurant. Very good and exceptional, stood out from other buffets I've been to. Waiters are warm, always come by to take requests and refill water. Concierge people are very helpful and friendly, speak with a nice tone.

If there is 6 stars, i will rate this hotel for there services.
When you arrived the hotel, you will be welcomed, your baggage tag and guide you to the reception area. The receptionist are very respectful. After our registration, the receptionist noticing we are traveling with children. Brings out a kids kit, that include drawing paper and crayons. Also there is a paper where the kids can go around the different section of the hotel and have it stamp. If it is finish there is a small rewards.
The room is very very big, and It have a very good views. My room have a good views of the Marina Bays.
The chambermaid are excellent, when she brings water to my room, she even ask if i want chocolates. This little things shows good gesture and good training and you feel welcomed.
Everywhere in the hotel. All the staff greet you and ask if there is anything they can assist you.

Great service, fantastic food. Ambience was perfect for any celebration. Couldn't have asked for more.
