Service is very good and environment is very comforting. Dim sum is not that good and salmon is less fresh but seafood is above expectation. Overall experience is good.

Ritz-Carlton provides 6 Star service at the recent MDIS 60th Gala Dinner celebrations. Congratulations to the well Organised F & B team for managing the dinner with outstanding class. Keep up the excellent service. I enjoyed the evening.

Very good, that is, the swimming pool is a little less.

Definitely not a 6 star standard hotel. You can tell that the service is not to international standards. Rooms are showing signs of aging. Creaking floors, dirty and smell rugs.

If you were to choose a hotel, I would recommend Mandarin Oriental or Andaz over this.

I stayed last year .. prospect .. service .. room .. was the best
I went with my 3 year old baby. The night view was good enough to go to the Marina Bay.
The pool was nice too. It was one of my favorite hotels in my life.

A very elegant hotel. Welcomed by the very professional staff when entering the main lobby. Had a meeting at Summer Pavilion. Lunch was awesome - high quality soup, and the White fungus dessert was really refreshing. Price was definitely not cheap but you get the best quality!

Marina Bay Sands and Lion Park were the best from the room. The buffet also had a lot of food and I was very happy.
Because the bathtub in the room is deep, I think Japanese can be satisfied.

They are not a part of Marriott rewards, but a great hotel nonetheless

Celebrated my anniversary with my wife at the colony. The food was top notch, service was good. They also presented a complimentary chocolate cake for us. Although the price is a bit high($80++ per pax) on a Tuesday night, the whole experience was worth it. Definitely one of the better buffets in Singapore and I will come here again.

With a rich variety of international cuisine, appetising desserts and fresh cold seafood, The buffet dinner at Colony is always at the top of its game! Ambience was comfortable and classy too.

The bed was clean the service was good but the walls were a bit dirty.

Simply brilliant staff and a very nice hotel. We had an issue with noise due to a wedding party but the hotel staff very immediately onto it and the response was superb. Food is stunning and the presentation first class. Would go back there in a NY minute...well done to all the staff we met......

Love it and worth the price as ambiance and varieties are great. Just would wish to have more varieties of crabs. Desserts are abit too sweet but fancy. Should try once in a life time !

Had buffet at the Canopy. Good spread of pretty decent quality food. Notable mentions are the cold cuts including Parma ham and some other cured meats. Desserts include haagen dazs ice cream, one of the few places that serve it

Club lounge, pool, dim sum, enjoyed. I also want to go to Singapore to eat that dim sum and chicken soup.

There is a Japanese-only desk available from 8:00 to 22:00.
All Japanese staff were Japanese.
I stayed in a room with a bay view.
It was the seventh floor, but it was a view that I could enjoy enough.
About the equipment of the room
I got 2 bottles of mineral water a day. (Reporting system)
As there are almost all amenities, it is fine if you don't mind or you want to reduce your luggage.
Amenity = Toothbrush / Soap / Shampoo / Conditioner / Body Gel / Mouthwash / Comb / Shower Cap / Nail File / Cotton & Cotton Swab Women are staying together
There are disposable slippers in the room. (Refillable)
There was also a sewing set.
There was a security box.
Speaking of the front also gave me a disposable thermometer.
About the staff
Thank you everyone for your kindness.
It was difficult for me to study language skills, but I did not have any problem in particular.
I told you a recommended general store and was happy to go.
I would like to be indebted again if there is an opportunity.

One of the Best High Teas - "Tiffen High Tea" Food & Service was exceptional.

We had the champagne party brunch and it was marvelous! There was an enormous variety of foods from different kind of kitchens around the globe. I really enjoyed the many cheeses and the live music played by a talented artist!

Had dinner in the main restaurant and it was a lovely experience. Good service and good food

Laksa and Hainanese chicken rice were super delicious! The chicken was smooth and tender! The room was spacious, so as the bathroom. However, the phone operators weren t very attentive to the issues we raised. Furthermore, it was originally a birthday celebration, but the hotel did not prepare prior to our arrival. Ummm, just three stars, not great.

Came here for a wedding dinner. Easy parking and easy to find the ballroom.

The Ritz Carlton is an incredible Hotel located close to public transport making all of Singapore super accessible! The view from the rooms is amazing, the staff is so accommodating and the food at the Colony is World Class!

Really there is no questions about the Ritz-Carlton in Singapore. Excellent service, great room looking out across the Marina and everything else you would expect from this chain. The customer service was amongst the best I have experienced anywhere in the world.

The experience was fantastic! Had dinner at colony. The food spread was impressive and the quality of the food was superb! Definitely worth the price. The staff were all very polite and made the entire experience extremely enjoyable. Looking forward to visiting again soon

Located in centre of Singapore, walking distance to the train station and with a few malls just at the doorstep, it can t get any better unless you are one who prefers to stay at Orchard area.

A well-run hotel, with great location and rooms. Service overall is very good, the attention to detail is what differentiates a good and an exceptional hotel.

In my opinion, i feel that it is the best 5 star hotel singapore has.

Awesome service by the staff and the room is comfortable with a superb view of Singapore. WiFi is available and is fast and stable. Breakfast was a spread and you will be spoilt for choices. They even have a japanese corner serving sashimi for breakfast.

Fascinating hotel, with super service in a great location close to Marina bay. Recommended.

The Colony buffet was excellent, with a good mix of well prepared Asian dishes covering various countries to a fresh sushi and seafood selection. Special highlights were the chocolates at the dessert section.
