An old fashioned hotel whom probably is still using some old school IT system from last century.. I recently made a online reservation to dine at their restaurant. But when I tried to call the hotel to confirm whether the booking was successful, I was told that they are only main desk and have no access to their own restaurants booking at all. They also insisted that I have to call them again when the restaurant reopens tomorrow to check. In my opinion, online reservation is supposed to offer more convenience but it seemed more like a hassle when booking with this hotel.

Just great. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is ultra comfortable. The views from the lounge on the 32nd floor are fantastic. It also has the best hotel gym I have ever seen - actual bench press, 2 Smith machines, lots of weights and machines.

Had our company D&D there. Great ambience and food.

Very nice high end hotel, but during the F1 race, it was so busy and crowded that it did not feel special. The screaming children and packet restaurants really took away from the nice atmosphere. The glass sculptures from Dale Chihuly are beautiful and add something to the lobbies. It can be a bit difficult to find the way in as well as we had to go through and to the top of the mall to find the entrance.

The food wasn't particularly good and some servers seemed very inexperienced.

Stayed in the Ritz Carlton for a night and took the room facing the Marina Reservoir. The view was simply awesome. The room was v big and the bathroom was simply out of this world. The bathroom is designed such that when relaxing in the bathtub, you can enjoy the view of the Reservoir. The breakfast was excellent too with a very wide spread of food. Check in was fast and I have nothing but priase for Ritz Carlton!

Colony is so beautiful... it felt like walking into an entirely different world!

Lunch buffet at Colony was excellent. Staff were very polite and friendly. Just that we were slightly unhappy about the response time when we requested for the bill.

One of the best hotels in Singapore. It's classy and centrally located. The rooms are very elegant - like the view of the city from the hot tub. Amenities were Ritzy :) The food and service were of course, superb

International buffet at Colony was amazing. So much choice and great food.

My mother in law and I got caught in the rain this afternoon and found our way to the hotel entrance. As we stood there dripping, waiting for a cab to pick us up, we were really touched by the caring thoughtfulness of the people managing the lobby. I caught a glance of the floor manager's name plate, Val Vin or Vini who stepped out to the porch with towels for us, coming out again to ask us if we needed anything else. The taxi concierge desk personnel also were super courteous and allowed me to use the phone as my phone battery was dead. Mom and I were truly touched by the warmth and care shown to us even though we were clearly not guests of the hotel. I would like to commend Rirz Carlton for their excellent staff and request that my gratitude be conveyed to Val and the rest.

You could think that the brand speaks for itself. Amazing rooms, location, the views at the bay even better, but what really made our stay unforgettable was the level of service we received! Felt very welcomed from the first steps and the attention given to us was like we were the only guests in that busy hotel. Thank you!

food was great! with alot of different selection and varieties to choose from. was told that the pricing seems affordable too, will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Very friendly doorman who personally walked us the way to marina square. Without him we will be lost.

Ritz Carlton is great place for conference with very attentive staff at the refreshments area. Just abit surprised there isn't any christmas decoration by end Nov.

It is the seventh floor, but the view from the hotel is perfect score.

Had a birthday celebration for a friend . Upon arriving was greeted in and got a complimentary room upgrade . The room was big and the views were amazing . The service received was excellent as we got a birthday cake for our friend . Would definitely go again if there is a chance

One of the top hotels in Singapore famous for its extraordinary customer service. Stay there a couple of times and they will remember not only your preferences but also your name etc... well staffed. Location is also very convenient though can be a hassle to get to / From mrt.

Great hotel. The breakfast buffet is the best I ever had so far. Egg Benedict is amazing. Better than most reataurant that serve them.

The rooms at Ritz Singapore are impeccable and so is the service. Mai helped us check in to a room much earlier than the check-in time with our flights reaching in the morning and before that arranged for us to use the spa area to freshen up. The front desk and ladies at the concierge are very very helpful. The front desk had delicious treats for us every evening by the time we got back to our room and had personalized cards which is so unique. Cleos suggestions really helped us when we first entered Ritz regarding tourist spots and food. Hakeem from front desk helped us with reservations at Lavo restaurant in Marina Bay Sands when Lavo actually showed it was full on their website. Lina from concierge helped with salon booking even though it was not at Ritz. Thank you to all the staff who have been very attentive and helpful, all along with a warm welcoming smile.

Excellent lunch buffet at the Colony, as usual. Loved the thoughtful gesture of providing a cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

We had high tea here and it was fab. There is no information anywhere about how it works though so it's quite confusing which is why I only gave it 4 stars - we spent some time wondering what was going on and which course was what. You get a little slice of beef with sweet potato to start which they call main course and it goes on from there. Tea is considered a course. They finish with a cookie cart, so make sure you're hungry when you get there!

A lil pricey, but I like the view from the bathroom. Overall cleanliness is alright too as expected of a 5 star hotel.

Was there for a conference. The staff was extremely helpful in showing where to go (several times they would escort me to where I needed to be since the place is pretty big)

First night stay at MBS. Ritz-Carlton for 2 nights.
Because the service is much better than MBS, MBS consecutive nights are not recommended for the same amount.

Such a dreamy place! Customer service is 10 stars! It's close to the mall and Art science museum and the airport.

Went there for lunch buffet. Really fresh ingredients and the spread is wonderful. Special mention to the wanton noodles. Would definitely recommend to all.

This is a very nice and luxurious hotel, with excellent service. It's also situated on a prime location, with views facing Marina Bay and a mall within 2 mins of walking distance.
