Beautiful hotel. Great location. Consider providing tea, coffee in the room. Also have an option of rooms with out tubs.
I came here to relax at the bar after a long day of showing my friend the greater Boston area. The ambiance was nice. The old fashioned he ordered was disappointing, way too much ice. Service was awkward.
The staff goes out their way to combine class, style, and the comforts of home into an experience you'll never forget. They create a perfect mixture of impeccable hospitality and customer service that supersedes your expectations and leaves you wanting more. This is something that should be experienced at least once and you won't regret. Hands down.. A must stay!
The service was fantastic. Absolutely friendly and nice staff. Drinks were great. I highly recommend coming in for a few drinks (or more) and enjoy the atmosphere.
Terrible place, I paid over five hundred dollars on a reservation here only to be told upon checking in that they had mistakenly booked my room for someone else. They then proceeded to offer me another room which I took. The next morning I find that my card had been charged an extra two hundred dollars more then what my reservation was for. They explained that this was an upgraded room which costed more but never bothered to tell me that before hand. I will never go here again these people have terrible service.
Very nice hotel with friendly, professional staff. The bed was very comfortable.
Beautiful location, friendly staff, warm and inviting atmosphere
The staff is all ways polite and curious and always make me feel like family.
Drinks after trapology. Nice drinks and comfy seats.
Very attentive staff and great location off Boston Common. Got to see the Patriots Super Bowl parade
The hotel is very nice but the door man he enforce you to have a ride with his friends limousine
The staff was exceedingly welcoming and courteous and the room was very comfortable and well furnished.
Huge luxurious rooms. Giant fitness center connected is nice option.
Though I did not spend the night at The Ritz-Carlton, my time spent at the hotel's bar and restaurant was pleasant and accommodating. If you are looking for a place to eat and relax, I would highly recommend.
Excellent service. Nice, comfortable room. Location is odd, preventing many rooms from having great views. The elevators were PAINFULLY slow!
It's the Ritz so it's nice. Big rooms, great service and great amenities.
This place is packed with everything you could ever want or need.
Beautiful hotel in great location. The service was fantastic.
Hospitality was great. Food was not bad. Rooms were clean. Decor luxorious.
It's beautiful but you can tell the years have its toll on the building.
This unemployed employees is terrible to get close and get out of there. They should fix that problem quickly.
This is my favorite hotel. Ever.and I've stayed at a lot of hotels. Our suite was ready at 2pm as promised, which NEVER happens. We stayed in a suite with our infant and there was plenty of room. The upgrade to the club lounge was also worth it with the delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert available. Every person here was very kind and made sure to make us feel welcome. Chinatown is around the corner, and Boston Commons is across the street. Even with the bitter arctic cold, we had a great holiday stay. I look forward to returning!
The club lounge was disappointing, food had been out too long and very limited selections. The rest was fine aside from an extremely overt front desk manager who yelled hello to everyone who walked in like a Walmart.
Leaves much to be desired. Seems like they have an issue with serving succesful patrons as if they are owed something. Some of the staff is two faced (top management/operations). They will talk behind your back if you are a resident. If you want to be treated like a normal human being theres always Gabe or one of the Front Office operations guy don't remember his name (white male, has a beard, with a Pompadour haircut) needles in the haystack at that place. Bad culture makes the Ritz here look like a crusty motel.
Ritz service as you'd expect. Rooms very nice, not outdated.
Nice place but fewer amenities and space compared to other Ritz Carltons.
On New year's Eve there was 2 fire alarm s in the middle of the night and a crazy lady was hanging up papper that Sayed eat more farts
Such an elegant, iconic hotel. Beautifully trained staff who anticipate your every need
Love it! Incredible service and quality. Worth every cent!
Rooms need a face lift, stained carpets. Front desk were great, housekeeping was great. The motel needs a face lift.
Stopped in for drinks which were very good. Have stayed there in the past and it was excellent.
Mixed drinks at the party were pretty awful. Everything else was pretty good.
Staff was excellent, hotel was clean, club-level offerings (food & beverage) were worth the price for sure.
Amazing hotel wonderful staff and great convenient location. Would stay again.
I don't usually leave reviews for hotels, but the staff at the Ritz went above and beyond to make it a phenomenal experience for both us and our kids. This is hands down the most kid friendly luxury hotel in Boston.
Also, we didn't get it this time, but getting a suite at the club level allows you to use the club suite with around-the-clock food and drinks (along with other services like shirt/suit presses).
Lovely hotel. Large comfortable rooms and the Ritz service you expect.
Very luxurious. They try too hard. Just walk in like you own the place. The bar is lovely. Not my typical scene, but it's where the Yankees stay when they're in town.
Great stay! Staff was as accommodating as possible. Stayed in a suite for 2 nights and the room was fantastic. Location was great as well
Amazing location. Good people that work there. Had a great time and definitely be back when I'm ever back in town
Service was excellent from lobby staff all the way to the parking staff. Even those that you wouldn't expect to have gone through customer service training was courteous and went the extra mile. I had a difficult time remembering where I parked and the staff graciously assisted me in locating my vehicle.
Comfortable, big rooms & suites. Great location, helpful staff. Great stay so far.
The toilet was hastily cleaned, attention to detail was needed. All other aspects of my stay was pleasant.
Awesome service! Most comfortable sleeper sofa ever slept on.
The Ritz-Carlton, Boston was a nice visit. I was greeted with a nice atmosphere and dedicated employees. The room I stayed in had a pretty good view as well. However, the staff were a little slow with my room service, and some of the stuff I got from room service was a little dirty.
They were kind enough to let us use their restroom when we visited Boston Common. Struck up a conversation with an employee there who spoke of all his guests, asked me questions about my hat (USS America cap) and was just very friendly.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Very highly reccommended
Overpriced for what you get. Staff looked like they had woken up on the wrong side of the bed constantly. Bar in reception inexplicably does not open until 5, at which point any atmosphere is ruined by an overly loud piano player/singer. Rooms are nice but aircon was loud and old-fashioned.
It is very nice. The doorman Kenneth was very friendly and helped shorten our route to Fenway. The clubhouse on the 12th floor was definitely worth the extra money. My only complaint is everybody greets you and sometimes I don't want to say good morning 7 times. I had a great time though
Hotel is okay... didnt feel the great service I expected, and they double charged us for everything. Tried to call... was sent to accounting voicemail... haven't t heard back. Disappointed.
