My boyfriend and I stayed at the Ritz GC this October (2018) When we arrived we were greeted with drinks and cupcakes for my BF birthday. They had a cake and personal card in the room for him. The staff was beyond welcoming!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The housekeeping did a phenomenal job! They set up rose pedals on the bed for us and ran a bubble bath. I truly felt like I was on vacation. The food and drinks were wonderful as well. We will most defiantly go back to visit. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend to everyone!!

Amazing five star hotel and probably the best vacation of my life. The property was a usual five star Ritz experience. But it s the staff that makes this place stand out. The smiles, the kindness, the attention to detail made me happy to spend the extra money to stay at the Ritz versus the other resorts on Seven Mile Beach.The beach attendants, Ivo, Kumar, Joel, Rachine?, and Lyndon (who made sure my wife s sunburn was treated well) were outstanding. We had exceptional meals at Bar Jack, Adiamo- get the Bacon Avocado Caesar salad and cold cut sampler.

Wow I have rarely been able to experience such a good courteous service. Perfect beach and pool and rooms .....

The food, customer service, amenities, all on the most gorgeous island on Earth. This is Heaven. Great place for family vacations, very family friendly with a water park for kids. Staff go above and beyond to accommodate. Every restaurant and the club level offer the highest quality foods. Superb.

We stayed at the Ritz in celebration of my birthday. Steve Ndegwa assisted us throughout our stay and made it a memorable one. Thank you Steve! The grounds were well manicured and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The excellent customer service provided is what I expected out of the Ritz, but dinner at Blue was disappointing (taste, nor ambience in the restaurant was not up to par for the price).

Decent service, but $18.75CI for a teeny tiny cocktail that was merely 4 sips. In total, my husband and I spent $50 American dollars for 2 drinks. Who, in their right mind, thinks this is acceptable?!?!?! It was our first day on the island, so we thought we'd splurge, but regretted it after finding much better drinks elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.

Meets the vacationer's wishes ... leaves nothing to be desired.

Lunch at restaurant overlooking the small bay is relaxing and enjoyable. Service was excellent.

I wish there was a place for 6 stars because this hotel is so deserving of more than 5! They have wonderful restaurants, outstanding staff, a fabulous beach and golf course. The spa is VERY special and you could spend a chunk of time enjoying the beauty of just the Spa. Truly a wonderful, vacation experience. Everything you need is all on site at this resort. . .You don't need to leave for anything. We had a fabulous time.

Exceptional customer service extended by all staff throughout my stay. The grounds are manicured and the interior decor tasteful. The fitness center is well equipped and expansive. I can not wait to return and view the renovations starting this autumn.

The staff at this hotel/resort is the best. We were here for a wedding and stayed five nights. We were greeted with smiles and drinks. Every staff member we ran into offered to help, whether it was opening a door, carrying a package or giving directions. Our room was tidied at least twice a day and chocolates were on our pillow each night. Our room attendant even left us little gifts. Every server in every restaurant went above and beyond. The pool staff were so attentive. We were kept hydrated ( ) and always had towels, umbrellas or even a crib for my grandchild. The people here acted like they really wanted to be here but most importantly, they acted like they really wanted us here! It was clean, modern and had fabulous food. I d recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to my next visit.

Not what you would think a Ritz Carolton would be like you pay 10 time s more here then what you could pay if you went too Florida the service for the restaurant s wasn t great either really disappointed.

The location and grounds were lovely. Service was excellent. Every detail was just right. Can t wait to return.

It's an Amazing hotel by the seven miles beach front. Super huge yet get the Legendary Ritz Carlton experience.

Absolutely beautiful property. The grounds are separated by locations. There is the tower suites on one side. The tower has a pool area and is close to the front desk and lobby bar.

The ocean suites are...you guessed it...close to the ocean. The ocean suites also have a pool area.

There are amazing restaurants littered throughout the property.

The food is amazing whether you go to Seven for steak or Blue for the tasting menu or the pool bar for chips and guac.

The service is incredible. There are flags on each deck chair so you can lift it when you require service. There are lots of people all over to help you with everything. All the staff are super friendly .

They were very accommodating! They normally offer their Saturday tea party in the lounge but they allowed me to utilize Taikun for my party of 15 which was great!

Luxurious hotel and well kept, with lovely views of the Caribbean and helpful resort staff. However, it is more than a little off-putting to see their first aid staff wearing Ritz Carlton Loss Prevention identification, indicating to me that the resort seemed more interested in limiting their liability than in rendering first aid to an injured two-year-old grandson.

Absolutely perfect. The staff was so helpful. My mom and I got severely sun burned and one of the staff members went and cut FRESH ALOE for us. They were insanely kind and gracious. I want to live there.

I checked in yesterday for a 5 night stay and am thus far quite unimpressed. (1) Lobby and common spaces reek of intense perfumed air freshener. I m at little concerned about the odor they re trying to cover up. (2) I went to find an ATM for tipping while my husband started the checkin process. My husband was given a welcome drink. I was never offered one when I returned despite the fact that my husband offered me a sip of his in front of the woman checking us in. (3) My brother checked in a few hours before me and was given a rubber duck and amenities for his baby in the crib brought to their room. I wasn t given these items for my baby. It s funny how these little details (or lack thereof) can affect your outlook on a place. (4) The hotel is dated. Bathtubs and showers are tiny and not luxurious. The phone in my room is broken. Getting a mini fridge for baby milk and antibiotics is $25 a night. (5) We tried a berry mojito, regular mojito, and dark & stormy at Bar Jack last night. The cocktails deserve 1 star.

This place is a first class resort with great amenities!!! Better bring a full wallet when staying here!

Ahhh, such a luxurious place where they can afford to minimize their impact on the natural habitat! Just kidding, they just don't care. Avoid this place like the plague unless you love seeing this world turn to caca!

The food was good, but there are a lot of people at the beach here. I prefer a condo with less people.

Enjoyed my sisters wedding Nov 2017 here with friends and family. Absolutely impeccable service. Staff makes you feel right at home. Amazing selection of restaurants too. Hope to visit again.

We just flew in and I happened to be traveling with $700+ in my wallet and lost it when walking back from the beach. I m so thankful for honest people who tracked me down to deliver my wallet untouched! Thank you Boris who works near the pool!!!

The entire staff has been amazing. Kingsley was great at the beach. The resort is beautiful. Food has been amazing. Favorite resort I have been to. Outstanding. We are here at the start of the new year, so it is crowded, but not overwhelming. It doesn't feel too busy. Highly recommed this place.

Not much to say, its the Ritz, great service and views. The grounds and amenities are very good but, for the price the room could use and update.

This place is amazing! The service here is impeccable and the beach is one of the best I've ever been to. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. This made a trip to Grand Cayman one of my favorites!

Nice rooms & Ritz carlton amenities. Courteous staff and excellent location. Drinks & Restaurants kinda pricey but whole island is, liquor store walkable in either direction.

Note, if walking through courtyard make siren noises because only emergency vehicles are allowed there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ritz Carlton GC. The staff were friendly and welcoming - their attention to detail made our stay extra special. A BIG thank you to Shelly and Otis for going above and beyond. We honestly couldn't ask for a better stay and can't wait to return to this beautiful place.

Spent three nights at the Ritz for a girls getaway and we couldn't have asked for a better time. The weather in Grand Cayman was beautiful and we were able to take advantage of the awesome resort pool and beautiful beachfront. Included in our stay we were able to use the snorkeling gear and paddle boats this time around but we will take full advantage of everything including the jet skis, free sailing lessons and other amenities during our next visit! The staff were incredible and very attentive. Florin greeted us when we arrived and made us feel welcome during our entire stay! I would definitely visit again whether it be for another getaway or a family trip with my kids. There is something for everyone at this beautiful, spectacularly clean resort.

Lovely hotel but a bit tired, service slow at beach but gorgeous sunsets. La Prairie spa is spectacular with gorgeous setting, silver comfy couches and water effects.

Amazing service. If we could rate it a 10, we would.
