They charge my card and I have nerve heard of them before

This is a great job and the CEO Mr. Tony Farrell is such a good man and very understanding. He has great staff.Ranny he's a great guy and he has respect for everyone and understanding.

They don't have a solution to your problems and they give you the run around and don't call back to follow up like they say they would. My mom paid over 7 thousand on washer and dryer set and refrigerator through Best Way and she got a year warranty but it been 4 months and they still haven't send a technician out to fix the problem and wait the lady said the technician couldn't reach us or we weren't home which is a LIE!!! You paid each payment on time and paid the account in full and out early but this the thanks they give you for being their best customer smh.

My experience with the direct benefits have been beyond horrific! They received my self addressed envelope, receipts and voucher. The representative said it could take 30 days to process my documents and its been over two months. Now I'm being given every excuse in the book as to why I can't have my rebate. My account stays in good standing and is paid ahead. Now all of a sudden they can no longer find my documents. I'm not receiving any of the benefits I'm paying for and it actually costed me extra time and money. Oh and to top it off, the owner is on vacation for the next 10 days and there's no alternate. They have no record of recieving my documents but you will see in my call log where they call me and did in fact confirm recieving my documents that magically no longer exists. You will also see how many times I have contacted them only to get nowhere fast.
