Went to bang rooftop bar, brilliant ambience and view in the night. Service is at par. The place needs a few maintenance work though. But the food and drinks were good. The bartenders knew their trade well

Well, for a person who has been heavily travelling through past 12 years of his life with 20 + cities and probably 100 + hotel and property stayed in, this truly has been a positively shocking experience seriously redefining what service level, quality of stay, and hospitality should really look like. Staying in Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore has been seriously best stay ever in my life right from the moment their staff opened me the cap door all the way till I sadly completed my check out. Attention to details is incredible, less than a minutes check in with welcome relaxing chamomile tea delivered to my room to help relaxing after long trip, extremely clean and new facilities, you will never feel strange with the staff calling you always by your name even in the corridor, the bang roof cafe staff is incredibly friendly and very caring, not only that but a also great resturant and spa center. No thing is wrong in this place and I believe will come again but next time for leisure only and no business
Quite a Grand place and very superior! Good detail to maintain everything to the highest end. But not for people who don't want to show off. If u go via bike, or drive your car you are treated very badly! U have to park it underground and asked to walk all the way back to the front entrance! No elevator services if u go to parking. U should have a driver to drop you at the front desk and go park the car and stay there! Ridiculous!
Was visiting a conference in the Grand Ball room. Centrally located with good catering. G and service.
Wow. Went here for a sea food fest. Its simply superb. I have never seen a restaurant serving lobster's as part of buffet.
Ritz-Carlton is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The roof top bar is a great treat. The employees are all very welcoming. You must stay here if in Bangalore.

One of my favourites hotels in Bangalore. Great food, great ambience, great service. This is also the place where RCB team stays whenever they have a match in Bangalore.

We were here for a corporate seminar. Their conference room services were immaculate and the catered lunch was a great treat! The lighting of the lamps in the twilight hours was a delight to watch.

Something Needs to be done about the entrance marking and the Staff ,the staff apparently look like recently passed out college kids and if you drive in with a small car your are even treated indifferently by valets.
It was a great experience. They food choice is moderately large. Must try are the various dumplings, great both veg and non-veg.The staff exceptionally helpful and determined to please. The Food is simply awessome!
The Ballroom is my most visited area as a delegate to most of the meetings and seminars. The Comfortability is stunningly great. The dining area outside the ballroom is quite spacious, feels like a garden and comforts anyone who needs a get together with colleagues or peers.
Only uncomfortable feel here is for the parking. Once we park our vehicles, we cannot come up from a Lift/elevator. But, one has to walk from 2 floors below along the sides.
This time, it was raining and I dint have any way than to be drenched.
Friendliest staff I have ever met .. treated with respect and ensured my satisfaction far beyond what is required. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The breakfast has a wide spread and the food tastes very good.
Service is nothing short of excellent.
While the spread is quite wide, it could include a lot more dishes. The breads could be a tad bit more fresh.
Overall, Ritz lives up to the brand image it carries from across the world.
Honestly I did not like the place. Except for Valet parking and staff. No wifi only on charge still mo one to help how to get access. My 4g was not working hence I made request. No one listened. Food was mediocre. There was no water. Only on asking water was arranged. No place to keep used plates etc. I won't visit again unless it's an event that I have to attend and have no choice.
