We had an event at the terrace in the evening and the views were amazing, food was just about ok... Full marks for ambience!

Been there for an office purpose and it was an amazing place with excellent locality in Bangalore city. service and ambiance was amazing. we had a very good time with Ritz-Carlton.

Great food and ambiance. Love their coffee...it's Lavasa after all.

The rooftop bar is awesome. The ambience is super cool.

Swank restaurant with excellent food and a stellar menu with a variety of delectable combinations. Beastly expensive though and food for the price difficult to justify. Splurge elsewhere

A luxury hotel like no other. If you're rich and wanna experience Royal treatment, go for it. Great decor as well.

Food is not that much great in compare to other five star hotels

One of the finest luxury hotel in Bangalore. Went for dinner. Hospitality is awesome and food is exceptionally good. Expensive on pocket but worth every penny. Most of the high profile guests stay in Ritz. Got to meet Kohli and jadega. So yes the chances of you running into some celebrity are pretty high. Their dinning is beautiful, luxurious and gives a privileged feeling. Worth taking your lived once there.

Very pleasant hotel with amazingly friendly staff who would do their level best to make your stay worthwhile, the customers comments are always been taken seriously with immediate action. Would recommend that hotel for anyone!

Its an Owesome experience inside Ritz Carlton, I loved it

Service was second to none...I experienced a wonderful 2 week stay, for which anything and everything I needed was satisfied beyond my expectations. The staff are all so gracious, helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

The front gate staff should be more courteous to guests coming in two-wheelers.

5star ambience but yet to try out what the hotel offers

Really luxurious. Though the food is not that great, the view from 7th floor and above is just mind blowing. Well near Chinnaswamy stadium, so if you are up for a match, Ritz is the best place to be in.

Visiting this lovely hotel after a long time. Enjoyed the lovely time spent at Riwaz. The cocktails tried we really customised to our taste. The gilawti kebab and sambal prawns were just awesome. You must try coconut and kaffhir cocktail if you like coconut base. The whisky sour was just delicious. In fact the cherries served were fresh and we rightly fermented. It was a quality time that was spent.

Service is slow to the rooms bcz of less staff maybe.... But overall I loved the whole experience...Royalty and Peace

This stay proved to be the ultimate, in terms of luxury, comfort and customer service. We were well taken care off, and we enjoyed our short holiday there.

Great hotel and nice staff. The breakfast is pretty good. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, further the location of this hotel is awesome.

Room is near and clean. Bathrooms are nicely maintained. Guests can avail the service of bathtub. Service boy clean the room each and everyday. Guests can relax in the swimming pool with a can of beer or wine. Bar facility is also there. Regarding food there is ample of varieties from Indian to continental. Spa and gym facilities are there. It was a memorable experience for staying at Ritz Carlton.

Limited Indian food options, but nice options across all continental cosines.

Visited here last weekend.Nice ambience, excellent food and alcohol. The staff were friendly. Nice place to hang out with wifey and friends.

Awesome view of the city from the bank - rooftop. The drink was awesome... But food in buffet was not good

Absolutely stunning ambiance. The service initially was very poor, especially for this caliber of hotel. However, midway through dinner, another server took over and turned the entire experience around. The food was good but not the best I've had in Bengaluru. Aside from that, would still recommend.

Don't judge the hotel by its appearance from outside.
The theme of hotel seems to be the lights and chandelier. They do have a thing with their selection of paintings though.
The service is a thing to note. Everyone from the bell boy to the chef were tentative and helpful.
One star knocked out for the sake of not so tasty food.

Attended a music event organised there. The hotel in itself in the way usual five star hotels are as far as decor service etc is concerned. However, when it comes to externallyorganised events they should do a little more homework about the organization.
