The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, it won't be too soft to sleep, and the pillow will get rid of the only shortcomings in the morning. The high floor view is great, you can see the sunset, the breakfast price is high, and the leisure facilities only have swimming pools. Gym only

Attended a wedding banquet here. The hotel lobby is classy and the lighting is pleasant. The banquet hall is conveniently located, with a small but cozy cocktail lounge area. The hotel location is relatively accessible.

The Manhattan Bar is top-notch. Great service and excellent cocktails. The atmosphere has the old speakeasy-feel. Seats are abit limited during peak hours though.

We went to the Korean bbq restaurant for dinner. The meat was fresh and tasty. However, we were disappointed with the Regent as the place looks very tired and looks badly in need refurbishment.

Food and service was great although the dining hall was smaller than expected

Food was good, went for a wedding, the hotel is some what old fashioned.

Service staff was very polite, although under-trained. The decor of hotel was very quaint and traditional.

I'll be as honest as possible. Common areas are 5 star for sure. The hotel is beautiful and the location is very nice...not perfect but nice.. the service is impeccable, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dray backs are as follows: if you have a city view room you will have a lovely construction site right in front of you (construction is just breaking ground as of June 2019) it's not super loud but of you are a light sleeper opt for any other view. 2. The rooms are slightly dated, they need a little love. They are super clean, just need updating. 3. You can hear the plumbing for all surrounding rooms. Not constant, just really annoying when it happens at 3 am. I feel like there are better deals to be had, but it was still an enjoyable stay, just not regular Regent standards for a city like Singapore I expect much much more.

Just stayed here for the past 4 days and I love this hotel! Everything was perfect and most of all, staff are wonderfully kind and nice!! :)) Definitely, would like to stay again when I get back to Singapore. Thanks Regent Singapore!

Awesome pet staycation package ! Pets are allowed in most parts of the hotel except pool / poolside and f&b outlets (except the outdoor seating area of Dolcetto by Basilico). Great service all round although room feels a bit dated and bed is quite high for small dogs.

Location in town area but not walkable distance from MRT

You name it and they have it for u. Very warm hospitality. Quick and satisfactory service. Love being here. Close proximity to shopping locality and botanical garden. Would definitely recommend to all.

So grand when you walk in the hotel, high ceiling, lots of marble , staffs are nice, room is in reasonable good size.

I was at the Regent Hotel Tea Lounge for their weekend high tea. There was a wide selection of food at their buffet line of different cuisines. The biggest draw of their high tea is the impressive selection of tea, and the attention to the detail of brewing the various types of tea.

Simply awesome, what a place to stay, great staff, nice rooms, nice food, and a lovely ambience, hope to stay there soon again.

High Tea at the Regent is a must when visiting Singapore. Amazing personnel, a great selection of teas, food & deserts. We have been coming since 2004 and the quality always excellent. A great place to celebrate an occasion or just an afternoon out. I

Nice quite hotel in good location. The custard and real blueberry donuts are amazing at the cafe.

The interior of the hotel looks exquisite, the rooms are nice and spacious. It is also located next to Tanglin mall for any quick bites or shopping.

The hotel itself and rooms are nice. The bar and restaurants inside the hotel are nice. What I disliked about the hotel, however, is the fact that they put me in a room near smoking rooms without asking me for my preference and when I asked for a room change, they just simply said that no rooms were available. Maybe true, but they never tried to help again afterwards. And my room being the one at the end of the hallway, it doesn't make sense that my room was a non-smoking room and rooms in the middle of the hall were smoking rooms... Either they lied to me or they have no sense in assigning smoking rooms. I had to deal with the smell everyday. Wouldn't consider staying at this hotel again. There are many other nice hotels. Sorry Regent, but you don't seem to be very service-minded in a service industry.

staff at basilico are very friendly and helpful. the desert spread for lunch buffet was excellent. beef was slight too chewy

great location. parking at B1 has to use stairs though. lots of restaurants with different food whixh is great. i ate at Seoul restaurant which serve up great korean food and service is fantastic!

Mr. Sham and staff (Regent Club) graciously accomodated my room change due to personnel reasons. The past few months I have been to 6 different countries and the Regent hotel staff are the most professional and enthusiastic hotel staff Ive encountered. Thank you Regent Hotel!!! Five Stars!!!

I ate at Basilico. The food there was pretty good, especially if you are a fan of cheese. Price is pretty steep for lunch though, at $127 a person.

The Tea Lounge afternoon tea was delightful. Selection of food and service was on point. Will not hesitate to return again!

It is approximately 15 minutes on foot from Orchard Station. If you are pulling a suitcase, it's a little far away. Inside is a huge blow-by structure, and it has a unique structure in which an elevator tower is at the center and a bridge from the elevator tower is on each floor. The view of the lower floor from the bridge and the corridor on the upper floor is especially obvious if you are afraid of heights. Not to mention the room, amenities, service, restaurant etc. On the contrary, it is a very cheap hotel and I would like to stay there again if I have a next stay.

Met with wedding specialist to discuss regarding my wedding there! The hotel is faboulous and grand! Super big and lots or parking lots for your guests too! Best of all, the hotel restaurant is 1 michelin star!!

Having known the Chefs for just over 1 year, my liking is the cool cucumber as well as some fruity salad poured down from the pitch and my take was the big soury Salmon

The Seoul restaurant meat buffet is on the second floor. It is a 5 star hotel and it is luxurious

Excellent prompt service by the staff. Breakfast spread is quite limited compared to other hotel. Good if you want a more quiet area though it will take a good 10-15 minutes walk to Orchard road.

Attended dinner event at rhe Hotel. Multiple course Chinese dinner - prawns, crab and the usual. Service was good if a bit slow
