It was a bit ok.. expected alot more from a former 4seasons hotel chain.

Perfect hotel. Small swimming pool for Such a big hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. Heard the buffet's good. Parking is extremely expensive, park at nearby Tanglin Mall would be cost half the price.

The accommodation is really great! The staff are on hands to their job and also really nice. From the front desk up to their housekeeper, they are nice and approachable. Also their room are also great and the bed is really comfy. The bathroom was also nice and I really love their bath wash and the hot water. Their buffet serves the best dishes in town and their hot bath is the best! Highly recommended and this suits to your budget!

Fantastic high tea! Great selection and service. Probably my favourite in the city.

Basilico is an excellent restaurant for their Buffet lunch. Discreet but very attentive service, Excellent!

Staying for 2 nights. Haven't got a bad word to say about it. Affordable price for Singapore these days. Like the area it is in and you could walk to most places if you are fit enough and good shoes. Use the space in the rooms well. Only ate at the burger place down stairs and it all looks very modern. Like the lobby is in the car park, makes for easy drop off and pick up. Security to your floor and a safe in the room.

Sophisticated. Better to make a booking beforehand even on weekdays. Lovely ambience and delicious cocktails dedicated to the history of New York City.

Was at the Manhattan bar. Lovely private rooms for less than bottle service in some clubs. Great for ballers who grew up, but still want that VIP treatment.

We used in H S tour.
I explained the tour to the Orchard area, but I could not deny the feeling of being a little apart, but the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I was a little surprised, but during the stay there was work of distributing mobile phones. It is customized for the hotel, but it can be used outside the hotel by domestic and overseas Free calls. I took my SIM Free phone, but it may not be necessary next time.
Then have a good trip!

Oh, the bar was a bit oversized, so if you like the quiet atmosphere you should consider it?

Visited for a wedding dinner. The hotel was old but still well upkept. Food was decent.

I visited the tea lounge for afternoon tea 7times. All the time I could satisfied with service and food that they provided me:)!
I like tea selection and scone. Savoury also very tasty!
On weekend, it turns to buffet style afternoon tea but I prefer the weekday menu...anyway,
I will definitely visit here again for afternoon tea:)

Visited Tea Lounge recently for my birthday celebration. Need to reserve earlier as they are popular even among the locals. Loved the serene corner where we were seated. Really felt we were chilling out of Singapore Enjoyed the food items served in English multitiered tea tray, especially loves the savoury plates Excellent attentive service too We got to choose two different types of beverages from our tea sets; the staff are friendly and knowledgeable on the tea selection to give you the recommendation when we were overwhelmed by their selections

Good place to stay as everything is at walking distance from this place.

Attended a wedding dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was good and portion was huge. Filling dinner.

Service was great! Location about 15mins walk from train transport. Room was clean and neat.

Attended a wedding dinner, dishes as of expected, reflects positively on the hotel itself. Waiters/Waitresses were kind to help out if assistance is required.

Nice as always, this place helped me to make the decision to move to Singapore. However, not all places or hospitality are at the same level!

Okay place. Awful wifi, though. For a 5 star hotel to extort an additional 15 dollars for a decent wifi is kinda low. Complimentary smartphone with local SIM-card is a good idea, but the custom ROM on it is not very well thought through.

Excellent food and service at the Basilico, rooming accommodation also very pleasant, overall experience thoroughly enjoyable

The Regent, The Basilico and the Manhattan, all great places to wine, dine and stay.

Whenever we feel like showing off the finer side of Singapore, The Regent is the top of our showcase, the Manhattan especially has an amazing array of refined cocktails and a really strong sense of timely service- really enjoy every night out, big or small!

Great hotel, love the service and clean rooms. However it's not exactly near the MRT stations.

Went for champagne brunch at basillico. Loved every minute. We go for every celebration, great staff, drinks, food and service! Couldn't recommend higher!

Had dinner at Seoul Restaurant. Food was good and the service was fantastic.

Beautiful hotel in a central yet quiet area. The design is a little dated but the service is good and everything works. The best thing is that the hotel is dog friendly!

Slightly confusing layout. Clean, great location, good facilities. Parking is a bit of a pain.

Accessible by public transport and near to Orchard Road!

Poor banquet service, projector image is not clear and food is overrated. Definitely not Michelin star standard.

Visited summer palace Chinese restaurant in Regent Hotel. Both food and service quality were excellent. Price for food was reasonable. While they are good at providing service but avoid asking the staff to take group photographs. They are definitely not trained to do it, so it might disappoint you. Overall experience was good.
