Arranged 2 payments was told as long as there payed it wouldn t go on my credit payed the first one then it went on my credit two days later.

Good company small but close staff..if you take responsibility for the Bill's you create ..it should not be a problem

DataMax finds businesses that need a license that you would not even think of. Great customer service! Generates revenue for your municipality.

This is a collections agency that changed their name. They are the scum of the earth with how they try and escape the previous one star score they had before by doing a company name change and then having someone put in a fake review for them.

Because of their name change on a corporate level, it is also messing with people's credit scores that have collections under their names.

Again, this is a horrible, HORRIBLE company and you should cut any and all ties with them as soon as you possibly can.

Mel from DataMax has been repeatedly calling me about a balance from Piedmont Anesthesia that I already paid over 6 months ago. After contesting her inaccurate records, she asked if I was "refusing to pay" the balance associated with my name on file. I corrected her by stating that I have already paid this balance, but she wouldn't listen to reason and persisted with trying to place the blame on me. They also took my credit card information to "process" a second payment that never went through, and now they're trying to burden me with more threats.

Bottom line: I've paid this balance and they refuse to adjust the balance. This is an untrustworthy, illegitimate organization that should be reported to the proper authorities for fraud.

I called in to take care of a balance I had. And I had the pleasure of speaking with Destiny and she was more then professional she was phenomenal. She set the standards of how to care for your customers whether they were wrong or not. Destiny wanted to make sure I wanted to pay my account not be force because it was in collections and for that I thank you Destiny. Promote her ahead of peers.
