Now known as Jen Hotel. Small hotel. Went for buffet but disappointed varieties.

Value for money chinese banquet, good wedding food.

Decent, didn't meet the dress code for the bar(Manhattan), didn't get to try the cocktails

Good ambience. Food is creative. Direction of carpark is not so clear; hard to find the carpark entrance.

The food prepared by the hotel banquet is excellent!

Manhattan bar had great drinks and attentive service.

It was okay but not nearly as nice as I had expected. The inside halls look a bit like an old hospital.

Wedding dinner Sunday night. The food is good but portion too small. Loin pork is really good n tender but 2 small piece per person... would rather call it food tasting then dinner.

Asked for where the designated smoking area was and the security made me laugh

It is a 5 star hotel with western and Chinese restaurants. It also has function rooms and a ballroom. The Manhattan bar is voted Asia's number 1 bar and top 50 in the world.

Pre-order the mooncake and the packaging is excellent. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Keep it up

Bathroom shower not function properly, leaking. Very uncomfortable. Maybe they don't well prepare room before give it to guest.

The hotel is located right off orchard Rd and is really to close to Tanglin place. The room was really clean and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. No complaints in that regard. The view from the room isn't spectacular but it isn't too bad either.

The Regent Hotel's design is just classic where there's a large central air column (where elevators travel up and down), with the rooms all around. The lobby is most cosy with it's warm colours and feels just like home. The rooms are big and quiet, and the beds are just big enough for a tall person like me. If I had a choice, I will just stay there forever.

Had lunch at their Italian restaurant, Basilico. The food and service of staffs was splendid.

very Grand hotel for those who have deep pockets , restaurants are very pricey as they are Michelin star rated.

I love their own location the hotel have very good facilities the room is good clean n the room is very large and well-equipped .. this is my second time I stay at the Regent Hotel Singapore and I can say I will comeback comeback again.

Well trained staff, great catering for function. Etc. Good beer and nice environment.

Location is accessible near public bus stops and abouy 15 minutes walk from the nearest train station. Service for banquet is good and the ambience was nice.

Grand old hotel, not the flashiest or trendiest place, just a place with food characters and the top cocktail bar (Mahattan) highly voted.

I just fell in love with my executive suite .. and I loved their great diffrrent choices for restaurants and bars. Really great ! Exceptional service provider ..great food. Peaceful location. Helpful and friendly staffs.. everything is just perfectly done!

The Regent in Singapore is very nice and fancy. Greeted upon arrival with clean and comfortable areas. The Tea Lounge was very good that includes a good variety of teas, buffet, a 4 tiered serving of snacks, and dessert. Relaxing environment with live piano and great service. Recommend checking the place out.

Nice classy hotel, ballroom is elegant for wedding dinner/luncheon. Love their Italian restaurant Basilico and bakery Dolcetto!

Interesting and niche buffet with great deserts and choice of cheeses

Stayed 4 nights during the Christmas holidays, and found this hotel a lovely place. Beautiful lobby design, with elaborate Christmas themed area for picture taking; heard a 4-part choir Caroling several times. Spacious rooms with full amenities, pleasant and helpful service staff. Three authentic restaurants of Chinese, Italian and Korean cuisine; conveniently located near Tanglin Mall, and the Orchard area. Would definitely go back to this hotel in the future.

Great rooms... superb gym n swimming pool also the restaurant is nice.. particularl mention of dolce Vita.. their bakery is nice too.... Breakfast buffet is a good spread..the hotel is extremely well located right on orchard street and everything is just around the corner...right of shopping malls to great dining places....5 star rating says it all!

Was here for drinks and the staff and service were really good. Location isn't far from mrt but it would be trouble if it rains.

I had to stay here for 1 night after our qantas flight had maintenance issues it was Clean tidy and very upscale rooms. Very Friendly staff, kept me up to date with my flight the entire stay. Breakfast was amazing! I will defiantly be returning

Attended a wedding banquet at the Royal Pavilion Ballroom which is conveniently located on the ground floor. And the hotel itself is near the main road too. The service during the banquet was top notch. Servers were prompt, courteous, and paid attention to details. Food was good enough to make the overall experience pleasant and memorable.

The custimer service is very good and the hotel staff are quite attentive. The overall experience was great except that there is no lift going from carpark to main lobby, those w kids is abit unaccessible as need climk a narrow stairway

I went to the Summer Palace. The service there was extremely good. The quality of the food is first class. Together, these 2 factors made dining there an excuisite experience.

The entrance was a little hard to find, but the staff are helpful and patient. I went there for wedding dinner, the food wasn't really up to expectations.

Ate dinner at Basilico. They are currently running a semi-buffet which gives diners unlimited access to the antipasti counter, dessert bar, and cheese room, as well a choice of a famous main course from previous years. Thoroughly enjoyed the antipasti because of their impressive selection of cured meats, seafood and soft cheeses. Where else can one find unlimited prosciutto and parma ham? The cheese room features more than 30 varieties of cheese - the drunken wine ones are highly recommended.
