Excellent company to work with for all critical power needs (equipment and service).

They are middle men for GE. They only fix what is broken so the meaning of a maintenance contract is meaningless. Maintenance = maintaining the equipment. How can you maintain equipment if you wait for it to break?!? Also they take 3 days for a response and are way to laid back. They need to realize businesses need their equipment running properly.

My advice to anyone looking into the company....find another one!

Facility Gateway is one of my best customers in the territory. I have enjoyed working with their sales, project management and commercial management staff throughout my tenure at GE. Their team is knowledgeable, pleasant and will go above and beyond normal expectations to take care of a customer. FGC is the exact type of partner we need to grow and maintain GE's existing UPS business. I would recommend any potential client to FGC.

Gateway Corporation? More like gateway to Hell. I had the worst experience. Terrible customer service. I would only 5 star them for how good of a job they did at providing bad service.
