We stayed at this hotel for 3night. The front desk staff are very professional, and very friendly. The room is comfortable, and very customer friendly: inside the drew on the bedside table have two outlet for charging the electric device, and each room equipped a free handy phone which has unlimited local call, and free internet access, and preload some apps like Google map, chrome, so you have access for internet to help you find your way around the city which is a huge help for us.

Excellent hotel especially for High Tea. The rooms and exterior are a bit dated but they're going through a renovation. Business conference centres are large enough to hold meetings.
Atmosphere is good. Getting out of parking is long due to all event ending almost at the same time. It took around 30min just to get out of the car park.
Quiet, peaceful ambience within walking distance for your shopping needs at Orchard Road on one side, and on the other, peaceful unwinding walks in the Botanical gardens on the other.
A 5 Stars hotel with an excellent restaurant at level 3. It s a Chinese restaurant Call Summer Palace. The food taste is unique but the price is high. You need to prepare for more than $100 for food excluding beverages. Highly recommended.
I feel that its a high end kimd of place. The location is close to Orchard road but far enough that it would not be too crowded. It had a great Christmas mood around the hotel. Definitely will see more of me inside this great place.
With an old colonial theme for its decor, the ambience of the Regent Hotel is just wonderful. We were there for an afternoon wedding lunch, and I must commend the waiters there for constantly seeking out wedding guests without a drink in their hand, to serve them one. The food was delightful, though the service could be improved. Also the staff seemed a little gloomy. Overall, a wonderful experience in the ballroom. I can only imagine how delightful the guest rooms must be!
Here to pick up guest to airport and the people working here as bellboy and valet think they big shot so this is hotel front line treat your hotel guest driver what service is this driver never wash car but clear car with a towel is wrong so if u hotel book a car for your guest u all want a dirty car???
I stayed at the Regent recently for the first time. Not the first time I've been there, I frequent the hotel bar regularly on visits to Singapore, with the walk through the hotel to get to the bar presenting a luxurious five star hotel, which convinced me to stay here.
On arrival this stay, the checkin process was simple and efficient. Going to our rooms involved alighting the glass window elevators that rise up over the lobby and the floors which wrap around you. Impressive in it's own right.
Once in the room, it was quite tasteful in it's simplistic luxury. The view was not interesting, but the little features such as universal adaptors against most power points was appreciated. The bathroom was nice, but it has a pet hate of mine: shower/baths instead of separate showers and baths (I'd be happy with just showers as I don't typically take baths).
Aside from that, the room was pleasant, and definitely worth a stay.
Onto the breakfast buffet: as with most 5 star hotels in Singapore, breakfast buffets are an extravagant affair, it would be hard to be disappointed. The only drawback was when what appeared to be a tour group full of Chinese tourists flooded the breakfast area and took over.
The highight of the hotel, and the main reason I stayed there, was for the hotel bar...the Manhattan Bar. Beautiful dark, gothic New York ambience with some of the best cocktails in the world. This isn't hyperbole, Manhattan Bar at that this hotel is ranked in the top 10 bars in the world, and the top bar in all of Asia.
Overall though, very nice hotel. Definitely recommend, 4.8 stars out of 5 (shower/bath irritates me)
This is the place to be in singspore. The most professional outfit ive seen. They preempt your every need. There is never a time you need to call and ask them for anything. Its there before you know it.
My second time staying here with my Golden Retriever & I must say they are one of the best hotel i ve ever stayed at. Very lovely staff & excellent services! Would definitely be back for more stay! Keep up the great work
A very pleasant restaurant for a Saturday brunch. Staff is extremely helpful and food is refined and varied, all Italian style. There are various mozzarellas, burrata and olive oils. The choice of hot dishes are sufficient to enjoy a nice main that you would not have time or skills to prepare at home! There is an option for Prosecco free flow and if order their freshly squeezed orange juice, you are good for brilliant mimosas! Not kid friendly though and can be a little noisy in the main room. Price is around 120sgd for free flow buffet.
Great, service, cleanliness, comfortable, WIFI, swimming pool, The breakfast is delicious, many styles to choose from, I heard that there is the fifth bar in the world~
Visited the bar and cafe on a Monday night, hotel is rather out of the way so you need a long walk or bus ride to get there. Dolcetto Cafe has really good gelato. The bar itself has a lovely ambience and good drinks and the service was decent. Food was pricey though and felt quite average.
Location was quite accessible if you take the bus. The rooms were amazing and the service of the front staff was good! Carpark could look better though.
It is a very nice hotel to stay at whenever I go to Singapore. Nearby Botanic Gardens can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or walk to Orchard Road easily. Facilities are a little old but the quality of service is very high and nice.
International buffet at ground floor and a mooncake booth. I went to 3rd floor Chinese restaurant. Food was delicious and staff were very quick in cleaning and serving. I enjoyed my experience
I quarantined here for 14 days. The staff are very well organised and super nice. The food I got everyday was better than I expected. Only breakfast was the same thing everyday which got a bit boring. The room didn t have an open window so I couldn t get fresh air but I did get a lot of sunlight. Only bad thing : There was a big red stain on the carpet under the bed that grossed me out coz it looked like blood but was probably wine.
Great location with many restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable to sleep in. Undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Singapore.
Great rooms, great service. The hotel is slightly dated, but make up for it with the great service. Pretty good location....a ....but of a walk to Orchard Rd.... about a 15 min walk to closest mrt station, Orchard.
Simply loved it .. staff was very polite n helpful .food was fresh and tasty .. hotel decor is awesome . Everything is nearby . Room are big .. excellent experience
The food at all the restaurants is excellent, and the service is very good. But perhaps the interior and rooms are due for a refresh, as they are outdated. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.
Simply Amazing! Stayed for a week on business and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the hotel. The cleanliness and elegance of the hotel is beyond words. The entire staff of the hotel from the front door, the concierge, front counter up to the lounge, they are all so extremely friendly and accommodating. I do want to express my deepest thanks to the staff of the Executive Lounge. They are all truly wonderful! I can't speak highly enough about how they ensured we were all well cared for and satisfied. They went out of their way to ensure we had the small room for meetings when we needed it. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and visiting the lounge along with all the many other accommodations the hotel has to offer. Everything and everyone in this hotel was in a single word: AMAZING!!! I hope to see you all on my next business trip. And if I have the distinct pleasure of coming to Singapore on vacation, no doubt I will stay in the Regent Hotel. Thank You All for everything, I will truly miss this place.
The hotel is very fancy and luxurious and not that expensive for the value. However... I needed to scan some documents (about 5)... Initially they provided the service for free but it seemed like they were keeping track because at some point they said it will be $2 per scan. It's the little things that can spoil my experience...
Visited the hotel for a wedding banquet at their main ballroom. The ballroom has a relatively middle-high ceiling with pillars within the ballroom. Food served is average, but they do put in effort to make the dishes distinct. Overall, there are only a few hotels that serve better food and are located more conveniently at similar price point.
Recently had 4-night stay at the Regent for business and while I visited Singapore frequently, that was my first time staying the hotel. The classic, old but classy vibe was felt the moment I entered the lobby. The front desk ladies couldn t be more helpful and patient in handling my requests. Other positives are spotless clean public spaces and guest rooms, decent breakfast spread, great bed and excellent staffs overall from pool crew to housekeepers. Tanglin mall is just a few steps away with some really nice cafes in it. The only hassle is the elevator - there are four units but separated by two controls. People tend to always press both causing unnecessary delays to other floors.
World class hotels with a great chocolate shop. We went for a wedding and it deserves every single star in the 5 stars it gets from the luxury of provides. It's not located super centrally like other hotels but allows you away from the tourist traps.
The hotel carpark has only stair to access the lobby. Thus, it is not a friendly hotel for visitors having walking difficulties. The hotel charges exorbitant rates for parking too.
