Very nice well appointed hotel. The food was amazing and the staff friendly and accomodating

Service and people were great food could be better for the price you pay. Got steak twice there and both times were over cooked.

Had an eight hour layover, so Air Canada provided us with a room at Radisson. It did the trick: had a bed to sleep on.

I went to calgary for boxing week and the hotel was close to calgary airport and the crossiron mall. The service was good. I enjoyed my stay there.

Rooms are nice, only downside is that the washrooms in most rooms do not have locks in them.

Nice, new, clean, good service, modern, and affordable

We were not greeted when we arrived, although we were not staying in a room overnight, we were never approached to ask if we needed help or directions... we made our way to our conference room ok, but still ran into a few employees and no one greeted us or asked if we needed help... the food was quite good, the lady that was working our lunch service was very courteous but also very quiet and not very communicative... Strange for such a high end place...

Comfortable rooms, nice little on-site restaurant. Got us safely to and from the airport during blizzard conditions.

Attended an event at Ritz Conference hall. The acoustics and stage layout was not good.

We were not able to take advantage of anything because covid what we understand but then we would have to think about lowering the price since we have to pay the same price as if we had to use the different common

Rooms were clean and good service. Location is out in the middle of nowhere by a car salvage yard. No breakfast included but included a 20% off coupon for the restaurant. Beds are really comfy and the rooms are really nice.

The hotel is beautiful but some rooms look onto what looks like a junk yard.

Nice rooms. Heated floors are a great touch. XS lounge has good indian food but the other food is okay. XS lounge isn't properly staffed given how few people are usually there it takes a while to get a server's attention as they have other tasks to attend to.

The venue where we attended a wedding was excellent however the restaurant attached to the conference center which has primarily east Indian food was very disappointing. The food itself was excellent but the service was horrendous. We waited 20minutes to be given a choice of beverages and it took a father 20 minutes for the server to take our order.

Big, spacious room with comfortable furniture and good lighting. Lots of storage space of that's what you need. Nice, big, bathroom with heated floors. Comes with the usual suspects (mini fridge, TV, coffee maker, etc.) Stayed on the third floor, the room had a nice big window with a pretty nice view considering that we were right next to the airport. Speaking of, the airport is barely noticeable, with the sound of planes almost a white noise instead of something that will keep you up at night. Location is also nice. Easy to get around the city from this hotel. Staff was also very friendly. We will definitely be staying again when we visit.

We went to Xs for dinner, with a Groupon and it was very nice. The smell from the Indian buffet was great and we'll go back for that.

Looked good on website and online pictures, however, we got bed bugs from this hotel after visiting recently! Complained to the manager, Rakesh Kumar, who was extremely unhelpful and spoke very little English, and he hung up on me. Cannot believe he is a manager there with such poor customer service skills, and so unwilling to help or provide assistance in this stressful time. Will be escalating this with Alberta Health Services and filing complaint with them. Both my kids have severe red itchy bites all over their body and it was confirmed bed bugs bites. Wish we never visited here as we have most likely brought the bed bugs to our home now for them to reproduce and infest!! Always check your sheets and mattress and boxspring BEFORE coming to hotels, and never keep your luggage close to the bed.

Very clean, professional and fare pricing.
A complimentary breakfast would have been nice. A great way to end a long journey through the Rockies. Flying back home tomorrow and this puts me within a 10 minutes of the terminal.

Beautiful room, good breakfast buffet, and close to the airport. I did find the mattress to be a bit too firm for my liking though.

Conference center facility was average. Food was below average.

Beautiful hotel and awesome staff! Stayed in almost every hotel in Calgary and this hotel is one of the top 3 in the entire city yet affordable!

We arrived at Calgary airport and picked up the courtesy bus and brought to the hotel ,the service we received and the facilities in the hotel were great ,we had food and drink in the restaurant, which had a happy hour on alcohol drinks with a good choice of beers . Plus the all you can eat breakfast was good value, the long weekend here was good value all round.

Rooms were filthy, hairs in beds, urine on bathroom walls, dirty reusable cups in the room displayed as clean, garbage under drapes and in between mattress and box spring, small beads off dresses on the floor from previous guests, dirty duvet covers, pool area was a disaster on more than one night. This hotel was amazing one year ago (2018) it has gone severely down hill and needs some serious maintenance and an overhaul deep clean and new management for sure! The buffet breakfast is disgusting. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Or TIME!

Nice clean and new. Great room with heated tile floor in the bathroom nice touches everywhere liked the sauna too.

Started out not good looking out our window at garbage cans and delivery trucks front desk more or less said to bad. Later that day we were asked how things are we told the person apologized and he immediately moved our room and gave us drink coupons to the lounge. Food was reasonably priced,service e great, the place is clean. We would stay there again but would request a room not to have.

Absolutely amazing service! We had our wedding reception here on July1st. Angela and her team were wonderful. They took care of everything start to finish, the food was delicious and the event ran smoothly without any hiccups! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. I recommend this hotel for everyone who is looking for a professional and courteous team to host events!

Great service, comfortable beds with a good amount of different foods for breakfast

It was a little out of the way but the park and ride deal they offer for the airport was fantastic. Didn't have to rush up from the south to catch a plane on time!

My stay was horrible. I called in for a late check out and put in the do not disturb sign outside my door and yet I still get disturbed by the cleaning lady.

The place is beautiful and the service almost excellent

The room was very nice, including heated tile in the bathroom and comfortable beds. The XS Grill restaurant had mediocre food however, with oily vegetables and ribs that were not very tender.

The catered breakfast and lunch for my business conference were quite good however, with delicious meats, soup and desserts.

The restaurant that is in the hotel is decent with the food being good but the overall service is not up to standard with the name of the hotel. The rooms are nice and the halls that's are offered are quite large. I would recommend this hotel for those that are only looking for the stay and not the food.

Nice modern decor and comfortable room. Location is remote and far from any amenities.

Our room was clean and the staff are nice. Some of the food from their menu was a little pricey, but overall we enjoyed our time here.

Their convention center offers great space for large venues. Food also tasted delicious! Recommend anyone to book this venue for any event functions!
