The room is nice and clean. They have a pool and a jacuzzi. Even a gift shop for late snacks.

It was very good! Not 5 stars because it was very noisy.

Went there for a Christmas party the food was good. Had lots of fun.

Great Halal Buffet, worth the food, atmosphere and service!

I usually love this hotel and have stayed here several times as my "get away" but this time my room wasn't ready until 4:30 when check in is 3 which I wasn't thrilled about but things happen. However once I got settled and was in the jacuzzi I got two phone calls which I missed both trying to run to the phone and finally just waited for a third and when it came the front desk asked me to search the room for another guests watch, when I told him I didn't see anything he asked me again to go search by the window (which I already had) and did once again and didn't find it. For a 200 dollar room I kind of expected my "do not disturb" to be respected or at the very least an apology for being interrupted.

The rooms are nice and the Indian buffet was awesome.

I had a very noisy neighbour on the first nice. I could hear his phone beeping and his conversations all night so I'm thinking soundproofing could be better. The heated floors and shower was a treat.

Warning! Don't count on their shuttle service. It let me down twice :( Use Uber

Nice and quiet place to stay in Calgary NE. Reasonably priced neat and clean room, linens, and the washroom. Fresh and tasty breakfast options. I wasn't able to control room temperature with thermostat at night. Other than that, everything was good. Would stay again. Recommended.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Staying here right now (May 10th 2016) really easy to find. A good price. Awesome pool and hot tub. Amazing staff! Super friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I've ever been in! Can't wait to come back. Staff made us feel very welcomed!

Attended a Wedding at this location. The shape of the centre made it difficult to see everything and made the night lessential enjoyable. The A/V system of the room was also not good enough to properly hear the MCs. The mics peaked at a very soft level so it quickly became distorted.

I booked the XS Lounge for my daughters 1st birthday. We had a wonderful experience. From the day we booked the Lounge the Manager and Head Chef where very accomodating with all our requests. I would book the XS Lounge again for my parties.

Solid hotel, clean and decently priced. Isn't great for getting into the city, but if you need to be near the airport, or have a work event in the area, I would recommend.

Beautiful lobby, went for a conference. The room was cold which is how I like it. Decent food and experience.

Our stay in Calgary was unexpected due to interrupted flights, so I called hotels around and Radisson had the most pleasant concierge phone service and booked us with a nice room.
Our room was amazing, the staff was willing to help me with anything, overall an amazing stay for the night with my husband.
Special thank you again to Raj for lending a helping hand to us when we needed a ride to the hotel, couldn t be happier.

The hotel is clean, nicely decorated and comfy rooms. The check in was quick and easy and they have a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It would be helpful if the shuttles were more frequent as I was told they run once an hour. Otherwise, it was very pleasant stay.

Service was great, employees smily, polite and forthcomming. Complamentary breakfast was perfect. Room was above average. Heated floors in bathroom very much enjoyed

This hotel has one of the best and least known restaurants in the city. Amazing service, well above average food quality. My wife and I found it by accident and have returned over a dozen times...

Yes, Calgary experienced some snow but NO snow removal done!!! What's with that? Handicap parking not cleared and really NO safe place to walk in the lot. Usually, my mother has had a great experience at this hotel and staff have been good. To not have ANY snow removal done by now is unacceptable!! Shame!

Jan 03, I am now adding to my review. The owners have taken the time to call my mother directly at home to apologize for the lack of service during her stay and offered an explanation, which was quite valid. This is above and beyond and very appreciated! She has always enjoyed her previous stays and the staff are always very accommodating. She'll definitely be back, despite this minor glitch!

We had used the Radisson Airport Hotel for an event the first week of October. I have to say everything went so well. Harleen & Sherilynn were very helpful, professional and competent. They made sure that everything went without a hitch. The head chef, Santosh, stayed with us throughout the evening and made sure all our needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel and, particularly, these staff members. Thanks to the three of you for its success.

A very Good Property at a very good price point. The rooms are fantastic very Modern and clean. Heated floor in and outside Bathroom area is a nice touch. We had breakfast at the restaurant on the location and it was pretty good. The staff is very Courteous and well spoken. Small suggestion: please provide on call shuttle to airport instead of Hourly basis that might improve the already good service

Went there for the first time. Awesome staff & amazing services. Had the best experience of massage so far in Calgary by Francis. Also, Crystal at the front who made us feel so good throughout & manager Shiffone who went out of her way just to serve us a cup of tea. Definitely definitely recommended.

Booked for a training seminar and I was not dissapointed at all with the excellent staff / catering for my attending guests. Will be returning!

There was only one handicap parking which was taken by the hotel van, being
old it was very hard to parked our car far from the entrance in cold and icy road will avoid to go to this hotel again

Absolutely the worst experience in a Radisson Hotel I have ever had. The room wasn't clean, the manager apparently doesn't work, the staff has to make do with what they have. There was long hair in the shower, potato chips on the floor and water rings on the counter. My husband and I slept fully dressed. When it was time to check out, we waited at the front desk for 15 minutes because no one was there. Aweful!!!

Rooms are good.. service good. As per 3 star compliance. Ambience is very impressive.

Newly decorated with pool, spa and waterslide. The most important thing is to have a 24-hour airport transfer, so that we can not worry about the early bird flight.

The hotel itself was nice, location isn t the greatest but that was okay. The main reason for this review is the treatment my girlfriend and I had in the bar at the hotel, the server/bartender was rude. We asked simply questions about the menu and got very rude replies back and treated like we were stupid and his attitude was horrible.

If your going to be working in the hospitality industry at least be able to be nice to people, I don t care if you re having a bad day you shouldn t be taking it out on people who you don t think will not say anything to management.

The next day I talked to the manager all she really had to say was sorry and she ll talk to him about the way he acted towards us, didn t offer anything to make us want to come back to the hotel again didn t make us feel like we were valued customers.

Would honestly not recommend going here especially if when there is nothing around the hotel area and the only bar they have open later you get treated like you re completely stupid and don t know anything and the questions you ask shouldn t be asked in his eyes.

Attended a conference here in November 2017. Nice facilities, and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

Great place, right near the airport. Nice lobby, with a little room full of snacks you can buy, in case your looking for a quick snack. The rooms were nice and clean, and I felt comfortable staying there unlike another hotel I stayed at before. 10/10, would stay there again.

Room services and also the morning buffet breakfast are good. Parking is plenty and they do provide shuttles to and from Calgary airport.

Stayed for a work trip for 2 nights. Comfy bed pillows weren't to my taste but I'm selective. Would definitely stay here again but you have to eat at the lounge the food is really great I had the chicken teriyaki but the risotto and fish dish my friend had looked killer good!! Breakfast was ok nothing to write home about. Breakfast also isn't complimentary which is fair enough you can get a breakfast voucher but not sure how they ran it. I'm not the biggest fan of curry so when they put out the buffet on nights I could smell it in the morning as well but I guess if you love curry that would be good thing haha. The staff were pleasant but hard to understand a few of them but as long as you have patience and respect they will help ya out. The conference room was gorgeous I loved the Ritz ballroom for my learning experience! Thank you raddison for the experience your decor is to die for and the rooms expertly and tastefully set up. When I return to Calgary for a work trip I will consider staying here again.

I stayed here five years ago, June 2016 and never got around to writing a review, but they definitely deserve five star!! the hotel was nice and clean it looked amazing and the staff was simply amazing they went above and beyond and was always very friendly and welcoming I would definitely stay here again

Booked a whirlpool suite for a night to relax and soak, I was placed in room 330. When I checked in and went to fill the tub I discovered that the plunger would not plug the tub, it was a spring loaded type and it would not fit into the screw hole at the bottom. I called the front desk who sent somebody up to my room in an attempted fix. He told me the tub had been out of service for this exact issue for quite a while and yet they still book guests into this room. Unfortunately there were no other whirlpool rooms available, so management gave me a discount when I checked out in the morning. Overall it was a wasted night I could have spent relaxing elsewhere.

Great conference rooms, tasty food.... chairs could be a bit more comfy.

The only two best things at this hotel were the pool and ordering off the menu, the rest of the stay wasn't worth the money. We stayed for one night and ordered off the menu for supper, that was great! Then we relaxed in the pool and hot tub, even better. Then when it was time to go to sleep there was the most annoying, high pitched, buzzing in our room. The sheets were itchy and you could hear other guests with the slamming of their doors. So our sleep was terrible, especially being woken up around 8am hearing someone banging on the walls. When we decided to finally wake and go down for breakfast because I had two free vouchers for the buffet, the halls for littered with house cleaning maids leaving the vaccums in the middle of the room and being very loud. When we went for the buffet, there were fruit flies coming out of the juices and dead ones in the cut fruit. Even though the food was placed in steamers, it was actually quite cold, not room temperature just cold, to the touch. The yogurt was curdled, the bread (not toasted yet), was hard. The best thing about breakfast was that the coffee was actually decent. We wouldn't stay there again, not worth the money and not worth the drive.

Clean rooms and great staff. Lounge offered good dinner and appetizer options as well.

The bathrooms are weird there's no latch or lock on them but other than that pretty good

i have attended and run events an Radisson hotels, and this one is great, just like the others. The banquet staff is efficient and nice, the breakfast food was good, the coffee was good , and the flexible event space was nice. The decor is modern and well taken care of, overall it's good facility for conferences.
