The rooms were very nice and comfortable, the price I paid was extremely good, low for what the room was. Great service!

A little tough to get to as it's a new area but has easy access to the airport. Rooms are nice and clean as it is a fairly new hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet wasn't very exciting - it's more of a continental style.

My wife and I stay at the Radisson every time we're in Calgary and it never disappoints. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean I we've never had a problem with noise despite being next to the airport. Would recommend this hotel to anybody

I was there briefly for a professional meeting and found the conference room well prepared and the staff friendly and courteous.

This is my 4th time at this place attended an official meeting and training. Meeting rooms has ample space to accommodate from 20 to 50 place. Has all services inside including a restaurant with buffet option, spa, massage therapy and a bar lounge etc., Location is close to airport less than 15 min with lots of parking.

Just had lunch at XS Lounge, food was amazing, everything was tasty and the Naan Bread was served hot to the table, will definitely be back soon!

I absolutely loved my stay, room service was fast, staff was friendly, room was amazing!

Conference rooms were nice, kitchen prepared good food.

Terrible place, old and smells like curry. Hotel is next to a junk yard and that is your view.
The rooms are ok and the pool, but breakfast for 17.50 shouldn t be served to humans.
Customer service is terrible everywhere you go.
Please save your money and try one of the other hotels in Calgary

Great little hotel. The odours from the restaurant are very strong.

If we could give a - negative 5 star rating for this hotel we would. This was the worst experience in our at the Radisson Hotel chain. We booked the most expensive room in the hotel expecting a basic level of comfort. The carpets were disgusting with red stains in the bedroom. The shower stall had yellow mildew stains from a lack of basic cleaning. The white walls had scruff marks & damage.

To make our stay worst during the Covid-19 pandemic, the day of our check out was something from a horror show. We had asked for a late check out of 12noon so that we could just take out luggage direct to the airport. We decide to go across the street because nothing was open at hotel; not even the restaurant. The hotel front desk forgot to inform us if we wanted breakfast that we had to get in before 9am. Do not breakfast even though the says said until 11am. So when we called to the front desk at 11am to inform them that we were going to cross the street to get Tim Horton s and return before check out at 12noon.

When we got back, we were told by the another front desk person that the person we talked to was new & did not record that our room was occupied until 12noon. The front desk then told us to pay our bill before we could get our belongings as our hotel room card was deactivated. Upcoming pay in full, we found all of our unpacked belongings scattered across the hotel room hallway. Passports, wallets, underwear all hastily throw on to the hotel dolly.

Unbeknownst to the cleaning staff & new guests who literally walked past us as we packed up our belongings. We knew the room was not properly sanitized as we literally saw our belongings thrown out of the room.

The hotel front desk refused to even give us back a refund. Upon calling my credit card to file a complaint & register our concerns about potential identity theft, as our passports & wallets were left on the hotel hallway, we were finally offered a refund from the hotel. What an ordeal. Please think twice about staying here. We would never return.

Clean and modern room. Spacious closet. Heated bathroom floor is a nice touch. Good shower pressure.

It was a little confusing to get to the correct venue..

Water was salty, card didn t work properly to enter the pool and elevator. Additionally, breakfast buffet was a bit gross, sausages and bacon were sitting for a while (you can tell by looking at them) and oatmeal was over cooked; not to mention the potatoes that have been sitting for a while and were soggy.

Went there for the buffet. It was ok. Have also used it to room our guests and the rooms and services are pretty good.

Nice rooms, good service and good food at XS restaurant

I stayed here a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. Coming back again, it's still great! There may not be much around the hotel, but it has top notch rooms at a great price. It's still good! One of my favourite places to stay in Calgary.

Very nice hotel inside and out. However we did have a mouse in our room late at night and called down to the front desk and the guy hung up the phone and never called again. And the front desk the next morning didn t do anything about it either

We stayed there for 3 nights and it was perfect. The staff very friendly, the rooms immaculate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

came here for "taste of India" lunch buffet. Food was fresh, hot and full of flavor. Price was reasonable, service was great. Definitely will return

Great rooms that are super clean and spacious. The breakfast is fantastic and the conference rooms and well lit and roomy. Very friendly staff.

Stayed here for a night on a business trip, and was extremely disgusted with the housekeeping. Found many pieces of hair on the bed and pillows under the cover. They offered to change my room twice and all THREE rooms were the same - found hair after hair ... In the end I requested for bedsheets to change onto the bed myself as they failed to provide me with a clean room. I did not speak to a manager until check out even though I had requested to from the beginning. The manager was professional and apologetic, but I will not be returning for another stay .

Rooms are really nice, everything seems new, spa seems out of service due to a leak, gym is decent sized, heaviest weight in dumbbells are 30 lbs, but a nice multi exercise machine exists which meets criteria for a gym this size. Customer service is great, restaurant is nice but expensive.

Wonderful place for dinner. Variety of items to eat and very tasty. Wonderful staff and customer service. Worth having it.

The indian buffet wasn't anything to write home about. The staff wasn't very attentifs either

(Why are they even offering? We were family of 4, i was there at 7:45 am, asked something to the individual (guy) at the client service, asked me to check web site ....or ask the manager who will come at 10:00 am....? Definitely need coaching how to be courteous and about customer service, Room and washroom was great. Thanks

Fantastic hotel, well maintained recreational facilities. However, the beddings and air conditioning can be improved.

Nice, new and clean rooms. Food in the restaurant is very good, try the salmon on the dining room menu (its not on the pub menu but you can ask for it). The curry chicken dish is very good also. Occasionally the front staff are new and a bit slow but other than putting me in a accessibility room by accident, where the shower head is only 4 feet high, no other mistakes were made. I like the view of the planes taking off and landing.

It's the worst hotel ever I lived in my life. Keep in mind before you go there that you have to pay triple then actual. When I check my invoice they charge me $ 650 instead of $250. Reason is that they have to wash the bed sheet because by mistake I drop some wine on bed sheet. So I found out that quarter glass of wine on bed sheet cost you $400. Never ever go there...!

The hotel is very nice high class. But the location is to remote.

For a work hotel it's great. It's clean, decor is new, and the bathroom has a heated floor which is a nice touch. Gym isn't state of the art but is good enough to get a workout.

Tidy at reasonable prices
It is very close to Calgary airport so it's perfect for an overnight stay on an early morning flight

For starters everything was closed. Yes I can understand it was all closed because of COVID 19 but when my sister took a shower she ran out of conditioner and we went to go get more and we were told no because they had just filled it earlier that day. I can understand that the time we stayed was a hard time for everyone but its no reason for aggressive behavior towards me and my family

Very nice lobby. The conference room is a little small but serves it's purpose. Attentive and helpful staff.

Really quiet hotel, right by the airport but still quiet. Rooms are really cosy and modern. Great shower. Had a meal at the bar. Good food. Shuttle to Airport really convenient.

Hotel was fantastic. My girlfriend and i stayed here for our anniversary. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. We had dinner in the on site resturant and it was a delicious 4 course meal. Will definitely stay again.

The front desk staff were really nice, the room was awesome with heated floors and was very well priced. Loved the little water slide and sauna room. The lounge however closes way too early, with a full lounge, my boyfriend and i were turned away because they were closed. It was 11:30, and when we asked why she was closing so early with a full lounge she told us to look at the sign. So the hotel could look at keeping their buisness open longer so they dont kick out paying customers. We were able to expereince the lounge the next night and enjoyed the food and drinks!! Other than that we really enjoyed our time with radison! Thank you!

The pluses are: close to the airport which is great! Nice lobby, very friendly staff. The room was great bed very comfy. The Indian buffet looked good, my husband enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of variety for everyone. All the food was fresh and tasted great, the value was certainly there and more for the $17 charge. Minuses: the portion off the menu in the restaurant is not much for your money I had vegetarian pasta for $19 I expected more than about 3/4 cup of pasta and 1/2 slice of garlic bread. In the room the shoe cleaning cloth had been opened, the counters were dirty in the room and the bathroom. The faucet dripped and didn't turn off properly. Overall not a bad stay, but they could do better.

Great location and very nice, new and clean rooms!! This hotel is close to the airport and if given an airport facing room you can see planes taking off. The food from the restaurant is okay, but breakfast is pretty good. The hotel even had cake for a birthday celebration upon request!

Wedding celebration, this facility is conveniently located and reasonably priced. More importantly, you feel welcome

I recently stayed in this hotel and found it to most enjoyable. The management and staff were courteous and polite and rooms and facilities were excellent value for money. My one and only quibble with the hotel would be its location next door to a scrap metal yard which diminishes a few points.

I visited some friends here. We had the indian buffet. The food was delicious. The staff was very attentative to our main bread needs. The only issues would be the price and the slow response to the empty curry goat tray.

I was only checking the space out to see if the lobby was nice enough for a quick meeting. Its beautiful! I can't say much about the rest of the hotel. Google Opinion Rewards is asking for this review and I'm afraid I don't have much more to say :)

The Flavours of India lunch buffet was disappointing. The waitress was very inattentive. The fish pakora was very soft. The dessert bar didn't even save the meal. The fruits and salads were all very mushy not fresh at all.

The location worked great for my needs. The room was big and modern.

Very good. Location was good quick access to airport and shopping center.
