This is one of the best food I have experienced in Canada. I went for a lunch buffet and it was worth the money. The buffet had lot of indian delicacies and it was indeed tasteful. I and my 4 friends all of them enjoyed the meal and rasmalai was too tasteful. This buffet is always on my list when I visit Calgary.

It was okay. Didn t experience much of the hotel. Was only there for one night. Wish there was a complimentary breakfast. Will stay somewhere else next time. Beds are comfortable. Pillows were fine. Shower is neat but make sure it s pointed towards the wall because if you don t close the sliding door in time you will have a little flood. Anyways okay stay but I think I ll stick with the holiday inn chains. I don t like the feature in the elevator by having to put your card onto the scanner each time you go up or down. I understand the concept of it for going up but had a hard time getting it to work when going down.
Went for a party and the hall was alright and clean, nothing fancy. The food was not good and the service wasnt great. There was a false fire alarm disturbing our party.
Brand new hotel. Beautifully appointed room. Comfortable bed. Nice washroom. Hot hot tub. Really hot, not tepid like some places I could mention. Worth the $162 Inc tax that we paid for it. Will definitely stay here again.
Great airport location, free shuttle to & from airport and nearest station for downtown trains. Paid breakfast but wholesome great breakfast. Staff is helpful. Highly recommended
Great stay. I got to my room and had this personalized card & treats!! Hello... amazing!! Made me feel appreciated.... great service, clean and great room service. Highly recommend!!
One star is over rating the restaurant. The food was awful. We went for my wife s birthday and lunch buffet was horrible. We were a group of 8 and no one liked the food.
Very affordable luxury hotel, spa sauna and pool, very good restaurant, eat at the lodge is more pleasant, staff very smiling. The tram is 10 min walk to the city center is very convenient
Even I didnt stayed here for the night, front desk was very nice and when it comes to customer service 5 out of 5. My hotel was suppose to be country hills inn & suites by radisson. But i took a cab and went to this hotel by mistake but had a great time waiting here at the lobby . :)
We booked our wedding reception here and also stayed for the night. Everything was absolutely fantastic! Our catering manager (Angela) was incredibly easy to deal with, answered our emails very quickly and was completely transparent with costs. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The hotel rooms are modern, clean and are a great value. I highly recommend booking an event here or just staying for a few nights if you're looking for a great room without breaking the bank!
We were at hotel for social/professional lunch. The Indian lunch buffet is delicious but is expensive now. 22 $ for all day buffet. It is too much. I am vegetarian and they have good veggie choice.
Rooms are very stylish and modern, but after checking out my card was charged $600 one week later with no contact as to why. After contacting hotel I found out a staff member had authorized an extension to my stay by 10 days. This authorization was done one day after I had checked out and left and not by myself nor was I made aware this was happening. This was very alarming considering it resulted in fraudulent charges to my credit card and I am a Raddison Platinum Member.
If you do stay, make sure to get a copy of your reciept at checkout and keep an eye on your credit card statements.
Stayed here for one night before heading to Banff. Hotel was clean and tidy, staff were friendly. Room was comfortable, except for bed and pillows (but again, how often are beds and pillows ever comfortable at hotels?).
The only thing that turned us off was the experience at the restaurant for breakfast. Buffet breakfast, but nothing was ready. Picked up muffins to start with while we wait for our breakfast to be prepared; half way through it realized it was MOULDY. Really killed the appetite for us.
May stay at the hotel again, but definitely not going to that restaurant back for sure. Huge health violation.
I cant give no stars or I would. I had a reservation for 2 nights this weekend . I called yesterday to request a champagne bucket put in out room . The first person I spoke to kept asking for my name I told him 3 times spelling it out for him. I had to call 3 times and still.the women I spelt my name out for still got it wrong . No more patients at this time I did tell the first letter of my last name as that was the issue. They say G it T as in Tom I say everytime. Finally got the name issue straightened out. The lady said there will be a champagne bucket in out room .I apologized for raising my voice she replied it ok . Thought everything was fine . This morning Expedia called stating the hotel called them and canceled my reservation. Spent the next few hours trying to figure out why . Apparently for raiding my voice they told Expedia. I commend Expedia for there help . But will not ever stay at this hotel again . As well never recomend anyone stays here. I believe a few family members.have since canceled there summer reservations. This wont matter to the hotel which is relatively new but getting run down which is sad as it's only 5 years old. We have stayed here before as well like I said family has every summer. The people that ran the front desk before had a better grasp in how to do the job in hand . The people at the front desk and maybe all the way to the top must be trying to cater to a certain cliental.IS THE HOTEL OR SOMEONE RESPONED TO MY REVIEW. SOUNDS LIKE A POLITICIAN. THE HOTEL CANCELED MY RESERVATION NOT ME.EXPEDIA WAS AND HAD A PLANNED CALL TO TALK TO THE MANAGER AFTER 3 PM THAT DAY . IT TOLD THE GENTLEMAN FROM EXPEDIA YOU DONT NEED TO CALL THE MANAGER TO BASICALLY BEG FOR MY RESERVATION AND POTENTIALLY SPEND 1000 STAYING THERE. THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE THE PRIORITIES BACKWARDS. WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THEY WONT STAY IN BUSINESS LONG.THIS WAS JUST A GENERIC REPLY FROM THIS HOTEL.
No complementary breakfast, poor craftsmanship throughout the hotel, no maintenance or upkeep on the property, cleanliness of room below standard, and they use cheep toilet paper. Understaffed in x lounge one staff member expected to serve all services, tending bar and guest. All doors not wheelchair accessible. Parking lots were poorly taken care of very icy and dangerous conditions to wAlk on. Staff was fine at the front counter to deal with would totally recommend looking elsewhere. Was in town for the 2019 grey cup. better value elsewhere
Attended a two day workshop there, stayed for two nights. The hotel was beautiful and very quiet. The rooms were average, a typical hotel room, but very clean. The downfall to my room was that the AC didn't work. We got back to our rooms quite late, so unfortunately I didn't realize it wasn't working until I woke up the next morning to a stifling 26 degrees. I mentioned it to the front desk in the morning and they agreed to have it looked at. It couldn't be fixed, so they upgraded my room without hesitation.
The food that they served at the workshop was excellent! They made sure that any special dietary requests were attended to and they followed up to ensure satisfaction. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to dine at the hotel restaurant, so I can't comment on that.
The only complaint that I might have is when we checked in. The girl working the front desk seemed very uninterested. She didn't welcome us to the hotel, didn't mention the free WiFi, barely even looked up from the computer screen. She spent more time talking to another guest in her own language, than she did to the three of us that were checking in.
Building was nice, hallways and common areas were quite lovely. But our room was lacking in the cleanliness department. There was a healthy amount of dust on the lamp, stains on the sheets, and towels, and cup marks on the night stands. I felt uncomfortable, was afraid to drink out of the glassware, and didn t want to sleep in the beds.
only been to the conference room.good location for any business events in NE. does not emit an expensive look though as you might think of a radisson hotel.
Complementary break fast? read carefully for one person only per room. (Why are they even offering? We were family of 4, i was there at 7:45 am, asked something to the individual (guy) at the client service, asked me to check web site ....or ask the manager who will come at 10:00 am....? Definitely need coaching how to be courteous and about customer service, Room and washroom was great. Thanks
We are from out of town and had reservations downtown at a different hotel because it was close to everywhere we needed to go to downtown and the place looked nice online. Once we arrived though it was just a horrible experience from the front manager to the state of the room. We quickly left and drove to the Radisson which i knew was always good. It was 20 min away from everywhere we needed to be but the staff were awesome as always and the front manager found us a room and gave it to us at a cheaper rate. These people never fail. I should of known to book with what i know here rather than to book online at somewhere that seems to good to be true. Thank you Radisson for your consistency it is much appreciated.
Ok to stay overnight. Restaurant (xs grill or smth like that) is very bad even to my modest standards. Clam chowder is more like veritable soup (tiny pieces of fish with carrots and potato cut sparingly). Ribs r totally overcooked (or is it the meat?..). Nothing else is around - no restaurant or any other places to eat , which is quite unbearable if u r stuck here for a week. Rooms r pretty decent and clean.
The Ritz conference rooms are large and the people are quite accommodating. It's got decent sound system and nice projector set up for the entire room to see.
Had 4 rooms booked for 2 nights amongst our family...my dads room when he opened the door was nothing but steel studs so basically an unfinished room... between the two entrance sliding doors it smells like rotting flesh...the lobby itself is beyond warm...my brothers room still had hand prints on the headboard...the fridge in our room was so warm you could feel the heat from the front door... housekeeping did not tidy our room up as they said it was because of covid however they did offer a room change... I decli ed...the marquee shows drink and food specials and the room had menus but no food available ...even though every restaurant and pub in and apart of hotels in calgary were open.... just an untidy poorly run hotel.... our family will not be booking here again when we come next time...sandman just up the road was way better and their restaurant... moxies was open!!
This experience was perfect from start to finish. Fast friendly check-in. Room was exactly what I wanted. Room service was exceptional, salmon was cooked perfectly and delivered hot. Heated tiled bathroom floor! Larger room with a sectional, front facing the golf course and West Jet hanger. It was quite and personal. There is a path behind the hotel that leads to the tram and a super store.
The hotel itself is fine, nothing special. We stayed here to make it easier to catch a flight. The shuttle to the airport only leaves once an hour so you end up having to go earlier than needed. But what really topped things off was the shuttle when we returned. We called for shuttle and was told 15 mins. We went to meeting spot and waited 1/2 hour no shuttle. Called hotel they said we missed it but he ll circle back. There is no way we missed it, we were at the spot within a couple mins of initially calling. Waited another 15 mins. Still no shuttle. Ended up taking cab to hotel and guess what? Shuttle sitting outside door of hotel, not having moved in a while.
Great place! Customer service was excellent even at 1am when we arrived.
We were given a complementary upgrade to a jacuzzi suite, I was impressed, it had a double jacuzzi soaker tub and a king sized shower with four heads! No idea why these don't show up on any online booking systems, I would pay the extra for the room.
The hotel is clean and new and a 5 minute walk on dedicated paths to the tram station.
Offering shuttle service, it is near to the airport and it looks as if either it was recently built or renovated. It is a true oasis with very comfortable rooms, beds and linens... The shower could be kind of improved to a rain shower but it was also very good... Would definitely stay here every single time I have to be in Calgary!!!
