was ready to lay down and saw what I thought was a thread in between my pillow and pillow case... nope it was a big black hair... checked the other pillow cases and they re covered in make up and hair... went to the front desk for new ones and the guy working there didn t seem to care an sent pillows up and had thought we didn t receive pillows. He clearly wasn t paying attention. Those pillows as well had hair on them.

Feeling gross about the room I checked the mugs and those had lint/little hairs in the bottom of 2/4... so I rewashed them. Then went to make a cup of tea and went to put water in the coffee maker and it had little hairs and dust in the water compartment. I basically had to clean my own hotel room. There is no microwave in the room either which is odd. Very unimpressed and disgusted. Would switch hotels if it wasn t so late. We are thinking of just canceling our next night because it is gross here.

Awful customer service! I will never book a room here!

The room is very spacious, clean. Big bed, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, pleasant stay.

Our last weekend as Honeymooners has been so relaxing, just what we needed after a busy vacation. From the staff to the food to the comfiest bed ever, everything has been perfect!

Good hotel, friendly housekeeping staff. Good menu for room service.

Looks like maintenance isn't any priority, the pool was dirty along with hair being all over the pool deck,sauna was broke down, the hot tub has been broken down it looks for quite awhile as tiles are falling off all over.

Smelt like an Indian takeaway throughout the hotel nice if you like that sort of thing!

Attended a professional event at the hotel. The food service was good and the room was comfortable.

was there a few weeks back, and got around to reviewing now; hotel is great. nice and clean. got bumped up to a nicer room when i got there. Shower was plugged but they got it fixed in a quick and proffesional manner and then left free breakfast voucher in my room for the hassle. cant complain and would stay again

I had dinner at buffet, I went around 7 pm. the food was not fresh. And not worth 25$ for sure.

Went for dinner today.. Their indian food is pathetic. Guys plz dont try that out ever!

Rooms are nice and bathroom floors are heated not to mention food is spectacular!
