Went for Indian food. Good variety and great service.

The rooms are clean and a great size, the food is delicious and the hotel is beautiful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great hotel without the gouging prices.

While in Toronto I booked my room and forgot the card, when I got to the hotel the desk said they need a credit card which I had none. So in desperation I asked to leave a cash deposit hesitantly he agreed and I got the room. The next day I forgot 3000$ item in the room and with Gary assistance he offered to mail it. I really recommend this hotel and don't use a 3rd party to book in these struggling times they will match any online price and they don't lose 40% of the revenue. Good service at front desk and room was clean. It's new building so all good.

Clean, comfortable, and beans new rooms. Some things in the rooms, like wallpaper around the bathroom faucet isn't done very well, suggesting low quality construction work.

The hotel was quiet and the staff were excellent.

Was just there using a conference room, the food, drinks and desserts that were provided were tasty.

The room was in great shape, modern appointments and amenities. The shower was very nice and the heated tiles in the bathroom were a godsend. My special someone arranged for a surprise in the room while I was there - the front desk was more than willing to help out with a birthday surprise. The pool was nice and the hottub was just the right temperature. The restaurant was outstanding - you MUST have the jambalaya. The breakfast buffet is worth every penny. I stayed beside the airport runway and heard nothing over the two nights I stayed. Just a great find.

Room was very clean and stay was great! There was a small hiccup but the front desk manager "Parth" was more than helpful in resolving our issues and ensuring we enjoyed our stay. We appreciate everything Parth!

The banquet halls are beautiful and the staff do a great job of making sure food is replenished and used dishes are cleared off the table immediately. I forget the name of the rooms. Overall fantastic experience. I am considering to book them for my own wedding.

My friend and I got caught in a snow storm a few months back on our way home to Edmonton. We ended up booking really last minute, and the staff was so quick to accommodate us & gave us a great experience, even though it was a very stressful night for them with the snow storm. The lady at the front desk who was working the evening gave us excellent service & was so polite & happy to help us. Thanks for keeping us safe from the storm.

Rooms are big and spacious. Great, quick service (asked for a crib and came up quick). Delicious breakfast buffet. Good pool for the family.

I came here for a conference. The breakfast, lunch, and snacks was great. They have really good coffee there.

The most striking thing for me was that their services were prompt and nice, venue was also clean and well lighted. Would definitely recommend for events with a crowd of about 300 people.

The facility was outstanding, though service was slow. Rooms were kept clean and we did get necessary upgrades where and when necessary. I would use them again, though explain a quicker response will be necessary.

Modern and efficient. Rooms are large and comfortable. Modern NW decor. Good restaurant on site. Somewhat remote location. Nice pool, kids liked the slide.

Air conditioning was poor, confrerensee room was very hot every body was sweating our CEO have to request several time to lower the temperature. Food was good and sitting arrangement was adequate

I attended a workshop held at the Radisson 2 days in a row. I didn't get to see much of the hotel but what I did see was beautifully decorated. The conference room was nice although somewhat small; it worked for our purposes. The bathrooms that we used were across the hall from the conference room and they were absolutely beautiful. Each stall was fully enclosed which made it feel like you were in your own tiny bathroom. We did go to the restaurant that's in the hotel for lunch and had absolutely terrible service. We waited 45 minutes just for a drink and over an hour for food to be served. It took speaking to 3 servers before someone even apologized. Our drinks were wrong, my drink was not very good and not what I ordered. One of my coworkers didn't even get her drink and her food was not as she ordered it so she returned it and they comped her bill obviously because she didn't eat anything. The food was actually pretty good but I had to take it back to the conference center to eat it because they took the entire lunch time that we had just to serve the food. Overall the hotel seems like a really nice place and I would love to get to stay there in the future.

The hotel and conference facilities are very nice. Only issue I had was a lack of fresh options, such as fruit and vegetables, with the snacks provided during the course of the day.

The hotel is kind of out of the way, but it is beautiful and well maintained. Everything looks to be new, and the service in the lounge was quick and friendly.

Location was good, room was clean and nicely appointed. Would have rated 5 stars but there were some empty liquor bottles and our room with a view had a view of an auto Wrecker.

Restaurant should stay open later than 10 PM for late night arrivals. If it is not possible to keep the restaurant opened - maybe keep kitchen opened for food in lounge area.

I really enjoyed my recent stay here! Despite the circumstances with COVID-19 and with the amenities being limited, the staff were really friendly and accommodating. Working in hospitality myself I know what working through the pandemic has been like and I appreciate them for making our stay as comfortable as possible. I've stayed at this hotel before and I loved the room this time just as much as the first time! :)

Planning a wedding reception at the conference room. Has an HDMI cable to plug in to laptop. Has two projectors and a mic. Decently sized. Sound was pretty good, works very well for slideshow and wedding video.

Couldn't find the main entrance and there was no sign pointing towards it.

Hotel in middle of construction zone. No where to eat close by. Taxi driver was not aware of location and missed entrance x2
No kettle available to boil water. No microwave in room. No information in room about facility. Staff were friendly and tried to help. Eventually room service available. Completely opposite experience at the Radison Airport in Edmonton. I know it is Covid but you need to step up to the plate.

We had our wedding here and the catering and hotel staff did an exceptional job the evening before and day of the event. They helped make our vision come true and made the space very tidy and organized. They were hospitable and responsive to our inquiries. The food was tasty and the bartending services was well appreciated. The rooms are modern looking and spacious. We also ordered room service and we got it in a timely manner, well cooked.

The contract and logistics piece leading up to the event was a bit confusing and messy. So for newbies doing contract work, a bit more face to face orientation would have been helpful. Staff were responsive when we had questions. We also felt that there was a lot of flexibility in finding what worked best in our budget. But, if you're organized and keep a communication trail you'll be able to manage the process. You get lots of options with events and the hotel contact does their best to meet your needs.

Stayed on the second floor for two nights in a standard king room. Very clean and nice. The ac was a bit noisy at night but otherwise was a great stay and very comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised by the heated floors in the bathroom!
The hotel as a whole was kept very clean and on par with similar type hotels. Front staff were helpful and curtious.
Overall I would stay there again.

I have attended and run events an Radisson hotels, and this one is great, just like the others. The banquet staff is efficient and nice, the breakfast food was good, the coffee was inoffensive (and they had real cream), and the flexible event space was nice. The decor is modern and well taken care of. The bathroom stalls are a bit small and have a couple of small maintenance issues (and you shouldn't really use that kind of tap with tile, but if you have to you really have to have amazing tilesetters), but overall it's a good part of a good facility.

One of the best hotels in calgary. I had recently booked 80 rooms for a wedding. And it was very smooth and very well managed. The restaurant and the breakfast are amazing

The spa here is amazing and the staff is very sweet and professional

Super comfy bed, beautiful design easy to get in and out of.

Rooms are nice enough, beds are comfortable, wifi is good,, but can get quite warm when the AC automatically shuts off after an hour.

Reasonably priced and clean comfortable rooms. Ample parking spots. Great breakfast buffet. I have stayed many times and always felt safe and comfortable. Only once the air conditioner/ heating system was bit louder that is why I am giving a 4 star.

The hotel is very new and modern (only 5 years old). The main entrance is actually at the right side of the building. There isn't much of a view however.

Staff are friendly and the facility us convenient. But the bed was not very comfortable and the room was noisy

Nice heated tile floors in bathrooms and entry. Friendly staff, clean, very chic inside.

Highly recommend. Event halls are very spacious. You can choose the space according to your needs. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Really delicious food.

Rooms were nice and clean and the amenities were great but giving them a solid one star because of the poor customer servixe. My daughter spilled some juice on one of the beds and when I called to try and get a clean set of sheets, comforter, and mattress pad it was a massive pain and had to go back and forth to get a clean matress pad and sheets. I did get a new comforter (duvet) but for some reason a hotel of this size has no clean duvet covers??? Makes you wonder how often or if at all they change the duvet covers and matress pads here.

I only visited the restaurant The location is pretty close to the airport. The food and service were good, as expected.

We arrived to check in and everything went very smooth. The rooms are clean and very modern. The girlfriend is always impressed with how they're decorated and the quality of the furniture vs the room pricing. The view from our room wasn't that great as there seems to be an auto salvage joint right next to it. The airport runways are also nearby but soundproofing made it seem like they were further. We had to be at the airport early(4am) and it seems their driver wasn't very skilled. He drove erratic and misses the departures, having to take the loop twice before we made it to the right gate. Otherwise, great hotel. Would stay again.
