Nice ambiance. Everyhing is good. Room service came mostly everyday ( i was out that time) . Changed bed lilens everyday 2 days ( daily if said so) . Towels changed daild ( the onces kept on the floor). Overall excellent experience.

Was there for a conferance all day and they served us breakfast, lunch and desert. Staff was amazing in accomadating and very quiet moving courses in and out. Espically for a group of 180! The food was very good for a hotel.

Very friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, comfy beds, heated washroom floor was cozy and a very new/updated building with classy decor. The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful and the airport shuttle was nice to have. Overall, it was an absolutely amazing experience and I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

I was there for a professional event. The service was fantastic, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the venue was gorgeous.
You don't want a room in the vicinity of the conference halls, especy when there is an event. Extremely noisy.

Been meaning to rate this for a couple of years. Travelled from Toronto to attend an event in Calgary for a week. Booked this online. It was one the best hotel experiences I had. The location was central. Every staff I encountered was exceptional, really made me feel at home and were very helpful. The rooms were always clean. I would definitely come back. Thank you!
I stayed here for several nights with my family and also did my Wedding celebration here! The staff were amazing and Sherilynn was literally the best event coordinator event! She took care of all my needs and concerns and was extremely kind and respectful. She tried to facilitate everything we wanted and was very flexible and easy to work with. Rooms were super clean and the food was delicious too! If you re planning an event or simply dropping by, I highly recommend you stay here.
Very Beautiful Hotel. I went to a New Year's Eve dance there. We had a buffet dinner. They put all the dishes in the main lobby by the doors. Every time someone went in and out the cold air blew all over the food and you had to stand there in line waiting while you froze to death. My vegetables were cold by the time I got back to my table. I think it could've been much better planned that was not a good idea at all. The food was OK, not great

Overall ok experience. Facilities are good like heated floors in the bathroom. Service in handling issues is mediocre. Very defensive without giving the benefit of the doubt to the customer. Issue was eventually resolved but not in the most sincere or professional manner.

We decided to do a getaway in our own city and decided to try this hotel. It did not disappoint! Fantastic hotel.The rooms are nice and spacious, the pool and water slide is excellent for families, or for the kid in you. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Also, if you enjoy Indian food, they have an excellent Indian buffet for lunch that is extremely reasonably priced.

I've been at this hotel plenty of times, but my recent visit was one for the books.
After 3 days, I asked for housekeeping to come change my linens and replace my towels. I was informed that they didn't have any housekeeping staff that day, but they could move me into another room. This was a minor inconvenience but I agreed.
The room they moved me into was disgusting. There was coffee cream all over the cabinets, soap all over the shower, garbage left in the room, hairs all over the bed, and a ton more that I don't care to mention. So I complained (which I never do) and was told they would again, put me into a new room. So I then had to go back down to the main level, get the new key, go back up and move everything in the new room (again) on the other side of the floor, and then go back down to return the other key. Not once was I offered an apology, or any assistance in moving any of my items, and this was over a full weeks stay so it's not like I packed lightly.
The icing on the cake, was the restaurant. All the rooms still have room service menus placed neatly on display, and the hallway of hotel, directly in front of the elevators, has a big canvas advertising their restaurant. So after carefully analyzing the menu, I call down to place an order only to find out that the restaurant is closed. I understand closing the restaurant. What I don't understand is advertising it as if it were still open. And when I mentioned this to the front desk clerk, his response was "if you want something, you can just order from skip the dishes." As if it doesn't cost a ton more money, and more inconvenience seeing as I need to leave my room to collect my food.
Due to the lack of recognition by the direct hotel staff, I submitted a complaint through their website. It has been over 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from a single person in regards to any apology or compensation, for any of the things I experienced.
I'm travelling back to calgary in two days and was REALLY hoping this would be resolved and I could return to the hotel, but seeing how careless they have been, I will not be spending my money here again.

This is in a really bad part of town, unsavoury ppl walk around the grounds and on weekends thousands of dollars worth of stuf is stolen from the jobsite right next door.. Could cetainly use some kind of security on site

I was there for a company Xmas party. The food was very good, the conference room very clean.
Front desk staff were very friendly, the room was clean and new, and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle from the airport was quick, and returned us back to the airport the next morning on time. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Great customer service. Warm and welcoming! They were very friendly and so nice to our children. The hotel was beautiful. Rooms are so spacious, clean and comfy beds! Breakfast was fantastic! Kids enjoyed it as well. The shuttle drivers were also very kind and helpful! I will recommend this hotel to everyone who is needing to stay in Calgary or is looking for an airport hotel!

Great room, great stay but hotel shuttle awful. Only runs to airport once every hour and for pickup - if you park your car there expect to wait a really, really, really long time for pickup. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.
Wow what a comfortable bed, room was generally clean however our son lost a toy of his so while looking I looked under the mattress and found 4 condoms, a hair tie, pen, paper etc. This was mentioned to staff.
The hotel had a pool hot tub sauna and gym and attached restaurant.

Something is wrong with their booking system. I booked and paid but the hotel says I didn't, even I showed my booking confirmation email and number and everything.
What really made me want to give -1 star is their staff just kicked me out, saying "we don't have room anymore. You can find somewhere else." They even don't help me to call their booking agent and says "I can do it myself".

I ordered from the the hotel kitchen chicken wings and fries, good... But started throwing up after a few hours. Informed reception at check out of my experience they did not charge me for the meal.
Went for a wedding reception. I would not recommend the conference space. They opened two spaces. It was disjointed and awkward. There were parts of the first hall not visable and same with second hall. I dont know who planned that but its a very bad design. Too many tables in a small place. Very crowed. The food had too much masala and was served outside. It was difficult coming in and out.

The hotel is new and beautiful. For now it's in the middle of nowhere so you have not a lot of options for shopping, eating etc. We had lunch in XS and were disappointed especially with the spinach dip. There were so many different type of foods that they didn't focus on any and so not so pleasing
Terrible two night stay!!!!!!! We heard LOUD music playing well over midnight. We called the front desk to complain both nights, every time we were reassured that it would stop at 11pm (it didn't). Apparently there was a wedding downstairs. The staff were not at all concerned about our complaints. They offered no discount or perk.
This is a well run and clean place to stay. The bed is comfortable, the ambiance professional. It's great for business travel.

I Booked this hotel for first birthday party of my son. And my experience turned out to be terrible. There was hell lot of mismanagement. I invited 50+ guests and they had one waitress to entertain them. When I complained them about it, I came to hear that the another member of their staff had some family issues so he couldn t come..like seriously? They don t have enough staff to entertain my guests? I paid damn 3000$.
Secondly, I wanted to play a video and I asked them day before party that if they could arrange, they said 80$ extra charges, so I decide to get my own projector. On the day of party, I got some issues playing the video. I asked them if they can help, $400 extra charges. my guests even didn t proper food to eat. Highly disappointed with THE RADDISSON HOTEL.

Very nice lobby deco. Conference room are nice and functional. Washroom facilities are not too adequate when everyone from all meetings taking breaks at the same time.
