We had our wedding venue here. Our sales coordinator, Sherry Robles, was very professional and helpful in providing us the best option possible for our budget. All of the staff were polite and attentive. Our big day was a success because of them.

We stopped in for dinner at the lounge and grill there and the service was slow, the food wasn't anything great. I had to send my steak back because it was so under cooked. Then they smothered a sirloin steak in gravy which I thought was disgusting. They could spruce up their decor and table settings. Felt like a restaurant from the 90's. I probably wouldn't go back again for food.

Starting in the parking lot, the spaces were crammed in tight. The lobby had a odors that varied from stale to pungent. The room experience was lacking with an uncomfortable mattress, mushy pillows, loud a/c unit, mini fridge that barely cooled, and cabinets with loose brackets. A request was made to the staff to vacuum the room because the carpet had what looked like cracker crumbs in a few places, but after the 4 day stay, the crumbs were still there. WORST PART: They had scheduled fire alarm testing for two days, but did not forewarn when booking or checking in. This was completely unacceptable.

This hotel is a great venue for hosting sales and trade shows. The staff were great and very accommodating. I would come here again. The best part is that it is situated less than 5 minutes from the airport so you can fly in/ fly out really easily. The premises are clean and modern. There is a tuck shop, spa and great restaurant at the hotel.

Hotel was pretty standard but do not long term park. While our car was there it was broken into. I understand we parked at our own risk but we parked in front of the lobby and when we returned our car was filled with snow so clearly had been a while. The hotel staff basically said I guess no one noticed, as soon as the shuttle pulled into the parking lot we could see the window was smashed. If you are going to offer long term parking there should be some security or check on the cars from time to time.

Service at XS Lounge was spectacular. As for the food, my chicken on the chicken neptune moist and tasty, but the seafood was overcooked. I had cheese that was over done and brown on my stuffed potato. The salmon on the other hand was wild, which was nice. It was overdone from the medium rare that the server advised of. The lemon that came with it was burnt. The chips that were placed on top were stale and unnecessary.

Best Airport Hotel in Calgary! Massive Value!

Best Airport Hotel in Calgary! Massive Value!
We are repeat guests at this awesome hotel! I never thought I would get excited about checking into an airport hotel for a few days, but THIS HOTEL rocks my world.

This hotel is for:
- People who need to be near the airport
- People who value efficiency, value, and also finding luxurious hotels that don't cost a lot!

Check-in: Beautiful lobby! Fast check in. Always pleasant.

Room:
Booked a basic room on the ground floor. Ceilings are SUPER high and makes the room feel grand. Kind bed, desk, chair, full length mirror, side bar area, very modern and chic. The bathroom has HEATED FLOORS, a huge walk in shower, and great lighting.
Comfortable, clean, and quite wonderful.

WIFI: Worked the entire time. Medium/High speed. No pesky passwords needed and very easy to log in to!

FOOD and RESTAURANTS:
We had dinner twice at XS Grill. Amazing thai curry rice bowl!
We also had the breakfast buffet which had tons of options including a fresh omelette bar made to order.

Location: Near the airport. Under a 10 minute shuttle drive.
Shuttle will pick you up from the airport once you have collected your bags.
From the hotel TO the airport, it will take you every hour on the hour.

Amenities: Pool and Hot tub.
Gym- Had cardio machines, free weights, yoga mats, ball, bench, weight machine, and space to do your own thing.

Summary:
Perfect for a quick stop, a quiet night, or a value stay. The hotel is surprisingly chic and luxurious. It is hands down our favorite airport hotel in Canada! Just gives you a great sense of comfort and feeling at 'home'. Value for what you get cannot be beat! We will absolutely be back!

The place was nice but I think the staff need training on how to dust. And how to be available for checkout. Other than that they were courteous. Place wasnt dirty but not up to the standard of cleanliness that I would expect

Beautiful new hotel in an unlikely location. Very close to the airport - about 5 minutes drive away. It is within a commercial district. They have a full service spa, Sana Spa, which is very nice and clean. The is a conference centre, full service restaurant and bar, pool with waterslide, sauna and steam shower facilities.

Went to the lounge for lunch Buffet and it was just ok, it was an Indian buffet they had good descriptions on items but we had to wait for the naan half way through the lunch. For my vegitarian friends there weren't as many choices as they would have liked. Not sure we will go back.

I went to the Radisson for a facial with my girlfriend. I don't have much in the way of comparison but I felt the experience was relatively average. I was not blown away by the staff interaction but they were pleasant and to the point. The facial itself didn't seem to do much and afterwards my skin actually felt somewhat drier than usual despite asking for a moisturizing facial. However, it was relaxing and probably what you can expect for the price (fairly affordable). If your going I would recommend the microdermabrasion rather than the default facial as my girlfriend had a much better experience with that (and I believe they cost the same). TLDR: Average experience; hydrating facial didn't hydrate; get the microdermabrasion.

Was at XL lounge restaurant for lunch buffet, been there several times. Today it was so dissapointment because whole food was not fresh. The chicken biryani was with no flavour, fish pakoda was only with vegitables and batter, there was no fish. Mutton, it was pre heated the over night left over, it was bitter and no flavour at all. The nan bread was burned and made out of old dough. Talked to the shef who made that, did not excepted the food was old, he brought freshly made fish pakoda and some mutton as damage control. They gave us $20 off but we were so exicited for this, made our whole day wrong. Hope management can check this, it was Jan 6th 2018. We organize our cooperate parties and personal parties, this will be the last one unfortunately.

Terrible hotel. First room we got had dirty sheets so they moved us. The gym had no sanitation wipes and the hot tub had dirt and sand in it. The stairs to the water slide had green slime on it. The food was terrible and over priced. Will never stay here again.

If you are thinking of holding an event at this ho...

If you are thinking of holding an event at this hotel, BEWARE--you might want to reconsider. We had our wedding here and it was like renting a hall with no service. Cocktail hour started late, dinner plates still weren't cleared at the nights' end, glassware was left everywhere without anyone clearing them, bartenders told guests that there were various types of alcohol that had run out instead of refilling from stock, they butchered our wedding cake after forgetting about it, there was no water around and nobody to ask, the list goes on. The staff, if you could find any, were unresponsive.

The worst part is the response from the hotel after we listed all the issues that had occurred. After a week, we were sent an email saying that they had reviewed the concerns and provided us with some meager extra loyalty points. No follow-up to explain what had happened, no sincere apology from anyone, no offer on anything really. The only good part was the dinner itself, where the food quality was high. I guess if you're only interested in the food with no service, this might be the venue for you. We could've had a better experience if we rented a hall and hired a caterer with servers, but would have done so for half the cost. Terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone.

A very nice hotel, especially for the price. Where I live in the US (Minnesota), you're very likely to get a rather crummy hotel for something similarly priced. As a result, my expectations were really low when I booked the hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised, however, as the hotel is probably the fanciest one I've ever stayed at. I'm not sure if it was because Canada has better standards for hotels, or if the exchange rate was just in my favour, but either way, it was fantastic. Also, the front desk staff were very polite despite the fact that I think that I was pretty far from their traditional clientele. 10/10

No privacy for wash rooms. No locks, a sliding door which a small child can easily open. Some one gave this funny idea during design. Either you travel alone or ask some one to keep an eye on not to let your kids open wash room door while you take shower. Kind of a Public wash-room set up. You can clearly see some one taking shower from your room. Claiming that this is a 3.5 star hotel, you can hear some stupid people making noise through out the night. During check in the front desk guy was kind of sure that I don't have a booking in this hotel. looks like he didn't like me booked a room in this property. I had to show the email proof. I had to wait 15 minutes to check-in. I asked him for his Manager which he refused and didn't let me meet his Manager. May be nice to some people but rude to others. My first and last visit to this property. A trap by Priceline. The room was facing a vehicle scrap junk. The corridors of this hotel smells spicy curries. Dunno who gave this property a 3.5 Star. Right now the time is 1:22 AM. I am in this hotel unable to sleep with some senseless stupid in next room with lots of noise.

If you are expecting this to be the same hotel it was 2 years ago you will be sadly mistaken. The rooms are dirty, the staff is extraordinarily rude- the front desk clerk had her boyfriend behind the counter when I arrived and when I said hello, he just yelled her name and gave me an uncomfortable stare. There was someone elses hair on my bed and I wouldn t be surprised if they hadn t changed the sheets. The bathroom used to have little extra toiletries, such a as a loofa and nail file- they no longer do. There used to be robes and extra pillows- there is not anymore. There was no snow cleared. I can honestly say I will likely no longer be staying here.. hotel must have changed hands as it was prestine before. I am currently laying in my bed grumpy and disgusted. Done waste your hard earned money.
