Booked a whirlpool suite for a night to relax and soak, I was placed in room 330. When I checked in and went to fill the tub I discovered that the plunger would not plug the tub, it was a spring loaded type and it would not fit into the screw hole at the bottom. I called the front desk who sent somebody up to my room in an attempted fix. He told me the tub had been out of service for this exact issue for quite a while and yet they still book guests into this room. Unfortunately there were no other whirlpool rooms available, so management gave me a discount when I checked out in the morning. Overall it was a wasted night I could have spent relaxing elsewhere.
