I've been living here for almost 3 years the first manager Jessica was always great to me a new guy named Corey came in and surprisingly he's a very cool guy that seems determined to make things better it's a great place to live in a good location the only problem is parking they need to find a solution to many people that live here are renting rooms to their friends or having friends stay and their cars make the parking lot a nightmare I've been living here for almost 3 years the first manager jessica was always great to me I knew guys name corey k man and surprisingly he is a very cool guy that seems determined to make things better it's a great place to live in a good location the only problem is parking they need to find a solution to many people that live here are renting rooms to their friends or having friends day and their cars make the parking lot a nightmare people double and triple park up on curbs, thank god I have a garage but I have 2 cars table set in my 1 car garage surprisingly but when I store stuff sometimes I can't park they need a solution and last people that are not handicap park in the handicap spots and the police do nothing about it very disappointed we have two police officers that live on site every time I've mentioned something one actually told me directly to my face that he would not ticket somebody he would check it out and see if they do it a couple times and then do it when I was young and you would have parked in a handicap spot you would get a ticket instantly what would happen when somebody truly needs to park closed and they can't in that moment that I hate otherwise great place to live great apartments well cap beautiful surroundings and the gates always work
