This is the best dentist office I have ever been to hands down. They have the nicest, friendliest and most caring staff of any business I have ever come across. From the moment I stepped in the door until I walked out I was treated better than I would have ever expected. Every aspect of my visit was perfect. Xio, their clinical team leader took care of me throughout the entire procedure. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed before she began working. She explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood everything she was telling me so I wasn t confused about anything. She did an outstanding job helping Doctor Davis with the crown procedure. The whole process was quick and pain free. If you are needing any dental work done you should do yourself a favor and choose Perfect Smile Tulsa. They are the best you could possibly come by without any doubt whatsoever! As long as I live here in the area I will continue to give them all my business!

I had an emergency last Friday! One of my front caps came off during the night and I was mortified! I called before the office opened to scream help! I got a call before 8:00 am, from the staff fitting me in first thing that morning! I got there, my problem assessed by Dr. Davis and was fixed up by Celo, I hope that I'm spelling her name correctly-she is an artist at her job! As I was finishing up, the staff realized I was due in next week for a cleaning and Samatha fit me so I didn't have to make another trip to the office. All in all, I am so grateful for the kindness and efficiency of this dentist's office.

This was the worst dentist or doctor of any kind I have visited in my life. They got me in the same day for a non-emergency which should have been my first red flag. They served me cookies and pop while I waited. I went in to see about Invisiline which should have taken one hour total. I left 5 hours later. You see, their goal was to see how much they could sell me before I left their clinic. It was a crazy nightmare. All of the personnel had on the headsets to better enable them to get as many patients in one day as possible. It was like a Seinfeld episode. I would be talking to one gal and she would be gone and another would come in 15 minutes later while talking on the headset. It was nuts. I didn't even have anything wrong with pain in my teeth and the dentist ended filling a tooth. Whaaaat? He not only pulled it. He did a horrible job, probably because he was only in there for about 10 minutes, as they fit me in the same day. It was so painful I thought I was going to have to go to the emergency room. Another kind dentist helped fix his botched job, thank God. When the assistants tried to make my plates to see about my Invisiline they couldn't get them in my mouth correctly and started calling in the office staff to try to push them in. It was unreal. They tried to hard sell me on everything they had in that clinic. I truly know that if he was the first dentist I visited in my life I would never go to another dentist ever again. I do not want this to happen to another person in Tulsa and in turn, needed to write this review. They give you gift cards for writing a good review for them on google just to make sure they get some good reviews I suspect.There are too many good dentists out there that care about you. Please find one of them.

I have never been one to enjoy the dentist but Dr. Davis is as great as it gets. His staff is awesome too. From the time you get there to the time you leave you feel pampered. It's as if you have gone to a tooth spa. I would recommend this dental office to anyone is does not like going to the dentist or who is afraid or nervous. They make you feel secure and relaxed.

I always have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist, but these people are so patient, attentive, organized, and above all, non-judgmental! I walked in and was greeted by the sweetest lady. I saw Dr. Merrill (a very nice lady) and Sam, the dental assistant. Although Sam is a "dental" assistant, I really felt like she was MY personal assistant! She stayed with me from start to finish. As they were working on me, they kept checking in with me to make sure I was feeling good and were eager to answer any questions. Wonderful people!!

Usually, a dentist wants to do x-rays and make a plan to do work the next time, but I broke a tooth, so they did all the preliminaries and then went to work because that's what I wanted to do. Yea! That was one less work day that is messed up.

I know some have posted that patients are "bribed" to review on Google, but I was never pressured nor even asked to do so. There is literature around encouraging a review, and I was sent a follow up email asking about my treatment, but that's it. I loved how I got several text messages and emails reminding me of my appointment as well. I know there are great dentists everywhere, but if you are on the fence about where to go, this place is a safe, great bet!

After going to this clinic for a teeth whitening consultation, I asked if they accepted my dental insurance, which covers 100% for dental exam and cleaning. They told me that both me and my daughters were covered and that their office accepted our dental insurance. We proceeded to make an appointment for myself and my daughters. My appointment was the first one for which I trusted since THEY were the ones who confirmed that we were 100% covered and that the clinic was on my insurance's network and I got the dental exam and cleaning. After a few weeks we received a bill and when we called to verify what happened they told us that it was an error and that they were not in my dental insurance network. Could they not verify that before giving me the service? Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this clinic if you don't want to receive an unexpected bill after they render their services, since they admitted that this happens with other patients too.

Also, my husband, who is the sponsor, tried to make an appointment but for some reason they said that he did not appear in their system and that he had to call Tricare Dental to see what was happening. He called and they did not understand what was happening so he looked for another clinic and they accepted him without any problem. How could they be honest with my husband and not to me?

Dental assistants and Doctor were very nice but administrators and manager are the worst!

Makayla at Perfect Smile is the MICHAEL JORDAN of dental assistery. She has worked wonders on my grill. I cant reccomend her enough! I am considering going on an all candy diet so that I can see her more often. Going to the dentist has never been a pleasant experience until she slipped her hands into her latex gloves and worked her magic! She single handedly cured my post traumatic dental disorder. I trust Samantha at The Perfect Smile to take care of my professional cleanings so much that I come all the way from St Louis for treatment. The office is always very clean and welcoming. Last visit, Xio was assisting Samantha and she is very kind, informative and talented. Dr Davis always answers all my questions and puts me at ease. My teeth have never felt as clean as when Samantha takes care of me. I would not go anywhere else.

Everyone is very nice, but yesterday's cleaning left my mouth sore, which has never been the case in the past. I have no other issues with my teeth or mouth. Maybe I just got a super clean treatment. Lol

After not seeing a dentist for over 3 years, Dr. Davis and his hygienist Jessica were very kind, non-judgemental, and happy to find a treatment plan to get me back on track. My teeth feel great again!

Too many patients and not enough staff to handle inquiries. Very expensive and I never met the Dentist at either appointment I had with them. After Perfect Smile cancelled my last appointment I was unable to get a returned call from them to set up a new appointment. Overall the staff was nice and the facility was impressive. I decided to find a new Dentist.

Great place with very friendly staff! Extremely surprised they have cookies (It's the dentist, duh!) & drinks available while you wait, then tooth brushes & mouthwash for you to use in the restroom. I can't say I've ever "enjoyed" going to the dentist but this place made it pleasant. Dr. Davis is a great Dentist & his assistant Xio is awesome and she's a master artist at sculpting crowns.

I was very impressed with Perfect Smile, it had been years since I had a cleaning and exam. Angela and Makayla were very welcoming. The staff did a great job on making sure I was satisfied with my first visit and understanding of what they would be doing. Thanks to Makayla for allowing me to sit in the room with my mom while she did her procedure and Angela for accommodating to get me in before my scheduled time so I could be in with my mom. I look forward to returning back to Perfect Smile Tulsa in the future.

I was searching for a dentist for a year, and I came across Perfect Smile. As soon as I toured the site and meet the staff I felt right at home. I was greeted by every staff member and they went above and beyond to accommodate every single one of my needs. I am originally from California and visited the dentist office in San Francisco, so I was looking for something that offered the same presentation. Perfect Smile exceeded my expectations and my experience there was far greater than the sky scraper view that I had in San Francisco. I am pleased to say that Perfect Smile is my new dentist home. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a new dentist home.

I am picky with who takes care of my teeth. I had a great dentist when I was living in Wichita and it took me a while find a place I liked in the Tulsa area. Perfect Smile is dare I say...Perfect! My first appointment, they gave me a tour of the place, which was nice. The front desk staff and dental hygienists/assistants are great. Both dentists are fabulous and they try to get to know you.

Anyway, my dental assistant was Trista and she's a doll. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I didn't have a dental hygienist that I didn't like there. They are all wonderful. I travel 30 minutes to go there and it's worth it! Sorry, for the long post but I really love this place and I have so much good things to say about them!

This was my first time seeing Perfect Smile Tulsa and it was a great experience. Absolutely everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked through the doors, from the front desk people to the techs to even the owner Mark. I absolutely LOVE this dentist office. My husband and I had previously went to another dentist. Well about 3 days after I saw that dentist, I was in terrible pain and that dentist had refused to see me. I have no idea why, He wouldn't even give me different antibiotics! I had not slept for 3 days because of the pain. My mothernlaw had found this dentist office and they saw me right away (within a couple of hours) gave me different antibiotics and by the next day I was feeling so much better! Angela was so understanding and got me in and out as quick as possible knowing I was in a lot of pain. I decided that this dentist office was for me and went back for a cleaning as well. Julie numbed me up and made sure I was comfortable! I just can't explain how insanely sweet and understanding these people are. If it hadn't had been for them I would probably still be in excruciating pain. I don't have perfect teeth and it will take a lot to get me where I need to be BUT they understand it can't be done all at once and they don't make me feel bad about it. I just love them!!!!

Go get your teeth cleaned. If you go once you'll not go anywhere else! Not to mention their Happy Hour rate on Thursday mornings for Botox... $10 per unit! Best price in town. You're welcome in advance!

I ve been coming here for a couple of years now, and I can t say enough about the TLC that the staff gives to their patients, especially Xio!! She looks at each patient as an individual and treats each person special. She recently suggested a slight tweak to my treatment plan (my call, NO high pressure), and it was one of the best decisions I ve ever made. I m so proud of my smile now!! And I would never have thought to take the course of action if Xio hadn t suggested it. Any time I earnestly look at my smile, now, I will forever be thankful to Xio!!

The staff and doctors are so attentive to you. Not only do they greet you by name when you walk in, the walk you through the entire visit.

This office is amazing! I've gone through them for my invisalign and I'm going to go through them for all my dental work! My favorite girl there is Makayla! She's a doll! The doctor is great he is fun and jokes around which makes the dentist so much more fun to go to. I have no complaints on them and doubt I ever will with how nice everyone is. you guys rock!

Dr. Davis and his beautiful staff are friendly, professional, extremely helpful and always smiling! I do not like going to the dentist, probably no one does, or at least very few. Well, Dr. Davis does nearly everything possible to make it a pleasant experience. From the gorgeous old house with a warm family feel, to the knowledgeable staff that really gets to know you. All the insurance and expenses are explained in a clear way and with no pressure. I have been going to Dr. Davis for about ten years or so and he has put on a couple of crowns and filled some cavities. All his work has been durable and long lasting. I recommend him to people I know and I would certainly recommend him and his establishment to anyone who is looking for a great dentist and an easy comfortable experience.

Will never go back. Very unethical practices and breached a contract. I Just had to retain an attorney to take this dental practice to court to demand my money back for services not performed; over 3500$

Dr. Davis' office is always a pleasant experience, as much as a dentist office can be anyway! The staff is courteous and treats every patient with respect. They're very compassionate, knowledgeable, and will work with you on your schedule and financial matters. I can always expect that I will be treated very well here. Plus, they have delicious cookies for when you finish your appointment!

All work went south. Bridges feel off, three teeth broke under his care ,and i stayed in chair for hours. The one bridge took him over a year to fit and refit. Still a bad fit and another dentist is redoing. He spends a very small time with you, mostly talking about thousands of dollars of work.

I absolutely LOVE Perfect Smile. I ve been coming here for about 4 years now and I don t plan on stopping any time soon. Everyone treats me like family and always makes sure I m comfortable. Yesterday I had an incident and knocked out a tooth later in the evening. The staff at the perfect smile got me in immediately after hours and saved my tooth. I cannot express how great they were doing this horrible experience and made me so comfortable.

I've been impressed with this team since first going to get a tooth pulled years ago. Dr Davis was very attentive to my low pain threshold and numbed my mouth accordingly while watching the wrinkles between my eyebrows with every touch of the drill. I also had a root canal done that was totally painless from the time I sat in the chair onward. (Unheard of for me!) The rest of the staff are equally as genuine and concerned. My periodontal disease was treated in less time than I'd ever expected and routine cleanings are done with professional and personal care. I don't know how prices compare. I have no insurance. But I'd be reluctant to switch. Love the coffee machine (with mugs) and warm cookies too (which seem ironic at a dentist) but I'm NOT complaining. It's a nice touch.

I've had many, many bad experiences with dentists from childhood to my now 40 years. I have sensitive teeth and tender gums, and I hate the noise, grinding and scraping from drills and cleaning tools. I was afraid of having to go to the dentist but I've needed a deep cleaning for many years and I decided this is the time to do it.

I did quite a bit of research online to find a dentist who might understand my fear and hesitation, and be kind to me about it. I read both good and bad reviews about Dr. Davis and the staff at Perfect Smile and decided to take a chance with them. I'm the kind of person to draw my own conclusions based on my experience and not just repeat what everyone else says. So here's my take.

- It's a dentist office. Duh! But it didn't really have that much of the smell and noise that I hate about most dentist offices. I was greeted promptly and with a smile when I entered.

- Cookies, soda, water... Yes, they were offered. No, I didn't take any. Nobody made me feel guilty for not indulging. I say this because some other commenters said, "I can't believe they'd have cookies and soda! (gasp)" I don't actually understand why anyone would have a problem with it being there. I thought it was nice... it showed me they are not "dentist snobs".

- Gabbi gave me "the tour" and got me started with the exam. She was really patient with me and helped me feel comfortable. She even handed me a sheet of things they could offer like "warm blankets" and "headphones". So nice!

- Dr. Davis spent plenty of time with me looking at my x-rays, discussing my concerns, asking questions and making sure I felt comfortable.

- I was asked to sign paperwork detailing the treatment I was about to receive. There were no surprises about the cost. Dental work is always expensive so if you don't know that already, you will learn quickly when you need to have tooth a pulled, a crown placed, a bridge put in, etc. The prices seemed about right from what I've experienced in the past.

- There was a little trouble with the insurance before I had my treatment. The system wasn't returning a correct response to show the procedure would be covered. The staff let me know about it and I decided to wait while they worked to get things cleared up, which they did. I was so glad for that courtesy.

- My hygienist, Whitney, was AMAZING about being gentle and patient with me while she did the cleaning, scaling and planing. Most people tell horror stories about the pain of having that done, and although it wasn't pain free, she did everything possible to make me comfortable.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and want to thank all of the staff at Perfect Smile for their kindness, warmth and professionalism. Everyone was patient with me and completely nonjudgmental throughout my visit. I can't say I'm excited to have more dental work done, but at least I won't be *quite* so nervous about next time. Most importantly, I trust them to take good care of me. And that's a big deal!

Am back home now work all done and it was the greatest experience ever. Can not say enough good about this dentist practice. I was very anxious before the work as it was a front tooth and I had never had a tooth pulled before so I was scared. They gave me meds to relax me with and my tech Megan was absolutely wonderful she could tell how anxious I was and talked to me to calm me down rubbed my arms cause I was cold and promised me a beautiful smile before I left and she was absolutely right. They put me in a wheelchair took me to my daughters car put me in the car and buckled me in. Service above and beyond any I have ever experienced at any other dentist office. GREAT JOB GUYS!! I will tell everyone about this dentist and how special his office is

I just finished up all my dental work at Perfect Smile. It's been a long road and I'm glad I had Dr. Davis and his staff to guide me through. At times in the past couple of years the office has frustrated me but I have come to realize that any place can get hectic if not everyone is pulling their own weight. With a few staff changes I feel like Dr. Davis's office is back on track. Makayla caught the fact that my Invisalign was not moving my teeth as fast as they were supposed to and saved me months of wearing the wrong trays. Soon after I would ask for her simply because I trusted her. Her efficiency and precision amazed me. All of the staff there is really friendly. I'm ecstatic that I now have my own "perfect smile" but will miss the ones that had gotten to know me by name. Keep up the good work guys!

Ive been coming here for over 3 years, twice a year for cleanings. The staff is amazing, even before your appointment. They text you reminders (which I'm thankful for), and they're so sweet if you let them know you'll be running late. They do offer cookies and coffee, but also have toothbrushes to brush with between the cookie-eating and your cleaning. I have not had any procedures done, so i cannot comment on that. However, they do take the time to explain financing should you want additional procedures, which i appreciate because there is no surprise when you get a bill. Id rather know all the details upfront.

Everyone is so nice. Quick to serve you. They Explain's in full detail what they are doing and what you need done.

Absolutely love this dentist and staff. I had to have work done. I have sever anxiety when it comes to dentists and they are by far the best office I have ever been to. Went to another dentist office a few weeks ago and they kicked me out of their office because I had a anxiety attack. They did everything they could to help lower my anxiety and they made an exception even with the COVID-19 going around and allowed my husband to sit in the room at my feet so he could hold my foot. They listened to me and treated me with such kindness and even asked me about my anxiety to get a better understanding of my triggers. They explained to be my first visit what I could expect and they stuck to what they told me would happen and they surprise me by letting my husband stay the whole time instead of just till I was numbed. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Davis and his staff!

Jessica and Lacy did an awesome job. I have no idea who assisted Dr. Davies with a crown molding and a filling. She never introduced herself nor did she inform me of what was being done. I thought she was going to push the suction tub through my jaw. She made me feel like a homeless person getting free service even though it costs me around $2,000.

This place is great for those with money and are lacking in the brain section of their head.
As you first walk in the place they offer you the worst things for your teeth, free cookies and soda(as much as you want). I went there to do a filling and they put on a little parade for me, taking me around the place showing off their great commodities available to me. The were nice, but nice in the way that anyone would be after swindling morons out of money. I also noticed christian symbols and quotes displayed prominently throughout the office. After showing off their equipment I sat in a chair and waiting for the boss to come and investigate.

As soon as Davis came in he shook my hand and then began talking to the nurse about my teeth in front of me and then left. I will repeat, he didn't talk to me at all, he spoke to me through the nurse that was in the same room with us. What a great masterful tool-bag.

After he left they sent in the collector and demanded 1500 dollars for a crown as well as continued to ask me if I wanted the exclusive Davis teeth whitening package. I told them I did not want a crown and just to do a filling and they had to call Davis in and he straight up refused to do a filling. Given a filling would cost 200 bucks as opposed to the 1.5k for a crown. Not being a moron I declined(I knew I did not need a crown nor teeth whitening). (Side-note: I went to a different dentist and was assured I did not need a crown and charged me 150 bucks to do a filling, and my teeth have never been better.)

This is a very depressing place. Not only do they tout Jesus everywhere, but they tout Jesus just to fool the simpleminded Jesus folk into paying ridiculous prices for dental care and fear-monger them into purchasing procedures(such as a crown) that they simply do not need.

I originally wanted to try this place out because of the great reviews here on Google. I was also curious as to why there were so many reviews for this dentist as opposed to others in Tulsa. In fact most dentists on Google only have 1 or 2 reviews. Strange that this dentist has over 50 reviews. Well I can help to explain that mystery. On my way out I was handed a "gift bag" which included a pamphlet describing the benefits of choosing such a place. One of the benefits included "If you leave a good review on Google we will give you free gift cards to movies and/or gas cards".
THEY ARE PAYING THEIR CUSTOMERS TO LEAVE GOOD REVIEWS ON GOOGLE!
Help teach this scumbag that such poor behavior will not be tolerated by avoiding doing business with them.
Also, on the free cookies and soda. Cotton candy was invented by a dentist to create a greater demand for his services. Just as Dr Davis does with his free cookies and soda. Don't be fooled!

I came in quite impressed with all the cookies and flat screen t.v.'s and sickeningly sweet employees and goody bags filled with swag, not realizing of course that the customer is the one who pays for all these things in the end. What drew me in was the free exam and x-rays because I am currently laid off from my job and do not have health insurance which I expressed to them. By the way, you are charged a $35 fee to release your x-rays if you want a second opinion because I received them for free I was told, even though I paid them for an $84 dental cleaning out of pocket while I was there! I had been having some pain in a molar and was concerned. After they tried to sell me on teeth whitening before even looking at my teeth, which I do not need, the Dr. comes in and only communicates what he sees with the assistant. I'm an intelligent person and would like to speak directly to my Dr. but after just a few minutes he was off to see the next one. Gotta make that money. The assistant informed me I needed a crown and three fillings to which the Dr. referred to as, "a little clean up." Funny that they were between my teeth and could not be seen and did not show up on the x-rays. As I'm still in the chair, a very nice girl comes in to speak with me about financing. I felt like I was in a car dealership. They might as well have said, "what do we need to do to get you this dental work today?" She informed me that it was going to cost over $2,000!!! I wanted to cry. She asks, "can you pay cash? Do you have any friends or family who can help you?" I felt uncomfortable with the situation and getting the work done right then and there not to mention how I was going to come up with the money so I decided to get a second opinion. I followed my gut and it paid off. I went to a very nice Dr. who was recommended to me where the office felt like a normal dental office and guess what?? I DID NOT have those 3 cavities and only needed a filling in the problem tooth. This new Dr. I went to said he is more conservative and wanted to start out with a filling and if I ever have any issues, then we'll do a crown. Imagine that. Honesty and looking out for the patient. I was elated! Praise the Lord. Dr. Davis's office was not only going to take money out of my pockets without a second thought but also my family's who struggles as well. Sad that greed and dishonesty wins out even if you are a professing Christian. Don't be fooled by the show guys. Get a second opinion and save yourself almost $2,000 like I did.

Love going to The Perfect Smile. The staff is kind and friendly. The front desk always greets us with a genuine smile. Fresh hot cookies and beverages to enjoy before or after your appointment with pre-pasted disposable tooth brushes in the bathroom to clean those pearly whites after your snack and before you go back to your appointment. And Julie Weast is a rock star hygienist!

During this pandemic, precautions were in place. I waited in my car until I was notified that it was fine to enter. When I did enter, my temperature was taken. Everything had been sanitized, and everyone wore masks, shields, and gloves.

Perfect Smile is now my new Dental home! It was a great experience. The staff is amazing, helpful, and so polite. I look forward to my next appointment.

I was having awful tooth pain that I couldn t get figured out, Dr. Davis got me in that day! The office staff is very kind. The office was clean and nice. Dr. Davis listened to my concerns and fixed me up, without any pain.

From the time I walk through the door until now sitting in the chair. Very friendly people all the way through the place. I was and still is nervous, but I am here enjoying this experience to a healthier happy lifestyle. This place is the BOMB!!!!!

Initially called because wife has TMJ, and found out Dr. Davis is one of a handful of qualified dentists to use Botox to treat it. The day before our appointment, I thought a filling had come out, so while my wife got her exam, I casually asked if anyone could look and me and confirm my self-diagnosis. BAM! I was in a chair.

Let me explain something...this is a BUSY office. I just wanted someone to take 10 seconds and let me know if I was right or not. Dr.Davis and staff got me scheduled on my next day off for a root canal and crown. I am not a good patient. I am claustrophobic, don't breathe very well, and this tooth was in the back, on top.

Thanks to a very attentive Courtney, I made it through. I have no plans to have any more work done by Dr. Davis unless she assists him. I am that serious. You can have an unpleasant experience made endurable by having quality people in your employ. Thank you Dr. Davis for having chose her.

The good news? No root canal was necessary after they got in there, so I saved money, I'm sure. What other dentist wouldn't have just ripped it out anyway?

I have found my new dentist. The entire staff is incredible. Follow-ups guaranteed.

I always enjoy my time with the thoughtful and skilled crew at Perfect Smile. In the midst of this pandemic, I found myself so comfortable and peaceful that I could ve curled up with a blanket and stayed there. Everything is spotless, everyone is thorough. I am grateful.

Terrible Customer Service. I felt like I was always treated poorly. Every time I had a scheduled appointment (scheduled 4 weeks prior), they would make me wait a minimum of 20 min- MINIMUM, sometimes even over 30 min.

I paid for a $5,000 Invisalign treatment and at the end of it they wanted me to pay EXTRA for a retainer. The Doctor rarely saw me during my treatment, I was mostly seen by the Dental Assistants and I was not at all happy with my results. After being treated so poorly and having bad customer service experiences with perfect Smile- the last thing I wanted to do was go back and schedule another appointment and keep going back to that practice.

Let's just say I DON'T LIKE THE WAY THEY RUN THEIR AIRLINE and I DO NOT recommend you to go there.

I hope they change their customer service plan because those warm cookies are not working...

I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Davis for about 2 years now. Originally for cosmetic, and then for my general dentistry needs. The offices are first rate in location, decor, neat and spic and span.. Most important to me is customer service. A+

One team member in particular, Xio, always has a welcoming smile and she strives for perfection. She is a skilled technician/assistant any dental office would love to have on their staff. Dr. Davis is fortunate to have Xio as a valued employee. I would recommend PERFECT SMILE.

I love this place because they take care of you. They've addressed all my needs and I feel much healthier already.

After a long overdue visit, I needed to see a dentist about an issue with pain stemming from a chipped tooth and a filling.
My first impressions, pardon the pun, were phenomenal...and that was for a consult. My return for extensive dental work exceeded those first impressions.

5 stars from reception to exit.

Dr. Davis is very, very thorough and professional. And he has the personality and ability to relate to his patients that is crucial in my mind when choosing a dentist. And, last but NOT least, Tiffany was the epitome of professional and has all the traits I just mentioned about Dr. Davis. She was with me from the "get go" and provided great care, personality and ability to relate to me, making me feel comfortable throughout my procedure.

I went in this morning for a cleaning and a whitening. Everyone was super friendly and tool great care of me while I was there. They explained everything thing that was going to happen and what to expect since it was my first whitening.

I have been a patient of Dr. Davis for several years. I have always recieved great care from Samantha and she always encouraged me to update my crowns and add a few luminaires to balance my smile. The timing was finally right for me and wth Xio and Tiffanys able help, I have a new smile! We added bleaching and they helped me take advantage of special pricing to help make it affordable. This type of care is expensive and easy to put off, but I sure do like they way my smile looks now! Thank all of you for your proffessionsal care and suggestions!

Horrible Experience. I genuinely felt like I was talking to a car salesman when I had left. When I leave a dentist with more information about the products he can sell me (Lumineers, Whitening procedures, sealant caps, etc) and less information about how I can actually help keep my teeth healthy I begin to get annoyed and offended. Came in for simple cleaning and was told that I needed "Deep Gum cleaning." Wasn't given any information about how much it would cost me out of pocket until I asked (which turned out to be an awful amount that the insurance wouldn't cover). Afterwards I also asked for an itemized amount of how much everything would cost; (which you always have a right to according to law) he gave me the papers and you find out the majority of that "Deep cleaning" that the insurance wouldn't cover is "Laser based cleaning". If the cleaning had been done with normal tools it would have been 1/5th the price out of my pocket. Feel like the dentist had no regard for patients well being and more interest in his own pocket book.

Awesome experience friendly staff especially Julie. Angela gave me a tour of the office before I got started to make you feel comfortable. Very friendly fast service and caring employees who you can tell love their jobs!! Would recommend strongly!!

I had serious fears of going to the dentist. After the birth of my daughter 2 years ago, I did not get cleanings or have regular visits. From the second I got there, Samantha was extremely welcoming. She didn't make me feel self-conscience at all. They diagnosed my issues and fixed them same day. I was there almost all day and she even offered to get me lunch! I can't say enough how great my experience was and I will definitely continue to go there. Thanks Perfect Smile and Samantha!

Clean and friendly staff. Had an understanding of special circumstance with my autistic son.

Went for regular check up December and they recommended fillig for one tooth that was not hiring at that time, after that filling it became extremely sensitive to mild coldness, went back in January and they tried some adjustment that did not fix it. I said fine as long as I can tolerate that, in April the tooth became very painful, I went back to them and they said that it will need a root canal and a crown that will cost more than $604 on top of the insurance coverage, I asked why we did filing if it is not going to help ? They said there is is no guarantee in dental fillings, then I ask to help with a discount but they said no, then I went to another dentist who did the root canal and crown for $504 with insurance and I didn t ask for discount at all, he even called me that evening asking how am I doing after the root canal.

I m not going back to Perfect smile and can not recommend that place for the above negative experience.
