Great service overall- from the moment I called to schedule a move from my apartment in Boston to the moment the items arrived in New York City. I found the staff to be both professional and supportive and would highly recommend their services. Most impressive was how well the movers did their job- they were on time picking my furniture up the day of the move and I was blown away by how well they moved and unpacked my items in my new apartment. I ve moved a number of times over the past 10 years and this is by far the best expierence I ve had!

Continuum took care of my move from NYC to Denver. They were on time, headache-free and reasonably priced. All my belongings were in perfect shape and organized when they arrived. Would highly recommend them!!

Bad and definitely not customer oriented experience. With these guys the before is totally different experience than the after. .When they are done with a good packing crew and shipping, The warehouse is a junk. Our belonging were exposed to heat and humidity (they claimed a control storage environment) rugs were all covered with mold, electronic devices when malfunctioning (Batteries leak) etc. All of this is NOT covered by their insurance so you are on your own. The offload team jammed a three days job to a one day and disappear. So we ended up unpacking and removing the unpacking material ourselves. Later own dealign with their insurance. You are pretty much holding the short side of the stick. Good luck. Go after a respectful company and it is definitely not this one.

Fantastic international move experience from New Jersey to Kenya. Continuum were appointed as the local partner for our overseas move and they were great. Wilson and his crew took care packing each item to ensure it was protected and sealed for shipping. Then he was a master Tetris player, loading the 40ft sea container incredibly tightly so that everything fit and wouldn't move around on the journey. Communication was clear and he was really friendly and receptive. Very impressed.

Lazy movers, slow follow-ups, mistakes on importation documents, extra exorbitant fees

I recently hired Continuum to facilitate my move from Connecticut to Los Angeles, California. From the first phone call I had with them until my belongings were dropped off in my new home, the process could not have been more seamless and customer friendly. The staff was incredibly professional and communicative throughout the process. The movers were on time to pick up my belongings and delivered everything on time, with no packages damaged or misplaced. I have moved from city to city a few times over the past five years and this was by far the best experience I have had with a moving company. From the first point of contact with their administrative staff until drop off the process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I d recommend Continuum s service to anyone looking for help with moving. 5 out of 5 stars.
