Terrible Customer Service. I felt like I was always treated poorly. Every time I had a scheduled appointment (scheduled 4 weeks prior), they would make me wait a minimum of 20 min- MINIMUM, sometimes even over 30 min.

I paid for a $5,000 Invisalign treatment and at the end of it they wanted me to pay EXTRA for a retainer. The Doctor rarely saw me during my treatment, I was mostly seen by the Dental Assistants and I was not at all happy with my results. After being treated so poorly and having bad customer service experiences with perfect Smile- the last thing I wanted to do was go back and schedule another appointment and keep going back to that practice.

Let's just say I DON'T LIKE THE WAY THEY RUN THEIR AIRLINE and I DO NOT recommend you to go there.

I hope they change their customer service plan because those warm cookies are not working...
