The toilets open to the public have hot towels instead of toilet paper to clean your hands, there's live music playing smooth jazz, supercars and Rolls-Royce's are parked outside, whats not to like about this place?

More a food court than a "luxury hotel". Expect a long queue for 2 hours in the lobby for the afternoon tea. I believe that a hotel of this standard should not allow their guests to witness this, nore outside guests to be treated like this.

The Felix Bar at this high end hotel is worth a visit for a view of the Hong Kong Bay and light shows. The bar has an eclectic collection of spirits for the quintessential consumer who wants to sample the creme de la creme of Hong Kong life.

Enjoy high-tea at The Lobby. Eat delicious cakes and scones while drinking your selection of tea or coffee, at an elegant hotel while live classical music plays from a 2nd floor balcony.
It's a popular afternoon destination so the wait for a table can be extensive.
The roughly HK$300 is worth it and there's more than enough tea and sweets to satisfy.

Visited one of the most famous hotel in Hong Kong with a staycation promotion including three meals. The view of Victoria Habour was stunning and breathtaking. It was worth to visit only for this view. Can't describe how relaxing while enjoying a cup of coffee and looking at the ships across the Harbour. The room was very comfortable and the service was nice too.

This is a must see Hotel in Hong Kong. If it comes to Asia, there are three hotels, you once have to visit and enjoy a high tea. The Raffles in Singapore, the Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok and the Peninsula in Hong Kong.

Breathe the tradition of all the past years in colonial styled lobby. In the evening you should also go up to the Felix Restaurant and roof top bar, overlooking Hong Kong island.

And you are always surrounded by her Majesty's Spy, 007, Bond, James Bond....

I have been here many times for afternoon tea in the foyer but I have not yet stayed here. It is a most traditionally British yummy experience. The classic three tiered plate with scones and jam and cream and a selection of delicious sandwiches and petit four cakes. Combined with your choice of teas or coffees. Sit back relax. And nibble. It is a lovely thing to do in the mid afternoon.
It can however get a little noisy in the centre, so I have found it is actually very nice to sit in the outer regions of the foyer almost up against the shops. The food and the service is just as good and there is less traffic between the tables and so less noise. I have given it four stars as the scone recipe is not my favourite, and it is actually relatively expensive, unless you feel like you deserve an indulgence.
I often do.

The room is beautiful! The bed is super sleepy! The view of the pool is superb! Although it is a hotel that is old, but from the beginning of the room, it feels very new, clean, clean and comfortable, as well as a very good service staff to help us fully introduce the room, and remind us that we can take beautiful souvenirs! I really appreciate the peninsula for bringing us a wonderful stay! I hope that I will have the opportunity to visit again in the future.

Had the afternoon tea at the iconic Peninsula hotel. It was nice although was a little underwhelming due to most of the savoury and sweets were dry. The experience was nice only to be let down on the quality of food. The Sheraton across the road is more of a recommendation.
