After speaking with the representatives from Digital Security Concepts both on the phone and in person, I couldn't be happier. The rep and technician were very knowledgeable and friendly. Through our own research and via the support of an old neighbor we confirmed that they were the best priced alternative with the level of service we desired. Setting up our house proved to be a bit tricky in eliminating the previous provider's equipment, but DSC has been persistent in helping us get it right. We love the off site control we can have in turning the system off and on. I would highly recommend this company for your security needs.
After moving into our new home in Forest Hills NY we wanted an alarm system to help make us feel more secure. I'm not a fan of writing reviews but after several years of using Google local business reviews which gave me good insights of business before I decide whether a business is worth my money, I think it is time to return the favor of many reviews before me. Digital Security Concepts entire staff was absolutely amazing. The sales person was great, polite and extremely helpful working with my budget amd my needs. They were on time for the install and explained the system thoroughly. We especially liked the no-pressure nature of the transaction since they do not work on commission. Overall, the whole experience was professional and easy. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends. A+++
I have had a CCTV and Alarm system installed by this company and must say how happy i am with the whole process. I had two technician at my house to install my new home alarm & video surveillance system. They were very professional at all times and their work beat my expectations! I thought like most contractors you have to follow them around clearing up, but these guys did it all! The system is easy to use and has given me great peace of mind.
