I went for the afternoon tea in the lobby with my friends . The staff there were extremely friendly and polite, the atmosphere was really comfortable but felt luxurious, and I particularly enjoyed the Christmas theme. We went to the front desk first and Jason at the front desk was really helpful in directing us to the right place for tea. He was warm and welcoming and really made us feel happy to be there. Service at the lobby for tea was also excellent; they used English to explain the difference between the teas to me and recommended which one went with the scones and they where so happy with as

Staff was outstanding. There were no details missed at any time, including details I never even knew existed. I have a son with food allergies, and the staff who assisted us the first morning remembered every detail and preference unprompted the remainder of our stay.

Afternoon tea at Peninsula It's easy to say, it's hard to get to it ... It's impossible to make reservations except for the guests, so it's necessary to line up before the 15 o'clock teatime start. At least 60 minutes ago, the queue began to form, and 30 minutes ago it was a long line. Decide your line and let's line it up. If you can see the live band performances and the handsome waitresses, the time is soon.

Because there was a lot, we shared one person with two people. Still, my stomach is full. Tea comes in a pot like a silver fantasy movie, and when the amount is reduced it will be added hot water, so it will be endless. I would like to say that the tea time is endless ... but people in the queue always send a hot line of sight, such as "That customer, if I've finished, I can't go back right now," so I can't go so.

Dress code is smart casual.
But there were quite a few people who yelled in Chinese, and all these guys were wearing T-shirts and sandals. Still the people of the hotel say nothing. Hmmm, I went to a stylish fashion

What surprised me a bit was that I couldn't speak American. Taking a picture, I left the procession for half a step. I took it a half step, and when I was going to go back to the line, I was told by the procession clerk, "Everybody is lined up, so it will line up at the end."
Huh? Because I am here (at the top of the line), I have been in line for a long time. "We've been waiting in line for one hour." Anyway, I'll give it a question, oh, yes! And remember, "I queued!" Finally OK.

American language is line, English is queue.

Heh ~ ~ After all, what is the original England! I am impressed. Good, though.

Had early lunch at the lobby on rugby 7 Saturday with few guests. As it was early n many tables held for reservation, so not that full,.however service was surprisely disappointing for such prestigious establishment. Waitresses r obviously inexperienced if not unattentive, some orders were missed or incorrect. Fortunately, food standard remains outstanding.

This is why Asian service surpasses any in the world. Even before arriving we were delighted, they helped us book a car service to take us directly to the hotel. The room is nothing special but it was roomy and clean. The breakfast buffet was my favorite perk, I loved trying new things (Japanese eggs!!) and doing it at leisure. It s in the middle of a busy area, so walking around there can be a bother, but then that s true for any tourist area.
Loved the art on all the floors.

Can I give them 6 stars? I mean this probably the best hotel in the world. Efficiency, kindness, luxury and experience all fused together to have an amazing, outstanding an unforgettable stay. No way you do not take a room with a view on the bay, just spend your money to stay there. Room are great and with all comfort. Bed is incredible you want to sleep for hours on it. Take a tour to the swimming pool and spend there some time it simply fantastic. I suggest to have an in room dinner with the bay in front of you and will have the best dinner experience you can have in Hong Kong. Breakfast is outstanding you have whatever you what from wherever in the world. Simply fantastic and amazing experience.

I don t know why they need someone to dust the plants in the lobby every morning, but they do. I don t know why I need an iPad to control my blinds in my room, but they have one. Is there a helipad on the roof? I m sure there s a reason for that, too.

You can see the Symphony of Lights from the room on the high floor with harbor views. Victoria Harbor is near, so it is a very convenient place to see the Symphony of Lights on the waterfront promenade. There are many top stores such as Louis Vuitton, Tiffany, ROLEX.
