I currently live at one of their properties and will NOT be renewing my lease with them again. I will never rent from their sister properties as well. They have property managers who are very unprofessional and don't care about the tenants but want their rent on time. If you call corporate they send you to voicemail and don't call back. Their unprofessional and they hire unprofessional employees. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have children.

Find another reality company who actually cares about their name and takes responsibility for their mistakes.

Deborah perry dont return calls for canopy creek when residents are calling to help solve issues her landlord is not solving.Samantha harvey has violated my rights as a tenant and would like to here from someone other then deborah perry.debirah only goes buywhat her landlord in canopy creek apts tells her she never calls the tenant my rights are being violated on in so many ways.im so tired of it.

Working and getting to know the JMG corporate and site teams has been exciting and rewarding. The partnership has been extremely collaborative in strategizing a rollout of 20k units on our CRM platform. We look forward to the continued success and partnership in years to come. I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with JMG. It's rare to find companies that work diligently to find the best possible systems balancing needs from their owners, site teams, and residents. It's too bad six stars isn't an option ;)

I have absolutely loved working for JMG as a Prope...

I have absolutely loved working for JMG as a Property Manager. I worked for them previously and fully regretted leaving once I did. Thankfully I had the opportunity to come back this year and it was the best decision I ever made. The company makes sure their employees are taken care of, employees at every level. They treat their part time employees at the same level and with the same respect as their CEO. I am very thankful for the opportunity to be back with JMG and plan on spending the next 35 years of my career with them. I highly recommend JMG for any person looking for employment. I also recommend any person looking for a place to live to look into living at a JMG managed property.

I have been working for Jmg realty as a maintenance tech for five years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are an excellent company to work for. I am going to give you a few examples as to why I feel this way. Three years ago my mother had a severe brain bleed.
This period in my life was very difficult for me and my siblings bc we didn't know from day to day if our mom was going to make it. The love and compassion that people from Jmg corporate showed us was amazing. My regional maintenance Danny Gibson took time out of his busy schedule to come and check on my mom. Mrs.Jo from HR and VP Gene Woodworth were constantly calling to see how she was doing and my regional property manager Megan Hahn even drove me to the hospital to see my mom bc I can't see at night to drive.I have never worked for a company where the higher ups actually care about their employees until I started working for Jmg. As far as benefits go...you get two weeks of paid vacation in your first year. Jmg realty is the first company that I've worked for that has offered that. Most places make you build up 2 weeks. They also give us off paid holidays and the health insurance the company offers is pretty good. Now days its hard to get good insurance. All Jmg realty expects out of its employees is for you to do your job. I don't think that's asking to much....so with all of that being said I want to say a thankyou to Jmg realty for taking such good care of me the past five years. It has been a pleasure working for this company and I hope to be working for Jmg realty for another five years.

BY FAR the worst living experience i have EVER end...

BY FAR the worst living experience i have EVER endured was living at one of their properties in Downtown Atlanta. They bid on the CHEAPEST contractors for every single maintenance issue that requires more than their on site maintenance to handle. I had a broken dryer vent for over a year and birds called the inside of my walls home. when brought to attention i was told "you have to wait until the next time our contractors come out and they only come about once or twice out of the year, and seeing they were just out here a few months ago i cant tell you the next time" like WHAT????? dealt with that an entire winter, next winter SAME ISSUE because they NEVER came out, this time squirrels called it home. i had to curse out office staff to force them to expedite a roofing company to come and take care of this. by that time i was month to month because i didnt trust them and was on my way out any way. voiced my frustrations and they hid behind ga tenant laws to terminate my lease. but the first attempt was done UNLAWFULLY ga law says 60 days notice they gave me 30 and wanted me out on dec 31st. REALLY, Christmas, New Years??? after going to a lawyer i got it changed to 90 days. i moved out Jan 2019 and now they are purposely holding up my refund of my prorated rent since i moved out early jan and had just paid rent. they are HORRIBLE. i met Tim Brock their president face to face after showing up to the corporate office and he was just as unprofessional as his staff within the office of my apartment. He was VERY rude and told me that im wasting my time because he doesnt want to hear anything i have to say and that he will have sandy springs police escort me out of the office if i dont leave. these people are HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, They'll get his with a HUGE Lawsuit soon at this rate. Their contracts are faulty, i had to use THEIR OWN LEASE against them when they tried to unlawfully terminate my residence, i had to have an attorney point out all of the flaws in it, so im sure by now they have changed it. I always see people in the office complaining about the WORDING in their lease agreements after they get screwed. When i moved out they totally disregarded that i was supposed to be present for a walk through and threw out the one remaining item i left in the apartment in which i was going to take after the move out inspection. these people are horrible and run their business horribly. the CEO should be ashamed of who he appointed under him to take care of day to day functions! This company is SO BAD and they give no care about the people who live on their property 24/7/365. Their staff comes in at 9 and leaves at 5 and could care less what goes on after that. I cannot stress how much to STAY AWAY from these people no matter what state their properties are in, the infrastructure of this business is a HORRIBLE ONE and you will get burned eventually by them. And OHHHH dont be me, and be NOT AFRAID to speak up, its even worse on people like me, but I wasn't raised to turn my cheek. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. doubt they'll be in business in the near future! They have deleted my google review for CITY PLAZA APARTMENTS, THEY DISREGARDED ALL OF THE BBB COMPLAINTS AND REVIEWS, THEY TRY TO SWEEP ISSUES UNDER THE RUG BEFORE THEY GO PUBLIC. BTW the image is the Squirrel poking its head out from the inside of my wall out of the broken vent that i mentioned. Ive had my lightbilbs replaced probably 2-3 times a month, they used to go out with a pop and a spark, NEVER FIXED THAT and admitted to never having a certified electrician come out to check it. this whole place was a hazard to my safety. The tall Creepy maintenance man (forgot his name) Would go into my neighbors apartment when she wasnt home and comment on her belongings ("youve been drinking more") she changed her lock and he confronted her about changing her locks. How would he know if she didn't have any maintenance request at the time. I asked them to alert me before ANYONE steps foot in my apartment, they NEVER obliged by that!

35+ year buildings and they look it. Apartments have the potential to be teally beautiful if they had the proper maintenance staff that actually return a phone call or dont let you go 4 days with no heat when its 12 out one with pride in the work they do. 60 years of paint on the walls and look it, tile broke so tather than replace it they stick spackle in and all over the tile and leave it. The floors are ok but have nails sticking out or pieces missing. I could go on but there is no point. The lanscaping well there is none no grass no flowers and the picnic tables are green. Like i said these apartments could be beautiful and for what they charge in tent would be a win win. But i guess to keep the rent reasonable they let go of the pride they had in the work that they do. What a shame really.

This place is the absolute worst place I have ever...

This place is the absolute worst place I have ever worked as a manager. They were going to wait 2 months to give me log in credentials when I was already fluent of both the software they were already on, and the software they were about to switch to.

Previously being a senior property manager I didn't thing much of taking a step down as an Assistant manager with a new company after being with my previous management company a good few years. Well, I was wrong... The property manager (Rebecca wickman) had just gotten promoted from the assistant role and practically wanted to humiliate someone who had been in that chair before for her own self validation.

I had a birthday weekend that I had already told her about, that my husband had tickets for us to travel that weekend. She told me at the last minute the week of, "I need you here for our resident event". Which I totally could have understood if I had not told her my personal plans in advance.

One of the worst parts of it was the Regional (Megan) allowed Rebecca to act in such a manner.

Fortunately, I am back over my own property and staff and I would absolutely NEVER in a MILLION YEARS recommend ANYONE to this poorly managed and affiliated company for the simple fact that everybody and HR Allows Bullying to take place.

While life and work always finds a way to throw a curveball from time to time, it has been great to work with them through our partnership and look forward to our mutual success!

I have been with the company for almost a year as a Regional Manager. I love the people I work with and so happy to find a company that shows appreciation and values you. The leadership is top notch and goes above and beyond for our clients. I recommend 100%!

What a joke! They don't do anything or make their housing developments handle situations right either! Stay away from any godley station developments if you can. My boyfriend and I will be leaving hopefully be leaving! You call and leave a message, they send them to the developments. Another realty bites the dust is Georgia!! None are clearly good around here.

I am currently renting through this company and I have to say its the worst I have ever dealt with. I renewed my lease and they still haven't gotten my payments right yet. I am currently paying over what my lease actually states. On my account they are charging me month to month even though I signed a new lease. Even with that, they said they lost the first lease and had me do another one. Even after I did another one, they continue to over charge me. I asked maintenance to replace the long bulbs in my kitchen. Report says it was completed on a certain day. A day I was home all day and no one ever came. Lights still haven't been replaced. I guess my next step will be to seek a lawyer, which it shouldn't even have to come to that. But my lease hasn't been honored yet.

After working with several different property management companies, I can honestly say that the professionalism and the dedication to excellence exhibited by the JMG team is top notch. I recommend JMG Realty to anyone who values attention to detail and a proactive approach to changes in the multifamily market!

I received an eviction notice after being 2 wks late, I am desperately trying to avoid getting evicted but leasing office will not accept my late rent.
