I received a call from Gaddi s to remind me the booking on 18 Aug 2020. The lady in the phone was very impolite and mean. I was very disappointed because such poor service should not be found in 5 star hotel . I can t imagine and don t want to pay for such service. Then I decide to cancel my booking at once.

please provide 5 star-hotel training to that rude lady (17Aug,2020). She is lucky with such poor attitude that still got employed in such tough situation in H.K.

The best time to be around this hotel and area is during Chinese New Year. A fun fact, Floyd Mayweather stayed at the very top of the hotel.

Immaculate from the moment you step into the lobby to the moment you leave. The staff is incredibly attentive and cared about even the smallest of details. The heritage of The Peninsula HK matched with the competent staff that continuously exceeds the ever-growing service standards makes this hotel an easy pick time and time again. For those who don't care about the quality of accommodation, the Peninsula Hotel is the first luxury hotel in Hong Kong. The fine stone carving interior, the grand hall, the friendly service staff and the luxury car transfer are all different.

The price is a bit expensive, the quality of the main meal is good, but the bread is frozen and good, but the dessert cake tastes good!

As soon as I entered the room, waiting for our baggage, there was a small card; the intimate move, I really want to praise the exquisite Emma! Like it! ! The equipment and luxury of the hotel are of course not to mention. The remote control in the room can only be described as "ubiquitous". The lighting and audio-visual equipment are integrated into it, which is convenient to be spoiled. The pool, gym, and warmth are also very high.

Lovely historic building that has featured in a Bond movie. The hotel rooms offer a beautiful view of the harbour. At night time, when there are fireworks, it is nice to see it from your room. Also, High Tea is worth a shot at least once in a lifetime.

We were in the hotel during a heavy storm, the staff locked all the doors (exit ban) and looked extremely professional and super friendly to all hotel guests. Apart from the fact that this hotel is first class, this was a special experience.

Gorgeous grand luxe hotel with a fabulous location looking out on the harbor. A short walk to the Star Ferry. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with numerous well-engineered touch screens to control lights and such. Excellent lobby restaurant, popular locally for high tea. Excellent service.

The peninsula at the entrance of the Peninsula Hotel is a beautiful and characteristic place with a lot of tourists, and this hotel is also famous in the world. A peninsula in Hong Kong is very special. I like it very much. As for the restaurant in this hotel, I think that the food buffet is really worth the money. It is decorated with a generous amount of money. The price is the same as that of the generous food. It is worthy of being a top-class hotel and a very good food restaurant.

Enjoy high tea only in the majestic lobby. The souvenirs are available at the hotel's shop in the underground shopping mall. Check in and go early and you will find a variety of walnuts, moon cakes, chocolates and cakes. . If you go late, you are clearly out of stock.

Rooms have been renovated. Lights, tv, temp, and curtains can be controlled from iPads. Most service requests can be entered from iPad as well. Service is fantastic. Close to subway and star ferry.

As a vegetarian at Chesa Restaurant, for the price you pay it is really not worth it. Limited choices and not a great taste. 2 stars for good ambience and service. But apart from this nothing else is nice.

Great environment, went for high tea, which was average. Tea was really overbrewed and overwhelmingly bitter. For a place which serves high tea, I would expect at least good tea, which I did not get.

A true icon. Walk into old world charm. The high tea is a must. Also if you are up for it try book the helicopter tour followed by high tea a remarkable experience.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are a bit cool, but good.

We loved it. This was my second time having afternoon tea at the peninsula. We got there early to make sure we didn't have a long wait. The afternoon tea is served between 2-6 but we got there at 12:45pm. The line started around 1:10pm give or take. The tea and the food was delicious. A bit pricey but I think it's worth it for the food and overall experience. I would recommend anyone who was visiting Hong Kong.

We did a helicopter flight from the Peninsula and had lunch at Chesa. Excellent.

Very great hotel with great rooms, technically up to date. Fitness and swimming pool very nice to use and restaurants and breakfast buffet on the 1st floor very diverse. Staff very nice and helpful; not overpriced. Pick up with the in-house Rolls-Royce from the airport highly recommended and not too expensive.

Early dining menu at Felix is incredible value all things considered. Great choice for our anniversary dinner.

Iconic hotel in good location for harbour views from rooms or bar/restaurant

Everyone should try the high tea here once in their life. It is very popular so it does get quite busy at times so I normally try and visit on week days over the weekend. The jam scones are delightful.

It was disappointing that I could not do the afternoon tea.

Just took a walk through the lavish surroundings, listened to the string quartet and ogled at the designer shops inside the hotel.

Beautiful place....known this hotel for 40 years. Security was tight due to the protestors but service was excellent.

Love the food and the afternoon tea here, the service can be improved. You will rarely see the staff smile.

The architecture is quite nice. I had a nice afternoon tea session with a great variety of biscuits and sandwiches. It is definitely a place to stop at Hong Kong.

The lunch buffet is fresh, the environment is quiet, the place is clean, and the view is superb.
