If only this place was nearer to home a lot nearer I would make it my local. All levels of food from a sandwich to the best dining. Best restaurant for hundreds of miles with first class service. I'm not a wine expert but they have some of the best avsilable. A perfect dining experience.

My wife and I have eaten here a lot over the years and it offers a lovely atmosphere both day and night. We have gone in for coffee in the afternoon and dinner in the evening. It has an anti room to sit and have a drink both before and after dinner as well as a livelier bar area..

Great place and the bar area /pub is really nice. Outdoor garden is amazing when weather is good. Recommend if you want to have a quite drink in Huntingdon. Not usuall pub people, it's a bit upscale place.

Fine dining and great for allergy sufferers, we recently went and the staff were very knowledgeable about the menu and able to advise on allergens in the meals.

The wine list is excellent, with 20 wines available for tasting in the wine shop next door.

The old bridge is the best place to eat in Huntingdon without a doubt

The setting is wonderful, decor interesting and relaxing, and the food is excellent! But unfortunately The Old Bridge is let down by the very slack service. We had to ask for our drinks order, ask for nenus, ask for water, which then didnt come, and our plates were left uncleared for ages bewteen courses. Sunday lunch took well over 2 hours for two courses, and we couldn't face waiting any longer for desserts of coffees, so left. All the staff were working flat out, I couldn't fault them, but they just need at least three more at busy times.
Also as we left, people were eating practically off their knees at the low tables in the reception area, food was being served everywhere it seemed, not just the restaurant. They need to restrict food to the dining areas, then the staff would be able to cope. Or say booked tables only. The ambience of the reception area, with its sofas and soft furnishings, is totally ruined by the presence of food.
Rather an anticlimax, after previous good experiences here.

Excellent service from start to finish. Courteous, professional and helpful team. Nothing was too much trouble and the changes we made to our booking were executed quickly and without fuss despite the restaurant being busy. I would wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and the team. Thank you very much.

Staff were very good indeed, setting was brilliant - however the food was mediocre at best. The starter selection was very limited and unadventurous. The main course lobster burger was a close cousin to fish cake in a bun. When you charge More

My mother and I visited the Old Bridge Hotel for Afternoon Tea and really enjoyed our time there. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and lovely to relax in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always serving with a smile. The selection off sandwiches and cakes were delicious and I can honestly say that their scones were the best I have had in a long time! Definitely worth a visit!

Just got back from a business trip to the UK and decided to stay at The Old Bridge instead of a regular hotel and we are glad we did. The rooms were great and I do not think I have ever had a better nights sleep while on a trip. My afternoon latte was awesome and I cannot say enough about the banna bread and the short bread I ordered to go with them. Oh yes...and the biscotti was amazing. The staff was excellent! Always professional and willing to do whatever it takes to make our stay a pleasent one. I loved the addition of the bottles of water and the little cookies with the coffee service, that was an excellent touch. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to put alarm clocks in the room. Or have alarm clocks available for guests. But really, I am not sure I would even consider staying anywhere else in the Huntingdon area next time I am out. I am going to make the Old Bridge my unofficial English country residence!
