SAVE YOURSELF AND DON'T COME HERE!!!! This place charged me for services I never even had and calls to the billing department are left unananswered. They already took my money and now I have no way of getting it back. This organization should be shut down.
The staff at Ob-Gyn Associates PC are friendly, helpful, and professional. The clinic is clean, from the waiting room, the lab, and the examination rooms. The staff are happy to answer questions and are great listeners.
I see. Dr. Lyons. She is an amazing obgyn who never makes me feel rushed. I feel she is above and beyond amazing Dr.
I was greeted warmly by each individual I had interactions with. Marie who did my mammogram was very respectful and gentle. Jen was awesome. Kind, non-judgmental and personable.
Sad I have to give this place a 1 star. I have been going there since I was 13yrs old (18 years ) I ve had 2 babies and loved both of the doctors I had. I just realized I haven t seen a reminder of my yearly physical after having my 2nd baby. I called to figure out what happen or to schedule a new apt and she looked up my account and said I had a red flag and my apt was cancelled. Didn t tell me why and rudely told me I needed to seek medical attention somewhere else and wouldnt tell me why. They have 18 years of medical histoy and can t continue to see me?! I will be contacting the office manger and I will be finding a way to contact both of the doctors that have seen me and they will be notified of this.
I was referred by my general practitioner to confirm a diagnosis. Not only did the office not call with my test results or explain them, Dr. Bemus did not listen when I requested to be put on a different medication. Instead, he put me on a pill that caused extreme side effects. They are incredibly quick to send to collections (less than a week) and rude when it comes to financial assistance programs. Be wary when visiting.
Dr. McCarron is a very good doctor and I like him. He is gentle and caring and I would recommend him to any one who asked for a doctor in his profession.
Dr. Lyons is simply the best!! She never makes me feel rushed and is truly happy to know what is going on in my life. I love that my 2 daughters and myself all go to her !!!

Dr Rozeboom saved my life. I was prolapsed and needed a hysterotomy due to my personal history. He did the robotic Da Vinci procedure, in the middle of the procedure he sent my smears for a quick test. Cancer was found, and due to that my cervix was also removed. Therefore fully removing all risk of uterine cancer. Thanks to his knowledge and expertise I did not have to have any chemo or radiation treatments. My Grade 1 cancer was fully removed and I and my family are forever grateful. My healing process was so wonderful I thought I must be missing something. So follow his guidelines and all will turn out as he predicts. Happy Thanksgiving to Dr. Rozeboom, his staff and St. Luke's Hospital. May God continue to bless you all.

I am extremely happy with this office. I recently switched offices from the University of Iowa hospitals to OBGYN Associates. I have infertility issues and I would like to say that all of the doctors I have encountered have been ten times more positive than any of the the staff at the University. They make me feel like a person with real feelings. They take the time to explain issues, and thoroughly discuss treatment options. They also have been amazing at aggressively perusing a diagnosis and treatment to solve my infertility problems as fast as possible. I was treated at the U for almost a year with very little progress toward treatment or diagnosis. On my first appointment here I was assured we would get pregnant, and that we would try different options until success. The U was very lackadaisical about the timeframe involved with my path to motherhood.
I would not have found cancer early without Jen, I would use her as my family Dr. if I could. Love her!
Dr. Driscoll is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor.
My college age daughter saw Dr. Busselwitz and loved her, however, after one of her annual checkups her visit was miscoded and a bill was sent to my daughter. She thought insurance was covering her bill since it was a preventive check up and assumed it had been paid. We later found out since it was miscoded it had gone unpaid by our insurance company. Now, she is no longer considered a patient here!? How disappointing! (One of the doctors in this practice even delivered my daughter 22 years ago). My daughter explained what had happened so I called this office and asked them to re-code her visit. They argued with me that it was not an annual check up. I paid the bill in full over the phone. I used to think so highly of them. In retrospect, I am glad she is no longer a patient here because her new Ob-Gyn uses ultra sound for some procedures this clinic does not. This has helped my daughter immensely!
Dr. Piehl, with her optimistic attitude, good sense of humor, ready smile, and empathy make a difficult procedure easier to go through. Her nurse assistants are unfailingly courteous and ready with a hand to hold.
Doctor Bemus is great and if this was a review for just him and the nursing staff it would be 5 stars! However, some of the ladies at check in/check out lack in customer service. I go in there and say something like hi I have a 4:00 appointment and without even giving me a friendly greeting back they just demand my last name. Almost like they don t have time for patients. If you have a question about scheduling an appointment or something don t expect a friendly answer.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Please, do not waste your time at this practice. It is too big and it is painfully obvious that they care about money first and patient care and satisfaction. This practice feels like the Wal-Mart of the OB-GYN world. They have a culture of incompetence, poor communication, and the entire office staff act like they can't possibly be bothered to talk to another patient. Everything is rush, rush, rush and PAY US NOW! There is better, more personal care out there. Ladies, please demand better treatment for yourself and do not put up with this office.
I wish that writing this review would make a difference, but I know this practice is too large to care. Very sad.
We love Dr. Piehl. She delivered our 3 babies and we are extremely satisfied. She makes the delivery a fast and pleasant experience. Highly recommend OBBYN Associates and Dr. Piehl.

Dr. Rozeboom is amazing. He is knowledgeable, personable, and caring. I couldn't ask for a better doctor for skill, or bedside manner. I can't imagine ever being able to replace him!! Number one in his field in my opinion.
This office operates at a steady pace, they don't keep you waiting long for your appointments. So far I've been in and out as planned. Staff is friendly and helpful. Joy Olson and her nurse make you feel welcome and well informed. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Glad I chose to come here!
Dr. McCarron made an otherwise awkward and uncomfortable procedure as comfortable as it could be. He is pleasant, kind, and explains everything in simple language. I would highly recommend utilizing his services.
I would NOT recommend this provider or location at all. There are numerous reasons for this: 1) they never run on time--my average wait time was a minimum of 45 minutes, 2) I had a very bad experience-- being mistreated and being bullied into a decision after finding out about a miscarriage, & 3) I was called to prepay for my birth while going through viability ultrasounds.
I have been going to OB-GYN Associates for over 30 years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is all wonderful and caring, the mammogram tech is so caring and there is not enough words to express the caring and warmth I feel from Dr Rozeboom and his nurse. Dr Rozeboom makes it so easy to talk about any issue I am having and deals with it in a caring, professional way. Five Stars is not enough for this group!
Dr. McCarron does a tremendous job of making patients feel at ease and comfortable regarding procedures and appointments. Takes the time to discuss and answer any questions beforehand and is very thorough in his answers.

Dr.Bussewitz is an amazing doctor. Her calm, caring, and compassionate approcha is felt at every appointment. She listens and ensure you're comfortable with every step of the way. I can't thank her enough for everything she's done for our family. I've had many other people who have had Dr. Bussewitz and I've never heard one negative comment. Everyone whos lives she touches absolutely adore her.
I was extremely happy, as usual with my care with Dr. Joy Olson. I have had a previous surgery (partial hysterectomy) and now a bladder sling surgery. Dr Olson is very personable, extremely knowledgeable and her bedside manner with her patients is above and beyond.
I would and I have highly recommended Dr Joy Olson and will continue to recommend her, not only as my OB/GYN, but as a surgeon as well
I'm moving back to mn in July. I am a high risk pregnancy. The financial department called me and told me that my total cost for visits for the next 9 months is $3000 and I had to come up with $800 by this coming Thursday for a deposit. .... I told them I'm moving in June and they said well sorry we have nothing proving u won't be here so we still need that 800 by Thursday or you can no longer be seen. Thanks for the 2 days notice to come up with that kind of money when I have kids to feed! And now I can't be seen!? What is wrong with you people. All you care about is money. Not the people.
My first visit. Dr. K, She was very short with me and had no care what my thoughts or concerns were about anything. She talked down to me like I was an idiot. She then insisted I get multiple blood test. All of which came back normal. I'm just upset with how uncomfortable the Dr. made me feel, as if she was in a terrible mood and had no off switch. Nurses were great however, no issue in that dept.
Dr. Cundiff is the best! A true caring expert! She got to the bottom of my pain and took care of it. The whole staff at OB/GYN Associates is wonderful. My recent mammography nurse was so lovely. They do hundred of mammos a week and she made me feel like mine was the most important. I have no doubt she makes everyone feel that way!
My doctor was GREAT. However there was a mix up with my insurance and I got a bill that was suppose to be paid by insurance. Called obgyn and explained that I talked to my insurance company and they would be paying it. They didn't send in the payment fast enough for them and I was notified that I could no longer be seen with them!! I called and said I would pay it and just be reimbursed from my insurance and the response was "nope sorry you have to seek care elsewhere. " I couldn't believe it. Billing department is awful and could care less about the patient's.
This is one place that thinks they are better than everyone else. You can not have a intelligent conversation with them with out the employees getting snobby and hanging up on you or banning you from going there. I would not recommend this place for any to be mother unless you want extra stress or the headache from dealing with the rude employees and sub-par treatment.
Dr. Cundiff and her nurse Heather have been amazing. I returned to this office after almost 20 years away. I suffer from chronic pain from endometriosis and they handled my situation with care and compassion - offering me multiple options to get through this next 10-15 years of life until I reach menopause. Great experience yet again - glad I returned. Thanks! <3 :)
Always efficient staff, usually friendly, have run into a couple staff members that aren't. Otherwise it's an awesome office and I never feel uncomfortable or unimportant!
I absolutely love OBGYN Associates. Dr Messenger helped me get pregnant when I couldn t do it alone. She is an amazing dr and I wouldn t go anywhere else.
Dr. Driscoll has a great bedside manner. She is very personal. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She is a great surgeon as well. I had a C section 24 years ago and I can barely see the scar. She always takes time with you if you have questions. I rate her an A+.
The office is efficient. I was able to get a mammogram, blood work, and office visit within a reasonable time frame. They move you from one area to the next, without having to wait long. Thank you for your great care.

Dr. Phiel is the best. This is my second pregnancy with her. She takes interest in my personal life and asks about you every visit. She remembers personal conversations with you too. Makes going to visit her fun and inviting. Would reccomend her to any patient.

I've been a patient since 2003 and even though I don't live in state at this time, I travel here for care.
Well, unfortunately, I have to write this poor review. I have gone to Dr. Lyons for 10 years and really like her, and now am kicked out because I responded unkindly to rude receptionists. I guess it's ok for them to treat clients rudely, however, if you say anything back, they will kick you out.
We just delivered our 6th baby on Oct 3rd, 2018. Dr. Cundiff by far hands down was THE BEST Doctor I have ever had!! Our birth experience was so much more than we could have EVER asked for! Dr. Cundiff was professional yet such a kind soul! I wish she could have delivered our other 5!!!
Keep telling my doctor that something was not right with my cycle. They ran some test but always keep telling me that everything was right and just to take more medication. I would miss cycles all the time, go four to five month without one, extreme pain during it. Finally decided to get a second opinion and was diagnosed with PCOS. I wish my doctor would have just taken the time to actually listen to me. I could have figured my next step out months ago.
Like the doctors, lab and mammography. But, agree the billing department is awful. I have also gone there for 17 years and have spent hundreds of thousands and received a note that I was being kicked out as well because I was working to negotiate a charge with my insurance and it had only been just over 30 days since I had been there. They had already received my insurances money and co-pay. It was crazy! Interesting to hear this from so many of you. They obviously need a new way of doing business.
Dr. Cundiff was an excellent doctor to work with! She was such an attentive and caring doctor from beginning to end of my pregnancy. She always made me feel comfortable and cared for as a patient and individual. I would highly recommend her to anyone!! Thank you, Dr. Cundiff for everything!
My dr didn't really listen to me and i always felt rushed. Half the time she had her hand on the door. During the birth she was barely there, didnt answer questions, but luckily the nurses were there for me. After birth when i had issues i got a run around and ended up seeking care elsewhere. Did not have a great experience with Dr Piehl. My team at st lukes for the birth was phenomenal though.

I was great,had both my kids there, but, my last pap results that they send you in the mail, weren't mine. BIG ERROR. They were more worried with what I was going to do with what I received than to worry about where mine went to. I shredded the ones I got from a woman u didn't know, but.... Where are mine??!!!
She s is an amazing caring woman who I feel very comfortable sharing everything with. I d suggest her to anyone looking to establish care. The only thing I d suggest is to plan ahead if you re thinking of having a procedure done she is booked out several months which I was a bit disappointed with. Overall she s great!! Very personable and understanding.
Easily one of Iowa's best doctors. I have full confidence and feel at ease whenever I see him. I would recommend him to anyone else who needs a Ob/Gyn physician.
Dr. Rozeboom is wonderful! It is evident why he is number one in his field of expertise. When my insurance company denied my surgery he went to bat for me and everything was approved.
